The room was comfortable and the location was perfect. I had a really good stay. The only thing I wish the rooms had is a water spray bidet in the bathroom. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Auch das Reinigungspersonal war ausgesprochen nett und hat täglich gründlich gereinigt. Unser Zimmer wurde jeden Tag sauber gemacht und sogar täglich frisch bezogen, was wir wirklich positiv fanden. Insgesamt haben wir uns wohlgefühlt und der Aufenthalt war angenehm. Wir fanden, dass das Hotel selbst insgesamt etwas wenig bietet. Außerdem empfanden wir einige Preise vor Ort, beispielsweise für Getränke wie Bier, als sehr hoch beziehungsweise etwas überzogen. Trotzdem war der Aufenthalt insgesamt in Ordnung.

- Julien (9/5): - Propreté des chambres, petit déjeuner, accueil Climatisation qui était encore bridée, il faisait chaud dans la chambre et nous avons du ouvrir la porte pour faire un courant d'air. La douche était propre mais le siphon était très certainement bouché. Cependant, c'est globalement un bon hôtel. Nous sommes restés uniquement 1 nuit pour préparer notre retour en France, donc nous n'avons pas pu réellement nous rendre compte de la qualité de sa localisation en tant que touriste.

Fenster im Zimmer kaputt stand die ganze Zeit offen dadurch war es laut und kalt. Badewanne ist auch ausgelaufen. Nachdem Rezeption informiert hat es lange gedauert bis jemand kam der hat sich das angeschaut und gesagt es gibt kein problem beim fenster

- abol (2/5): Aweful! - The pillows were really bad and they couldn’t offer a different pillow, the mattress was uncomfortable, the linens and towels were worn out and old. The bathroom needed regrouping and it was moldy looking. The hotel did not have umbrellas to offer guest on rainy days. The only thing good was the staff. Overall it is a two star hotel advertised as four. It needs a major update

Camera a fost spațioasă și foarte curată, oferind tot confortul necesar. Personalul este extrem de amabil și atent, iar locația este excelentă, aproape de principalele puncte de interes. Recomand cu încredere și cu siguranță voi reveni!

- LuxuryWander (8/5): Beware – Not a True Five-Star Hotel - خدمة التنظيف في الطابق السادس كانت ممتازة، وخاصة فاطمة، حيث كانت لطيفة جدًا وكانت تحافظ على نظافة الغرفة بشكل مستمر وبمستوى عالٍ موقع الفندق جيد النظافة في جميع أنحاء الفندق كانت مُرضية Housekeeping on the 6th floor was excellent, especially Fatima, who was very kind and kept the room consistently clean and well maintained. The hotel has good location. Cleanliness throughout the hotel was satisfactory. The superior family room offers two connected rooms, which is practical for families. تنوع الطعام في المطعم محدود ومكرر. بعض الأطباق (خاصة الديك الرومي والجبن) كانت تُعاد من أيام سابقة ولم تكن طازجة جودة المطعم لا ترقى إلى مستوى خمس نجوم، بل هي أقرب إلى مستوى اربع نجوم إحدى الغرف في جناح العائلة (سوبيريور) صغيرة جدًا ودون التوقعات خدمة نقل الأمتعة كانت بطيئة وغير متعاونة عند الوصول والمغادرة عند المغادرة، اضطررت لحمل جميع أمتعتي بنفسي إلى سيارة الأجرة بينما كنت أعتني بأطفالي، بما في ذلك طفل عمره 5 أشهر. بشكل عام، هذه ليست تجربة فندق خمس نجوم حقيقية. من يبحث عن هذا المستوى يُفضل أن يحجز في فنادق أخرى مثل هيلتون أو رافلز. The food selection in the restaurant is limited and repetitive. Some dishes (especially turkey and cheese) were reused from previous days and did not taste fresh. The restaurant quality does not meet five-star standards and is closer to a good four-star level. One of the rooms in the superior family setup is very small and below expectations. Luggage service was slow and unhelpful during both arrival and departure. At departure, I had to carry all my luggage myself to the taxi while taking care of my children, including a 5-month-old baby. Overall, this is not a true five-star hotel experience. Guests expecting that level should consider other hotels such as Hilton or Raffles.

Abartısız söyleyebilirim ki bütün departmanlar oldukça ilgili ve profesyonel. Oda temizliğinde Fatma Hanım, odamızı her gün büyük bir titizlikle temizledi. Oda servisinde ise Atalay Bey çok kibar ve son derece profesyoneldi; verdiğimiz her sipariş hızlı ve eksiksiz bir şekilde bize ulaştırıldı. Emeği geçen tüm ekibe teşekkür ederim.
