• Alison (7/5): - Close to main raiilway station and many eateries/ coffee shops near by. Staff lovely. Everything we needed including laundry. No gym. . Room was a box. .Bathroom a module requiring one to step over high ledge to get into shower. Managed ok but wouldn't have been great if we were not reasonably strong and mobile. Will be sure to check room size for future bookings.

• Emmanouil (9/5): Great location, accommodating staff, tidy rooms - We ended up booking on a whim because of an emergency, but the staff accommodated our late arrival perfectly, and took care of our luggage far beyond the checkout time of 10am. The rooms are clean, and the location great for stays close to the tokyo station.

• Maroussia (7/5): Bon rapport qualité/prix pour visiter Tokyo - Chambre très petite mais fonctionnelle, nous n'avions pas besoin de plus étant donné que nous étions toute la journée à visiter, mais il faut savoir que ouvrir même une grande valise dans la chambre est compliqué. La chambre a quelques traces d'usures mais cela fait l'affaire. L'emplacement était idéal pour visiter Tokyo et ses différents quartiers.
• Patrick (10/5): Perfect hotel for a short Tokyo trip - Perfectly located in Tokyo, Jimbocho, very quiet and peaceful with several metro subway stations nearby, from where you can reach everything with ease. Incredible breakfast, we never missed a day!

• Solange (10/5): - Very nice and attractive staffs, close to a lots of facilities, as well to the Kanda South Gate station, where there is few JR lines which takes you around Tokyo. Washing machine, dryer, vending machines, and many amenities to make your satay easier. I will definitely stay there again in the future. Highly recommend. There was a group of people(“Europeans”) smoking and talking louder, right outside my room, in the middle of the night.

• NAKAZONO (10/5): さすが書泉グランデ　神保町って言った所です! - 部屋がとても綺麗で、のんびりと過ごす事が出来ました。 寝坊して慌てたりする事が有るので、もう少しチェックアウトを出来たら30分か1時間に(10時30分か11時)に延長してもらいたいものです。

• ximena (7/5): Buena estadia - Buena atención, buena limpieza, la cama para mi gusto era cómoda de colchón blando. Es un un hospedaje para pocos dias, la habitacion es chica, no tiene placar o lugar de guardado para la ropa y el desayuno es acotado, no hay varias opciones y el cafe no es rico.
