- Peter (9/5): Fantastic place to enjoy a holiday - The unit was spacious, well laid out, and clean on arrival. Fantastic location and close to the beaches in a beautiful town. A big partially covered terrace for relaxing after a day out in the sun or site-seeing. Would return in a heartbeat. Nothing really; Fly screens on the sliding doors, and a more complete set of kitchenware, i.e. kitchen knife or two, egg lifter, spoon, etc.

Wifi funktionierte nicht. Signal zu schwach. Die Duschtuere konnte man nicht so gut schieben, hatten immer das gefuehl das die tuere aushaengt. Man sollte auch die Stuehle mit Filz versehen da es ziemlich laut ist wenn man Sie bewegt. Am Strand gibt es immer Leute die sich einfach irgendwo hinsetzen oder Stuehle nehmen.

Lo abbiamo segnalato, ci hanno fatto un trattamento che ha alleviato l'odore per solo un giorno, non ci hanno spostato di appartamento. Il wifi non funzionava, nonostante l'intervento del tecnico non è cambiato nulla. Abbiamo trovato le lenzuola sporche appena siamo entrati in appartamento, e la signora che è passata a cambiarle sembrava infastidita e ci ha accusato di averle sporcate noi.

Pour presque 300 euros la nuit, on attendait MIEUX. - La gentillesse de Marianno Gaston, le surveillant à la piscine, toujours prêt à rendre service L'intervention rapide pour la réparation de la douche et du lave linge. Proximité de la pinède et de la plage. Parco della Pace très animé et agréable. Parking public pas beaucoup de places disponibles et en majorité PAYANT. Les horaires très restreints de la piscine 10h-13h et 16h-19h. Devoir mettre des bonnets de bain (l'agence ne nous a pas prévenus, heureusement le maître nageur nous en a prêtés) Tuyaux de douche cassé à notre arrivée. Manque de prise pour le lave linge. Matériel très vieux et rouillé. Très peu équipé. Nous étions 4 dans le logement et nous n'avions que 2 mugs à dispo pour le petit déjeuner! Pareil pour le reste de la vaisselle, verres, etc. 1 seul rouleau de papier WC pour la semaine, peu de serviettes à disposition. Pour près de 300 euros la nuit, on attendait vraiment MIEUX!
- Maurizio (8/5): - Il posto che già conoscevo L'approccio con l'albergo ciò che io ho acquistato da voi per loro non era possibile cioè: il posto auto non c'era l'ombrellone in spiaggia non c'era hanno voluto subito il pagamento prima volevano pure le pulizie 85 euro piu la tassa di soggiorno comunque io ho insistito che erano già pagate nel pacchetto come il resto d'altronde comunque ci hanno consegnato la chiave l'appartamento in condoni a limite dell'igiene con decori di ragnatele e polvere ovunque la peggio ieri sera mi contattano con una mail che dovevo lasciare l'appartamento pulito e con isecchi dell indifferenziata vuoti non sapendo i giorni o il luogo dove poterla riposare comunque detto questo io non ma la prendo con la vostra organizzazione magari vedete chi affiliate . Comunque vi ringrazio dell'interessamento
- marco (9/5): - Ho preso bilocale con camera matrimoniale e divano letto (x i due ragazzi di 11 e 13 anni). Appartamento molto carino dotato di tutto il necessario (cucina, accessori, lenzuola, asciugamani, bidoni per raccolta differenziata, lavatrice ecc..). Situato in un residence ben tenuto con piscina e a 50mt dalla spiaggia ma anche vicinissimo al centro (che poi è una via del paese).I gestori gentilissimi e SUPER disponibili; abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema con la lavatrice ma sistemato in giornata e ogni comunicazione veniva gestita in modo impeccabile. Per entrare nell'appartamento viene dato un codice e poi tutte le comunicazioni avvengono via whatsup ma si può essere richiamati se lo si desidera. Consiglio x chi deve prenotare: 1) il parcheggio interno è disponibile ma i posti sono limitati, conviene prenotare in anticipo altrimenti poi risulta un pò difficoltoso trovare ad Agosto anche se con un pò di pazienza si trova a pagamento o anche libero. 2) La spiaggia è disponibile in convenzione al prezzo di 10€ al giorno che è davvero ONESTISSIMO tenendo conto che in altre spiagge chiedevano 45€ al giorno. Viene assegnato un ombrellon e con due stradio ma con un piccolo sovrapprezzo è possibile avere lettino (noi abbiamo pagato un lettino 30€ x 5 giorni) Ho dato 9 e non 10 solo per il rumore dovuto alla musica proveniente dalle feste che in un paio di serate hanno fatto vicino al residence ed è stato davvero fastidioso ma questo non è imputabile alla struttura. Piuttosto mi chiedo come sia possibile che il comune non imponga dei limiti almeno dopo la mezzanotte perchè sembrava facessero un rave party. Qualcuno ha segnalato il treno che effettivamente è vicino ma a noi onestamente non dava poi così fastidio al contrario della musica. CONSIGLIATO E CI TORNEREI! Musica dovuta alle feste vicino alla struttura ma per fortuna solo un paio di sere
- laura (6/5): Appartamento troppo piccolo e scomodo - Ho apprezzato la vicinanza alla spiaggia L'appartamento è risultato molto scomodo per una famiglia di 4 persone con bambini principalmente per le sue dimensioni davvero risicate che non consentivano di fruire del letto mentre ai stava in cucina! Inoltre stabile troppo vicino al parco della pace in cui si sono tenute varie serate con musica fino a tarda notte che hanno creato disagi nella fase di addormentamento dei bambini

Climatisation + lave-linge, grande terrasse avec vue partielle sur la mer ! Personnel à distance -> tout est envoyé par message (accès, parking, code portes). Les linges ne sèchent pas (matière toute fine), 1 rouleau de papier wc alors que réservation faite pour 4 personnes, 3j -> réponse : à acheter soi-même! Propreté moyenne et volets défectueux.

Dispone di una bella piscina e ogni appartamentino è dotato di una comodissima veranda e di tutto ciò che è necessario per star bene. Inoltre c'è l'occorrente per le pulizie, kit di benvenuto con spugne nuove e detersivo, utensili da cucina nuovi. Il bagno è un po' vecchiotto, da migliorare la doccia. Le pentole da cambiare.

- Igor (10/5): Pekný Apartmán s veľkou terasou, klimatizovaný s dvoma kúpeľňami. Mestečko a pláže sú skvelé. Supermarket neďaleko. Na p - Výborné miesto, blízko na pláž cez podchod popod trať. Slabé vybavenie kuchyne (nože, poháre na víno, strúhadlo, varechy… ) Niečo sme doplnili z IKEA. Je škoda, že bazén má obmedzené otváracie hodiny.

- Francesca (8/5): Buon rapporto qualità-prezzo - La stanza da letto molto grande e la terrazza molto spaziosa e sempre ombreggiata ed è fruibile comodamente anche per pranzare/cenare all'aperto. L'appartamento è dotato dei minimi accessori (ad esempio stoviglie, piatti e posate, phon per capelli) e per un soggiorno di una settimana è più che sufficiente. Lo stabile si trova molto vicino alla spiaggia: ci vogliono 5 minuti a piedi per raggiungere i lidi. Il mobilio non è nuovissimo, la porta esterna del frigorifero era rotta. La spazzatura va portata all'isola ecologica che si trova al piano dei parcheggi: lì dentro è abbastanza disordinato e molto sporco, probabilmente non è uno spazio sufficiente ad accogliere la spazzatura di tutti gli appartamenti dello stabile. L'edificio si trova a ridosso della ferrovia, se non si riesce a dormire con i rumori potrebbe essere un problema.

- Angela (8/5): - Posizione ottima, sia vicino al mare, sia vicino al centro dove c’è più vita. Con un bimbo piccolo che ha da poco iniziato lo svezzamento è stata la soluzione perfetta questo alloggio. Dotato di tutto; pentole, stoviglie. Se dovessi tornare a pineto risceglierei questo posto.

- Marco (9/5): - Le fait de se sentir comme chez sois La tranquillité Centrale Bien équipé four, hotte, plaque gaz, combiné frigo/congélateur et même une machine à laver (même si je n'ai rien utilisé) Au rez-de-chaussée, un peu bruyant, manque de respect des autres occupants surtout le matin L'appartement vraiment trop petit (pas de séjour) belle petite terrasse mais inutilisable vous êtes aux yeux et aux vues de tout le monde. Quand on est étranger, il serait bon que l'on prévienne les clients ce que c'est une ZTL ça éviterait de se prendre un PV ZTL = zone à trafic limité Le centre ville est fermé de 19h30 à 1H00 le week-end et de 21h00 à 1h00 la semaine et si vous n'avez pas compris vous écopez d'un PV de 29,40€, c'est information qui est importante heureusement qu'il n'emene pas votre véhicule à la fourrière Pour finir ramenez vraiment tout savon shampooing serviettes jusqu'au papier toilette Moi j'ai bien noté, parce que j'avais tout prévu ça m'a plu de me sentir comme chez moi. Le reste c'est une constatation

- DOMENICA (10/5): Soggiorno alla scoperta dell’ Area marina protetta Torre del Cerrano - Posizione vicinissima alla pineta ed allo stabilimento balneare, abbiamo soggiornato nell’ attico al quarto piano , terrazzo molto grande in cui si poteva mangiare fuori comodamente camera e soggiorno molto comodi con tutto lo stretto necessario. Il signor Enrico dello staff è stato gentilissimo e disponibile ad ogni ns. richiesta e ,lo ringraziamo ancora per averci fatto sentire come a casa propria. Unica pecca aver in bagno solo un rotolo di carta igienica, che personalmente e non solo giudicato da me ma, anche dal mio vicino e poco , infatti ne abbiamo chiesto un altro ma in lavanderia hanno risposto che le regola era un rotolo alla settimana. So benissimo che non vado in fallimento a procedere con l ‘acquisto ma di solito se ne trovano almeno due .

- Montano (8/5): Accortezze - Appartamento grande, pulito,vicino alla spiaggia e vicino al centro ,ho trovato tutti gli accessori per cucinare e mi ha fatto piacere trovare il kit di benvenuto con dentro detersivo e spugna varie per le pulizie,terrazzo grande ,passano i treni ma sinceramente a noi nn hanno dato fastidio,aria condizionata buona ,lenzuola ed asciugamani puliti e ben stirati Nn ci è piaciuta la doccia per via della tenda e del doccione rotto si allagava praticamente metà bagno ,e poi l acqua arrivava ad intermittenza un po' calda e un po' fredda,nn siamo riusciti a farci una doccia rilassante ,da sistemare il divano letto abbiamo fatto fatica ad aprirlo alla sera ,su quattro cuscini ne abbiamo trovato uno scomodo

- Viola (8/5): 10 notti a Pineto! - Vicinanza al mare e terrazza molto grande con vista mare Vicinanza alla ferrovia che rendeva impossibile dormire sia di giorno che di notte, troppi treni di passaggio e troppo rumore. Nonostante i 10 gg non ci siamo abituati. Dotazione scarsa di utensili da cucina.
- Annalisa (9/5): - Posizione ottimale rispetto al mare e ai servizi, appartamento pulito e con dotazione adeguata, terrazzo utilizzabile per pasti e relax. Piscina adeguata, a volte affollata, ma la vicinanza della struttura al mare (molto pulito) ha reso la cosa assolutamente poco importante. Ho dimenticato un bracciale presso la struttura, me ne sono accorta un paio di giorni dopo il rientro ed il personale, tramite il servizio pulizia, ha recuperato il bracciale e me lo ha rispedito a casa. Il tutto nella massima gentilezza.
