• stacey (7/5): Basic but exactly what u need on a city break - Great little hotel. Clean and the owner was lovely. Cheap and cheerful. The owner didn't speak very good English but it wasn't a problem because we were in his country. Very old building.
• Mark (8/5): - Fairly near Central Station, but not too easy pavement walk with heavy luggage. Very welcoming if you don't mind stairs. There is a bar at reception that is well-stocked, welcome after long journey. I will stay again. Nothing negative, at this competitive price.

The location is quite convenient, about a 10–15 minute walk from the main train station and around 25 minutes to the city center. On the downside, it was quite noisy at night. We could hear both street noise and sounds from the hallway, which made it a bit harder to sleep.

• Sabarish (8/5): Overall really nice stay. Friendly and welcoming staff. - Everything was good. The beds were nice and the rooms were quite clean. Its just second floor with no lift. We havy to walk with an elderly person and hence was a slight difficult one.

• Daniele (1/5): TERRIBILE, assolutamente DA EVITARE! - La vicinanza al centro. Struttura terribile. Spazi stretti, bagno piccolo e facendo la doccia si allaga tutto. Il water aveva residui di feci, dopo averlo fatto notare al proprietario, lui stesso si è prima messo a pulirlo con la pezza e poi, continuando a dire che non vedeva sporco, ha preso la lente d'ingrandimento e l'ha pulito col dito davanti a noi. Ci siamo dovuti andare a comprare i detersivi perchè ci siamo schifati, assolutamente non consigliato.

He gave us free bottels of water and chocolate. The room is clean with basic facilities. The hotel also helped me keep my luggage after checkout for the whole day. On saying goodbye, the old man gave us warm hugs. You can easily hear noises from other rooms. The bathroom should have a handheld shower for better convenience

• Olteanu (1/5): Cimex lectularius, bugbed, cimice del letto, ploșnițe, bettwanzen, pluskwa - When we came from the city we found bedbugs (Cimex lectularius) in the bed. I complained to the staff who were unfriendly. They refused to change our room and told us that if we didn't like it to go sowhere else and they would give us our money back. I should mention that it was 9:30 pm, we were with children, on the eve of Orthodox Easter and the options were very limited. I went to a more expensive hotel, but they refused to pay the difference, part of it, or the cost of the taxi to that hotel. I also had a very unpleasant experience with booking.com Italy. Although theoretically I was supposed to benefit from priority support, the only options were a robot that spoke only in Italian and that if you don't have a perfect pronunciation in this language it doesn't understand anything, and an English chat to which they answered me the first time only after 3 days and they said that Hotel Terranova doesn't answer them, Verry dissapointing overall experience withboth hotel and booking.com.

• James DET (8/5): Convenient and economical place to stay - Very simple but clean room with friendly and helpful staff. Absolutely fine for an overnight stay if you arrive late from a flight as it is only a 20 minute walk from the airport. It is also not far from the centre and the leaning tower. There was a little bit of noise from others getting up early but it didn't bother us.

• Andrea (6/5): - Lo staff è stato veramente gentile e disponibile La camera era pulita, ma non rispecchiava le aspettative viste le immagini sul sito. Era mancante di armadio, grucce e comodini
• Malgorzata Marta (7/5): - La struttura piccola ma accogliente e il receptionist e stato cortese. La camera era familiare, pulita con asciugamani, shampoo doccia e phon in dotazione. Il titolare dopo il check in ci ha chiesto 10€ per l'accompagnamento in camera. Cosa non riportata al momento dell'acquisto del soggiorno durato una notte. Il receprionist non ha esitato a chiedere se a noi potesse andare bene (La camera l'avremmo potuta trovare anche da soli senza dover pagare quella quota). Un'altro piccolo spiacevole inconveniente e stato trovare il termosifone spento. Nonostante la giornata bella e calda la notte le temperature erano basse e in camera faceva abbastanza freddo. Non e stato fatto presente alla receptionist vista l'ora del nostro ritorno da un concerto (ore 1:40). Per il resto ci siamo trovati bene.

Odeur nauséabonde aux toilettes sans doute à cause de l’Arno ou des canalisations car ce n’est PAS sale. Sans doute indépendant de leur volonté. On a rajouté un tissu pour faire plus sombre que juste les volets, des rideaux seraient top. Et peut être mettre une vraie porte pour la cloison de la salle de bain..
• Percival (8/5): A great base to explore Pisa and the surrounding area. - The hotel made sure that there was a member of staff to greet us on arrival after a late flight. We were able to get water and snacks in the cafe area which was very much appreciated. The room and bathroom were exceptionally clean for our stay. The location of the hotel is close to the train station and walking distance to the airport which make it a great base to explore Pisa and the surrounding areas. In a 4 day stay we got to see Pisa, Lucca, Florence and spend some time in the old town at Livorno. Nothing, the hotel is exactly as advertised, a clean and comfortable base to explore the surrounding area.

Consigliato solo se si cerca MAX risparmio - La vicinanza alla stazione e il prezzo economico Le condizioni sono davvero un po' estreme. Il bagno è vecchissimo e fatiscente, i letti scomodi e ho dei dubbi sulla pulizia in generale. Non credo dovrebbe essere piu possibile permettere a strutture cosi vecchie di funzionare. Se il prezzo è allettante, con poche decine di euro in piu' si trova qualcosa di piu' decente. Non ci tornero'.

• Giulia (8/5): Tutto ottimo!! - Signore all’accoglienza molto simpatico e disponibile, ci ha accompagnati alla nostra stanza offrendoci di portare le valigie perché le scale erano un po’ ripide. Abbiamo viaggiato con un cagnolino quindi ci è stata proposta una stanza più grande, apprezzato molto! Camera e bagno nel complesso puliti. A poca distanza dal centro e dalla stazione ferroviaria molto comodo!! Peccato per due tre piccoli dettagli che possono velocemente rovinare il complesso, bagno separato con porta a soffietto che abbiamo trovato staccato, l’abbiamo riattaccata noi…presa del comodino non funziona e il phon datata bruciato, errore nostro di non averlo segnalato magari non hanno notato.

• Nicolás (10/5): Excelente relación calidad-precio con ubicación estratégica y personal amable - El hotel está ubicado en un borde de la trama principal de la ciudad, pero permite llegar perfectamente a pie al centro y a la Piazza dei Miracoli que es donde está la torre, el duomo y el camposanto. Por otro lado, no hay que dejarse engañar por las imágenes que pueden dar la pauta de un lugar "modesto". ¡La habitación estaba excelente y remodelada! Las camas eran cómodas y el baño, que también era moderno, funcionaba perfectamente. A la vez, el hombre de la recepción fue sumamente amable con nosotros y nos ayudó en todo momento.
