• Philipp (9/5): Sehr schöne Anlage mit gut eingewachsenem, gepflegten Garten und schönem grossen Pool - Wir waren als Familie (Kinder 5 und 8 Jahre alt) Ende September/Anfang Oktober eine Woche im S'Incantu Resort und es hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Anlage ist zwar etwas angejahrt, aber qualitativ hochwertig gebaut und gepflegt - insbesondere der Garten mit Palmen und Bougainvillea ist sehr schön. Der Pool ist gross und wir hatten ihn oft fast für uns. Super ist, dass es ein verbundenes Becken geringer Tiefe hat für kleinere Kinder. Es hat einen schönen, flachen und feinsandigen Strand knapp 10 Gehminuten von der Anlage entfernt und weitere wunderbare Strände wenige Autominuten entfernt. Ohne Renovation ist es sicher nicht mehr top, aber wenn man mit dem einen oder anderen Altersschaden leben kann bekommt man hier eine doch sehr schöne Anlage zu einem guten Preis. Als wir da waren, war es auch sehr ruhig und das Personal (Reception, Bar) super freundlich. Das Holzdeck wird langsam morsch und brüchig und sollte ersetzt werden, es ensteht da langsam eine gewisse Verletzungsgefahr. Auch sonst wäre die eine oder andere Renovation fällig, aber weil mit guter Qualität gebaut wurde, wirkt es trotzdem noch hochwertig.

• Arbër (8/5): - Amazing location, close to an amazing beach just a few hundred meters away. Free parking by the hotel. Really friendly and helpful staff. They also allowed us to park at their vicinities and take a shower if needed after the check out. Check-in was also possible earlier than the posted hour (thanks for that) The rooms are really out-dated. A renovation would really make this resort a great one.
• Alexandra (9/5): Wunderschön - Das Resort ist wunderschön (die Pflanzen sind ein Traum), die Zimmer sind sauber und komfortabel. Einziges Manko, deshalb 1 Punkt Abzug, es ist extrem hellhörig. Manche Appartements sind mit einer (zwar abgeschlossenen) Türe getrennt aber man hört alles vom Nachbarn. Wir haben Räder ausgeliehen und sind die Strände erkunden gefahren.

• Georgina (10/5): Great location and beautiful property! - The room was perfectly appointed with the kitchenette that had everything we needed! Lovely pool and grounds, staff were all very friendly! Location was a convenient walk to the beach, town was a little further away, but walkable. The only small thing we didn’t like was that the parking lot was used by beach goers. It was full all day which meant if we left with the car during the day, parking upon return was tricky.

La passerella di legno a bordo piscina (nell'area di accesso bambini) era rotta e scheggiata in più punti e mio figlio appena arrivati si è subito tagliato nel tallone. Abbiamo segnalato il pericolo ma si sono limitati solo a mettere un vaso di fiori per coprire uno dei buchi. L'intera passerella in quel tratto andrebbe sostituita perchè davvero molto pericolosa.

• Chantelle (8/5): Good - The way the rooms are situated around the pool makes it very comfortable to go for a swim .the pool was big, clean and had a small part very shallow for children, and the adults part runs from shallow to deep. The atmosphere is very relaxing and the staff were all very helpful and friendly. Although it was written, it's a shame that in 4 days you don't get a change of towels or toiletries or some cleaning done so if you choose this, bring your own. Utensils were very limited, no toaster, no kettle. The room had a door locked, which leads to the next room and when we had noisy neighbors it was difficult to sleep at night with their loud talking.

Wasn't advised of the no basics in kitchenette i.e no dishcloth, detergent, salt/ pepper, tea towel or paper towel (all things an overseas traveller doesn't carry with them for a few days stay) 1 Washing machine on-site incurred long waiting lines Bikes were not greatly maintained, tyres rubbing, baskets falling on wheels constantly Not sure we would recommend this place without these updates being addressed

• G. (9/5): Relaxing and picturesque stay few minutes walking from the sea - Our accomodation was in a quiet area surrounded by the beautiful garden, and we had a lot of privacy. We enjoyed many meals on the porch. The kitchen supplies were brand new. We found out during our stay that the cleaning service and change of towels were not included in the rate. Also we had to clean the room and remove trash before departure to avoid a cleaning fee (!). Our rare was about 200 GBP per night, in mid june, and booking does not explain these restrictions. Wifi signal was not reaching our accomodation.

No cleaning service included despite quite high price. It should be cleaned at least every 3 days. Rats, ants and wasps everywhere.
• Sergio (6/5): - Per necessità di sintesi, schematizzo pregi e difetti: Pregi: Posizione eccezionale, a 3 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia di Campulongu e 5 minuti di auto dalle spiagge più belle. Piscina bella e aperta anche di notte. Gentilezza dei ragazzi al bar. Difetti: Pulizia della camera assolutamente inaccettabile, con stanza mal pulita e piena di formiche. Questo basta per non farmi tornare. Casette che non affacciano sulla piscina troppo brutte come posizione rispetto a quelle che affacciano sulla piscina. Colazione a 12€/persona scadente a dir poco, con prodotti confezionati da discount. Posto tranquillo e silenziosissimo di giorno e notte, ergo la sera bisogna uscire altrimenti è un mortorio. Reception poco presente, aperta solo dalle 9.00 alle 19.00. Voto 6--

Staff in the restauraunt and throughout the complex were execllent. Exceeded expectations. Great pool. Family of turtles in garden! That you could not avail of the buffet breakfast individually

• Kjaergaard (10/5): Incredible pool side and staff! - Our room was clean and apartment style, which we love! And the aircon worked great, thank heavens! The staff was so incredibly friendly and helpful and gave some really nice recommendations that we tried. The pool side was INCREDIBLE! We were able to go up and get drinks and snacks by the bar from bartender Thomas or Roberta and bring them down to enjoy by the poolside. Some hotels won't allow that but I have to say it just makes the whole stay. We had long beach days and came back for pool hang and some refreshments and ended up spending more money at the bar because we could just chill with the feet in the pool. Their cocktails were banging, I had 2 pina coladas and they were the best I've ever had. They also had umbrellas that we could borrow down to the beach for free which was such a winner. During high season the paid beach chairs are so expensive. They also have bikes that you could rent but we thought it was a little bit pricy so we ended up walking. The nearest beach is literally like 4 minute walk. They town of Villasimius is about 35 minutes walk. But so worth to visit. Please note that everything is dead and closed until like 21:00 and restaurants open often at 19:30 but will barely have a soul in them until much later. They had some weird rules about cleaning our room. They didn't have any housekeeping and we had to clean the kitchen and do the recycling ourselves. If we didn't they said it would cost us about 40€ as a fine. I thought this was a bit wild. The hotel is a bit out of the way and is not a cheap hotel. So I would say that is a bit outragous.

Our room had spaceous terrace with seating area. Walking distance to the beach, but nothing else really around. Car needed. Our room was a bit worn and could use some maintenance. Lot of potential! Limited kitchen supplies, also some basics missing.

• Dragana (6/5): - Die Gartenähnliche Anlage ist sehr schön. Das Zimmer mit Kochnische war sehr abgewohnt. Die Dusche im Badezimmer schmutzig, verfärbt und sehr unansehlich Wasserschaden an den Wänden. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Doppelbett gebucht, das Bett für 2 Personen war nur 140 breit und für zwei große Personen viel zu klein. Das Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt und die Handtücher nicht gewechselt. Sogar das Toilettenpapier mussten wir bei der Rezeption anfordern. Es war sehr laut und man hört wirklich jedes Wort, Toilettenspülung, TV oder sonstige Geräusche der Nachbarn - Intimsphäre null! Der TV hat bei uns nicht funktioniert und WLAN gibt es nur am Pool oder Bar.

It was very windy and the door was making lots of noises especially during the night but when we spoke to the receptionist they sent the maintenance guys immediately and was resolved. The restaurant lacks food if you're staying for long you will get bored of that food only.

• George (3/5): Not worth the price - The pool is great but needs to be cleaned more. The gardens are nice. The staff are rude. They make you pay the local tax even when you have already paid on booking.com… don’t know if it is something that needs to be resolved with booking.com as very confusing. The room is dark and does not offer anything other than one roll of toilet paper. The staff asked us to keep the kitchen clean yet so not supply anything (not even a scrubbing brush or sponge) to clean dishes with.

Monolocale piccolo ma confortevole , cucina completa bagno ampio, con alcune crepe e maniglie arrugginite da sistemare. Piscina molto bella e zona bar molto confortevole . Comodo anche il parcheggio della struttura.

• Ilenia (4/5): - Esperienza nel complesso negativa nonostante, colazione non inclusa nel prezzo ma con un sovraccosto di 10 euro a persona si può usufruire di una colazione a buffet deludente per la poca varietà di prodotti, pulizia della camera non compresa nel costo del soggiorno, complimenti al personale gentilissimo e per la location bellissima ma gestita male.

• Aline (9/5): Superb - Amazing family experience. Staff was lovely and helpful. Location was spectacular in one of the most beautiful places if South Sardinia, closed to Costa Rei. The resort had every thing we need to have a very relaxing family time with a young child. It is still a walking distance from the lovely town of Villassimius (20 minutes) but a car is highly recommended because at night some parts of the road are very very dark. We can only recommend this relaxing and children friendly family resort! 😃 Nothing
• Tina (10/5): The apartment was very nice, clean, comfortable and useful. - The beds were comfortable, the chicken was useful, the bathroom was big and the toilet was normal. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, near the town and the beach. The stay has a parking lot. We were there in September and it was very quite. Perfect for families.
• Christian (7/5): Good - Nice plants and building. Calm atmosphere. Best beach in the region. Free parking. You can see the sunset on the beach. The Bistro plays totally boring music all day long. You feel hypnotized and sleepy after some minutes. They offer freezed supermarket meals instead of some freshly cooked ones. The room and bath need some renovation, but no mould. Toilets on the beach are closed. The sourrounding nice forrest is full of toilet paper. New towel cost 10 EUR per person. Included is only one bath towel per person. Wifi was not working on my android phone and tablet. It took several attempts to get some answer. At the first attempts I was not taken seriously. I could not get to the login screen after all. Nearly no WiFi signal in the room, only in the bistro, only one hotspot. No beach bar. No mattress topper, only a very thin sheet. No new sheet or cleaning after a few days. Bike lanes to villasimius are in a very bad shape.
• Stephen (7/5): Good - location setting and surroundings has potential but needs a huge revamp for those prices!! fridge was old rusty and barely worked, a/c noisy and old, the floor to our apartment entrance not even paved just soil!! safe didn’t work as it should, no electric kettle had to boil a pot on a gas hob))) kitchen equipment very poor etc wifi hopeless for 2022!! reception staff not obliging at all but I pity them!! then they had the face to charge us for a baby cot and high chair!!..
• Orietta (6/5): - Luogo carino un po trascurato , personale un po menefreghista perché permettevano gli ospiti di giocare a palla dentro e fuori dalla piscina disturbando gli altri , anzi in più di un occasione la palla è arrivata quasi addosso a chi prendeva il sole nella sdraia , la bagnina pur essendo presente nn è intervenuta , tantomeno il personale addetto all accoglienza , anche se è permesso tenere i cani non mi sembra giusto che questi entrino in piscina o che non vengano legati o tenuti vicino ai padroni e che gli venga permesso di gironzolare intorno alla piscina disturbando gli ospiti. IL mio consiglio è di non permettere di utilizzare alcuna palla e di avere delle accortezze per chi porta i cani.
• Jorge (8/5): Good place for vacations - The pool is excellent and all the surrounded area. The room and kitchen area are adequate with air conditioning. The cleaning. The stairs that give access to the apartment were really dirty. The kitchen has few accessories to cook. No toaster, coffee machine, microwave, etc.. The doors of the freezer and refrigerator were not working properly. The towels were not changed during all the week. No towel or individuals for the eating table.
• Diana (7/5): Great villa style resort! - We loved the "villa" style resort! It had an amazing pool and a very nice and relaxing atmosphere. We enjoyed also the fact that the villas had a nice size, with two rooms that fits 4 people quite well. It was really difficult to get transportation to move around the area (go to restaurants, etc). The taxis would take a long time to arrive, or they would not come at all - what I think could be an interesting idea is if the resort has a partnership with different taxis or they provide some sort of shuttle transportation for their guests to move around different areas. Otherwise, you would have to walk in the middle of a deserted road!
• MAURIZIO (8/5): soggiorno positivo - Bella struttura con una piscina molto carina a circa 2 km dal centro di Villasimius, a breve distanza dalle spiagge di Campulongu e del Riso. Ambiente tranquillo ideale per famiglie e coppie. Ci siamo trovati bene, unica pecca ci è stato detto che avevamo la formula resort che non comprendeva né la colazione né la pulizia della camera. Le stesse ci sono state offerte ad un costo secondo noi eccessivo e quindi non ne abbiamo usufruito. Esperienza comunque positiva
• M (8/5): - Très bel établissement mais qui nécessite un petit rafraîchissement au niveau des lattes autour de la piscine et des salles de bains. Sinon personnel très à l'écoute et super sympathique. Je recommande ce resort les yeux fermés. A savoir que nous étions 6 dont 2 enfants de 6 et 8 ans ansi qu'un bébé de 6 mois.
• Verified traveler (8/5): - Wij hadden een 6 persoonkamer op 1e verdieping met uitzicht op zwembad. Erg groot balkon. Perfect. Maar indien we aan de drukke straatkant hadden gezeten was het toch wel anders geweest. Verder erg gemoedelijke accomodatie. Heerlijk relax.
• Verified traveler (4/5): - Struttura potenzialmente da top, ma in evidente stato di scarsa manutenzione. Non voglio entrare nel merito delle facciate esterne delle varie stanze dove predominano tracce di umidità e muri scrostati, ma ciò che ci ha deluso è stato in stanza con ragnatele nei vari angoli della casa e degli infissi interni ed esterni e sopratutto il doverci imbattere in formicai nelle prese di corrente e formiche con le ali a girovagare per la stanza, combattuto questo nemmeno dai manutentori della struttura, ma direttamente da noi con un vape spray da loro fornito dopo la nostra segnalazione. Deludente anche la proposta del bar presente dove già alle 9 del mattino la proposta si ferma ad un krapfen alla crema o un croissant vuoto. Il prezzo è stato sicuramente molto basso per la media della zona, ma la proposta è stata altrettanto bassa. Se non si hanno troppe pretese e non si è attenti a certe cose, e magari si cerca solo una bella piscina per i bambini e un po’ di relax può andar bene. Peccato perché la struttura ha un potenziale notevole

• Charlotte (10/5): Awesome! - An awesome place to stay. Staff very friendly and helpful especially as a solo traveller. Apartment was relatively basic, but exactly what was needed. A lovely pool area with bar facilities. Not a very far to walk to the closest beach, some better beaches a little further away. About a 20 minute walk into the town (I am a quick walker!!) On reflection I would recommend hiring a car or at least a bike if you intend on exploring.
• Oll (8/5): Beautiful setting, great location, good rooms. - The hotel pool and outdoor areas are very pretty and relaxing and the rooms are big with their own kitchen and fridge and balcony/patio area. The music by the pool plays from roughly 10am - 1pm and 4pm until later. It's never too noisy but can be heard in the rooms, but generally its a peaceful setting. We walked to 2 different beaches: a gentle 10 minute walk to Campulongu - a beautiful stretch of sand, but very busy in August. The other was 5-10 minutes walk called Del Riso with a great beach area and large flat rocks if you want to sit away from the crowd. Other amazing beaches are a short drive away. The walk into town takes about 25 minutes, mostly along a nice safe path alongside the road. Only minutes walk 2 at the start is is along wide shrub-land beside the road. All round a lovely hotel and good price.
• Helen (6/5): Great place for lively family activities. - Hotel is lovely as are the staff. Very much a mixed international crowd. Beautifully maintained garden and pool. Only downside is that between 10am and midnight there is constant entertainment and noise (animation) for kids and family with only a 3 hour break between 1 and 4 and again 7-10. Great if you want the kids entertained but for someone seeking a relaxing quiet holiday like me it was not great. Sitting by the pool therefore not very relaxing if just want to snooze or read in peace (unless between 1 and 4 when it is bliss). Loud music and constantly being asked if you want to participate in games and activities. Otherwise food lovely and staff very welcoming and helpful. Note as the rooms are more apartment style there is no servicing inc cleaning. Towels and sheets are replaced (for you to remake) one a week. For me this was fine but may not be for others. It is a 15-20 min walk into town it a very pleasant one. Only a short walk to very beautiful beaches.
