• NoName (5/5): Too expensive for what it it. A very dated place - The pool is nice, and the outdoor area is very pleasant, if you can ignore the manure smell. A billiard table is nice to have The piano area bar is very cosy Breakfast is below average Location - far from the center and the last bus back is at 5pm. plus the bus runs only once per hour Dinner- expensive and average, very salty Rooms are okish, extremely dated and you can hear everything on the hallway Sauna - extremely small Manure smell doesn't fit the "spa" and 4* vibe

• Grégoire (5/5): Als frühere regelmässige Kunden war der aktuelle Aufenthalt eher enttäuschend. - Die Lage ist und bleibt wunderbar mit schönem Blick auf den Wildstrubel. Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, Badewanne sanierungsbedürftig, ebenso z. B. im Pool-Bereich. Heute 9 Uhr beim Frühstücksbuffet noch 1.5 Brot und leeres Brotkörbchen = nicht mehr 4 Sterne würdig!
• Kathy (10/5): - We have stayed at this hotel twice for a few days and we like it. It is close enough to Lenk village accessible by car or by ski bus. The rooms are airy and comfortable, the hotel is clean and we enjoy the breakfast and the pool. The staff is always lovely and helpful and have been very understanding when I had to cancel our stay last minute, due to booking the wrong flights. I really couldn't fault it. (Even Barbara Birre enjoyed her stay as you can see on the photos) I really have nothing negative to report
• Manfred (10/5): Tolles Hotel zum weiter empfehlen - Top Frühstück, schöne saubere Zimmer und ein wunderschönes Innenbad. Alles in Allem ein sehr gutes Hotel. Leider hatte der Kellner keine Ahnung von den Weinen im Hause, seine Antwort ich trinke keinen Wein.

Ruhebereich in der Sauna in die Jahre gekommen und wenig einladend. Straße am Hotel tagsüber recht befahren.

• Steve (8/5): - Très bon petit déjeuner. Un peu loin du village. Chambre petite. Règles de surclassement pas claires. Un surclassement a été offert à nos amis qui avaient réservé en meme temps que nous, et pas a nous. Pas clair pour quelle raison.

• Kathryn (8/5): Great hotel but the pool should be free for the hotel Guests. - cleanliness and style of hotel (traditional). Food a d staff were excellent. Not hotel’s fault as hidden costs not stated on booking.com such as pay extra to use the hotel pool, which is chf 15 pp per day. We only booked this hotel because of the pool, but the Erlebnis Bad in the village was cheaper and offered slide, indoor and outdoor hot pools! Also, states that price includes all taxes and charges but there is a local tax to pay per adult per day.. which is ok if you know about it before you book.

• Anonymymy (10/5): Beautiful hotel with very caring staff - Super helpful/ caring staff (I had a sprained ankle and they helped me get around (carrying my baggage) and with my booking + after check out they drove me to the city center) I am very thankful for that! Otherwise it was a sweet hotel (nice ambience), very clean and had lot's of good features (a beautiful swimming area, a billard table and even windows to a horse riding hall next door. + the breakfast was pretty good/ tasty :P. Can't think of anything right now.
• Yaara (9/5): Great hotel, I would happily stay here again - Great sauna and pool, both indoor and outdoor with beautiful view of the mountains. Friendly and attentive staff. Everything was clean and spacious. We got visitor card that gave us free rides on the busses and trains in town. 1. The location is about 25 minutes walk to Lenka center. There are busses but they stop operating around 5pm, and the train only comes once an hour after that. If you want to have dinner in town be prepared for this. 2. My room was located right above the horse stables, and when I opened the windows the room smelled like horses 🙁

• Kurt (8/5): nice family hotel - The lady at the reception desk was very friendly. The room was clean, spacious and quiet. Our kids loved the pool and the provided pool toys, however, for me the water temperature was a bit too cool, especially of the outside pool. We loved that they provided bathrobes and extra towels in the spa area. The breakfast was OK. They could have added some pastries or coffee cake to the selection. The restaurant also serves lunch and dinner upon request. Food was good. It is a nice family hotel, but not sure about 4 star quality. There were no white rolls (our daughter's favorite) at the breakfast bread station. When asking the waitress if they had some, she pointed at the dark rolls, then rolling her eyes at me, saying: Fine, I look for some. There is also no staff in the pool/spa area. Kids were climbing the decorative waterfall and jumping in from it. Which was very disruptive for all the other guests in the pool. No one there to stop it though....
