• Marion (8/5): Très bon souvenir, agréable et sympathique. - L'accueil et l'amabilité et la sollicitude de l'équipe. La salle de petit déjeuner qui est conviviale et chaleureuse qui permet les échanges avec les autres clients de l'hôtel. L'accessibilité pour les personnes à mobilité réduite. Les escaliers sont nombreux et assez raides.

• jean claude (5/5): bof, bof - L'accueil de la jeune fille à la réception. Très gentille trop bruyant et voyageurs peu respectueux. Chambre vétuste. Plusieurs points lumineux ne fonctionnaient pas. Interrupteur cassé, lampes grillées etc

• Niall (7/5): Basic , cheap but ideal for a night or 2 - Location was very central so perfect. Receptionist was amazing. Didn’t get her name but was extremely helpful and polite. Room is very basic and shower head holder was broken so I had to hold it when showering

• DAPLAST SL (1/5): La descripción no refleja la naturaleza del alojamiento - Buen trato por parte de recepción Como empresa, reservamos este en alojamiento 2 habitaciones para dos trabajadores y consideramos importante señalar que la descripción no reflejaba adecuadamente la naturaleza del establecimiento. Esta falta de información generó una situación incómoda (ruidos que le impidieron descansar de noche). Recomendamos mayor transparencia en el anuncio para evitar malentendidos a futuros huéspedes. Además, la ducha del baño estaba rota.

• Philippe (8/5): It was a port in a storm. For that I’m grateful. - The location was pretty good, right in the center of Wavre. The hotel itself was clean and decently maintained. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Nothing about the hotel but the town isn’t the cleanest.

Café/thé à discrétion dans grande salle commune (cuisine avec frigo et réchaud accessibles) Parking gratuit derrière l'hôtel. Dans la chambre occupée le sol devant la salle de bain un peu défoncé/abîmé et pas (encore?) complètement réparé.

Manque un petit frigo. Dommage que le ventilateur en été soit un supplément. Table légèrement bancale. Porte salle de bain qui ne se ferme pas bien.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Last time to visit - We have stayed at this hotel several times in the past but were very disappointed with our latest visit. There was nobody at reception therefore we had no idea where to get keys etc. We eventually phoned someone and was told our room number and the key is in the door! Only one towel and no one to ask for another until we were leaving. The shower head had not been cleaned for ages and therefore water spraying from all angles. TV turned on during the night a couple of times and woke us up! Whilst we appreciate it's not expensive we shall not be returning.
