- Odalys (2/5): - Very dissapointed with our stay here. I booked at this location due to the amount of “Great” reviews it has and big mistake. From the moment we drove in, the property did not have much lighting. We checked in at midnight and got our room which was pleasant. At 2:30am they decide to do housekeeping in the room above and next to us and the amount of noise was ridiculous given the time. They kept clicking the switches so much it woke up my toddler. THEN to top it off the fire alarm goes off at 5:45AM and there was no fire. The employee in front desk turns out was the one that set it off due to the smoke from “breakfast”. He said he didn’t know if a fire was going on and that he was the only one prepping and handling the front desk. Terrible experience. Will not be booking at this chain ever. Not worth the 7 hours we spent there. What a scam.

- Samuel (4/5): Poor quality - uncomfortable, the room smelled bad, beds were very soft and uncomfortable, one of the beds had stains, the toilet did not flush properly, the bathtub had hair, the beds looked like their sheets had not been changed, we have to use ours, around the hotel you do not feel safe, this hotel already below its quality standards, the elevator floor broken and poorly maintained, the folders dirty, everything in itself very bad, the breakfast Disgusting, the egg was filled with a lot of water, it looked pure, the pancakes looked like bubblegum, the coffee was tasteless and cold, I think I'll think about it before staying there again, I don't recommend it.

The hotel was modern with a very clean and fresh feel. The room was large, clean, and comfortable. The workout room was clean and had good basic equipment. The pool and hot tub area was SO NICE! Definitely one of the nicest indoor pool areas I have seen in a boutique hotel. Breakfast was hot and fresh, and the serving area was kept clean and well stocked. And the location was very convenient- easy access to the highway, several dining options within walking distance, and less than 1.5 miles from an HEB grocery and banks. I will definitely return if I am back in the area!

The 1st room was not cooling but the gentleman immediately moved us and it was perfect. Breakfast was OK.. craved pancakes but machine was broken. Juice machine was also broken. BTW if you book third party they do not care about your Hilton Honors status. You receive no perks.. including late check out.

- Walter (8/5): Late nite check in. - I always prefer staying here over anywhere else, this time I wasn’t so happy. We had a late night check in, getting into the room the bath tube wasn’t cleaned it was like they sprayed the tub but didn’t wipe it down and there was a big long hair in the tub, Also there were clothing tags under the pillows of one of the beds, and Tv didn’t want to stay on. No compensation was made.
- Larissa (8/5): Nice Hotel / Noisy Highway - Overall Very Good - Nice hotel with spacious rooms and excellent hot breakfast. Friendly staff. Only issue was the noisy highway nearby. Plenty of restaurants, gas stations and other things nearby. Overall quite positive experience.
- Cynthia (6/5): - The hotel smelled of mold once you got to the upper levels of the building. Our room were very humid that it was so uncomfortable to be in. A dehumidifier had to be put in the room.
- Robert (10/5): Minor problems - It was clean and comfortable. We were too tired to swim or exercise, it both seemed good. There were 2 small problems. The electrical outlets at the desk and bedside table were worn and would not hold a charger from falling out. We carry multi port adapters and use the plug by the microwave. We were next to the back door. It makes a lot of noise. Fortunately people stopped using it before we went to bed. Neither of these were a game stopper.
- Oscar (10/5): - Staff is great. Made my check in very convenient. Office chair in room needs replacing. Great comfortable bed. Temperature in the room was perfect.

- Ramon (10/5): - The stay was great. Only issue was having to notify front desk to make sure housekeeping repace the bathroom towels. Othrr then that everything was great.. Will stay there next time we visit again. Desk personnel was very polite.
- Robin (6/5): - The room was very humid. The air was working as far as cooling but the room felt like pea-soup. My clothes in my suitcase were damp when I got home.

- Irma (4/5): - Had a bad experience w the ice machine not working & the front desk said they only had 2 machines which was false they only had one the other one looked like it had been taken out months ago … the guy @ front desk ( wearing a hoodie with the hood on very unprofessional,uneasy)would not find it in him to go get me some ice from the kitchen…
- Verified traveler (10/5): BEST HOTEL EVER!!! - At first, i wasnt able to check-in because the system showed that there were no rooms available but Hotels.com showed 3 rooms available. After the front desk clerk contacted his manager & was chewed out, he was able to locate a room that matched my confirmed reservation. I am beyond grateful to him for continuing to look into why I was able to reserve but his system showed no room available.

- Heather (10/5): 5 star all the way - An amazing hotel to stay at. Rooms are super clean and the breakfast is the best we have ever had from a hotel!
