• Alana (1/5): Not non-smoking rooms - It had free parking Do not stay here if athsmatic. They use ozone to clean the room, which is toxic to lung health, and can kill you with enough exposure. In our case they left the machine on during our stay, which is extremely dangerous, against health regulations, and triggered athsma and headaches after only 15min. The whole building smells of ozone. We stayed in a “non smoking room” so I think they were trying to cover smoke smell. We were denied a refund as the receipt was lost during the escape, but I didn’t want to risk my health arguing any further, as I don’t speak the language.

When booking the reservation was done requesting no smooking rooms but one room was a smoking one and it smelled very bad. Hot water took ages to come so showering took some time. The kettle to warm up water is from 50 years ago, old , dirty and takes forever to work, never in 8 years of Japan i saw something like that.

• norihiro (8/5): - 1人で車での長距離移動の途中、単に寝るだけの施設を探し当施設に決めました。 当施設は1人での利用の際、カプセルホテルタイプと部屋タイプ（いわゆるシングルベッドタイプ）がありましたが、長距離運転もあり他人も気にならない部屋タイプを選びました。素泊まりタイプです。 【良かった点】 ・部屋にもユニットバスはありましたが、別にサウナも備えた大浴場があり、ゆっくりと体を癒すには十分でした。また、大浴場は早朝も利用でき朝起きた後も利用させて頂きました！（サウナは朝は使用できません） ・大浴場も洗面化粧台に歯ブラシが設置されており有難かった。 ・大浴場と同じ階の休息室には新聞・雑誌・漫画等が豊富にあり思わず色々物色してしまいました。 ・ラウンジには水素水のサーバーがあり、部屋でも飲めるように専用ボトルのレンタルがあり利用させて頂きました！ ・地元の中日新聞の無料サービス、駐車場の無料サービスは有難かったです。 ・徒歩圏内にコンビニもあり便利。 ・何よりフロントスタッフの方々が笑顔でとても親切な接客。気持ち良かったです。 【改善点・残念な点】 ・チェックインし部屋に入室後、うがい・手洗いのためにユニットバスに入ったのですが、床に私とは ・大浴場にもタオル類を設置頂けると有難かったです！まあ、これは私のわがままですが。

• met (6/5): 近くに他のホテルがない - 他のホテルが近くにないので選択肢がない。 ビジネス客がほとんどだと思うので仕方ないのかもしれませんが、空調、ルームキー、ベッドの快適度が高くありませんでした。 レストランは美味しかったです。
• Colin (8/5): Pleasant hotel with good facilities - Only stayed as a stopover to the Grand Prix at Suzuka but this hotel was both clean and comfortable
• Verified traveler (8/5): トヨタ自動車に近いホテル - トヨタ自動車にとても近いので、ビジネスで用のある方には便利かと思います。 大浴場が男性向けなので、女性には少し点数が下がるかと思います。
• Weezy (8/5): Across the street from Toyota Kaikan Museum - If you're going on the Toyota Kaikan Plant tour, this is a great place to stay the night before. Their meals are discounted for hotel guests (and it's excellent quality). Note that the sauna here is only for men, and the hotel is full of mostly businessmen, but their staff is very considerate and tries very hard to communicate to foreigners. Bathrooms are sort of old, but they were quite clean and functional. They also had a great toiletries kit that had a lot of little useful things in it (like a body scrubber, massage ball, etc).
• Michael (6/5): Middle of the Road Stay - Nice enough stay for a not-so-often business stay. Older hotel with Sauna facility attached. The room was quiet although the area is busy with traffic. Coming back from my run at 9PM the bozoku where out revving their bike engines. Once in my room, I was not bothered by the noise. Why hotels insist upon making a copy of my passport or gaikokujin torokusho continues to be bothersome. When I told them they could check my info to confirm that I have legal and valid reasons for being in Japan (living/working here for 16 years!)but not copy it, the young guy seemed utterly perplexed. The senior staff took over for him and accepted my request. Not a bad stay at all, just appearing outdated when compared to the new Route Inn(or even the older Route Inn) within within 10 minutes of this place. Also, if you are doing business at/near the TMC complex it will be convenient. If you need to cross town, rush hour traffic can be difficult.

• Masato (4/5): いまいち - 仕事で宿泊しました。 周りは、徒歩10分程で、コンビニがあります。 他は、特に無し。 部屋は、エアコンが効かず窓を開ける必要でした。 従業員に話しても、エアコンは集中管理で温度を下げる事が出来ないとの事。 周辺、部屋環境から、二度と泊まる事は無いと思います。
• Verified traveler (6/5): ビジネス利用 - ホテルの周りは特に何かがあるわけではない。 ビジネス利用なので問題ない。 大浴場があるので、とても助かっている。 ただコンビニ等の商店が徒歩5分ほど離れた場所にあるのみで、買い物は若干不便である。
