Guest Reviews
- Senthilkumar (8/5): It’s a average stay for the price that we paid - Quick check in and check out. Rooms are old
- April Jonie (2/5): - this is the first time Im giving bad reviews, normally when I dont really like the place I let it slide but this time I guess people from the management should know the room was terrible super dirty, the washroom was dirty too and the water was leaking everywhere I will not recommend this place
- oppenberg (5/5): We were not disappointed because we did not expect any better. But, it was clean altogether and the beds quite comfortab - Location was good. Bathroom vent extremely noisy.
Hairdryer did not work.
Toilet seat cover broken.
- Skyler (10/5): - Good parking available. Lots nearby for dinning, shopping, grocery, etc. Around 10 minute drive to Niagara Falls. Small fridge in room. Tap made a loud noise. Friendly service.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Horrible stay - While the hotel was clean, we were still asleep when the employee tried to barge into the room while we were sleeping to inform us that it was time to check out. We weren't dressed and this was a serious breach of privacy. And the room was described as having a whirlpool tub, no such accommodation. Bare electrical fixtures, and bare minimum accommodation. Will go anywhere else instead.
- Anton (10/5): -
- Eric (2/5): - Rooms were in disrepair
1 ropm was missing the fridge, tv not working, 1 lamp. At time ofcheck in, we were upgraded to this room. The 2nd room no toilet paper holder, toillet seat not attached and found a cockroach in the bathroom. Both rooms, the mattresses were extremely hard. Very poor experience. I will never stay there again.
- Steve (8/5): - Front desk was very cheerful and helpful.
Free parking.
- Chirag (10/5): - It was good experience
- Laia (6/5): -
- Angela (2/5): - Extremely dirty mold no tv cockroaches
- Syed Sajjadul (10/5): - i wanna visit again
- Trevor Austin (4/5): -
- Martin (2/5): - This place is alright. However
After 1am TOO NOISY!!!!!
Bed too hard
No night lights?
Missing night table
Not many towels
Neighbors and people outside causing excessive noise after 1am.
Pot smoking

- Nafisa (4/5): - 4.5/10 - The room we received was what you’d expect for being a motel. TV didn’t work and was ancient, bathroom door didn’t have a lock, the fan in the bathroom made a constant loud noise every time the light was turned on, no counter area in the sink, nightstand was missing a drawer, limited wall plugs, and the furniture was okay. The locks on the room door was okay but concerning since it’s just an electronic door handle with a keycard, and those chain locks from the inside.
We never used the dresser and there was no other furniture besides what was mentioned, along with a mini fridge and two average beds. There is no closet and a few hooks on the wall. The bedroom and bathroom had squished bugs on the ceiling.
If you are planning to travel out all day and be in the room to only sleep at night for a day or two, that would be the best benefit. Unless you get one of the rooms up top like my brother in law did (which were so much better in quality and well worth the money, plus had nice furniture, a modern TV, working bathroom, and overall felt like a hotel room). Girl at counter is sweet and parking spaces are nice, but man did she give us a sub par room lol.
If you want places to visit, you have many fast food and local business to eat at. There is Clifton Hill and Niagara Falls in walking distance as well. Just be prepared to walk a lot and park your car at one of those private parking lots for around $30 CAD. It’s impossible to find parking in Niagara Falls lots.
- Devaun (8/5): - Although old and a bit damaged rooms where clean.
- Carol (2/5): - Tried to change my reservation and they wouldnt let me change it
- Tanner (2/5): Won't stay again!!! - The place was a shithole.....I'm pretty sure there were working girls standing out front at one point.....also pretty sure my bed didn't have a mattress ...seemed to me to have a 4 inch tipper on top of a box spring.......very uncomfortable.
- Asous (10/5): -
- Rê (4/5): - The kitchen it was always closed at the morning
- gregory (2/5): - Air condition Bowring hot air, no remote for the television. Room hot and nasty. Will not recommend this place for my pig, looks like all refugees end up there.
- Oleksandra (10/5): - Good
- Del (6/5): - Proximité commerces et
Chutes du Niagara à moins de 4 mn en voiture Robinetterie sdb
Parfum.ambiance fort que l'odeur pour cacher odeurs

- Guest (1/5): This room should have been $60/night. Not $100 - The sheets looked clean at least. The room was one of the worst I’ve ever stayed in. Walls, ceiling were all marked up or water stained. The furniture looked like it was picked up off the side of the road. A huge section of tile in the shower had separated from the wall exposing a 1/2” gap for water and moisture to pour into. They tried to cover it with tape but it had come off the wall and was just hanging into the tub, covered in dirt/mould. This room should not have been rented out.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Great location for a 2 star hotel. - Mattress rock hard, no cups (had to drink out of an electric tea kettle). No cleaning for 4 days (had to run out at night to buy toilet paper) because of limited office hours. Trash not emptied during entire time. Was not able to confirm that my deposit was returned (not at all sure why you had to put one down) because my check out was outside of office hours. You also have to make sure that you check in during their office hours, even though you technically paid for the room the night before. Checked out early. But no bed bugs and excellent location! No real safety concerns and pretty quiet. But very inconvenient to stay in and lacking in services that I felt I paid for.
- Erica (10/5): - Amazing and friendly staff. Made us feel special.
- Kamran (6/5): - The door had been kicked off and the sill was repaired with multiple screws drilled through the trim, instead of fixing it properly. Carpet was wet from AC condensation. Dirty carpet really showed up when taking a shower as a walk from the bedroom to the shower showed up with black footprints contrasting against the white shower floor.
- Michael (10/5): - The motel was perfect for what I needed. A clean decent room for the weekend close to everything.
- Dung (8/5): - Good service
- Bevilacqua (1/5): Ask for the specific room you are staying in, send pictures to confirm. - The pictures in this listing are not what you get when you check in. There are two different locations listed for the same property. The ceiling was falling apart and was left on the floor. The bathroom had so much mold all over the ceiling, no ventilation, and the door were so gross. The entire room had a smell we bought candles to help.
- nimish (6/5): - Need more amenities in the room. No drinking water facility. Bathroom should be cleaner.
- Prashant (8/5): Very good -
- Vlad_ca (4/5): Price is not fair - Pretty good location.
Shops, supermarkets, restaurants, fastfoods are very close. All facilities are old.
Fridge did not work.
Room was not clean.
Mold in the washroom.
- James (2/5): - Could not watch tv cut out every 2 min of show . Too small no room to move.
Air conditioner wasn't working properly .shower way too small . Ants in bathroom they were very pleasant and quick when checking in. Over all was not happy about room
- N (2/5): - Our room looked liked it had not been cleaned in months. Bed mattress was so thin, might as well slept on the floor. Bedding was stained. Towels seemed clean but we didn't want to use it. Bathroom door had masking tape on the handle and didn't even lock. Mouldy ceiling and shower area. Filthy. I get that this is a motel and expectations should be low, but wow. We didn't sleep because air was so dusty and beds so uncomfortable. Only positive was the girl at check in/out was very nice.
- Jennifer (6/5): - For the price we paid and time of year it was excellent.
Would come again.
- Jocelyn (6/5): - Was cheap for the area but found a dirty towel in our room on arrival and had someone knocking on our door the day before our check out saying we should have checked out already. Much of the room's paint was chipped and had dirty hand marks. the bathroom did not have any hand soap and the faucet sprayed water across the room everytime it was turned on.
Their profile also says transportation to the falls is easy however unless you would like to pay over $10 each way for an Uber or walk over 30 minutes to a bus stop that will get you directly to the falls, transportation is very limited. I assume at one point it would have been easy however they have removed this bus line and it has not veen updated.
Overall was cheap and okay for the few nights we stayed but would probably not stay again.
- Francisco (8/5): Very good -
- GERARDO A DIAZ (10/5): Our Wonderful Room - The hotel room was clean, neat, and quiet with close access to restaurants & casino shows. Parking was also easy-right in front of our room. The staff was friendly and able to meet our needs for both a microwave & fridge with a separate clean, neat & organized breakfast room for the microwave & fridge in our room. We loved our stay their & will be back!
- Anonymous (9/5): Exceptional place for a Saturday night stay. - Cleanest and flexible check out time. No tissue box.
- Cheyenne (10/5): - My stay here was very nice.
- Novosad (3/5): Poor - The place Lots of mold and rust. Most mold in the bathroom. on the ceiling
- Rahwa (6/5): - The room is not clean enough and no coffe table.
- Makayla (10/5): - price was excellent and the room was clean and seemed newly renovated. our room was a bit small but still great!
- Neel (2/5): - Property was not in a good condition and rooms were not ready at the check in time. The rooms we got were dirty and there was a smoking smell in one of the room!
- Iro (2/5): Smelly and dirty motel. Not value for money! -
- Bonnie (3/5): would not go back - convenient location near stores bed hard as rock. tiles in bathroom falling out
- Maya Jamaica (4/5): - Staff are nice specially the receptionist but the room was not, its old and not clean, ac is very old and its stop cooling. Our room is not cold we still feel the heat 37degrees outside during our stay. I got disappointed when i saw my friend room which is nicer, looks newly renovated compare to our room thats looks old, not clean. The looks of the room where i will not stay again in the future.
- Joan (4/5): Would not go back - Check in was fine, we liked the room but my bf noticed the tv had no remote, so they moved us to another room no issues- we were moved from downstairs to upstairs which came with a balcony. We dropped our stuff without really looking around aside from him checking the TV and struggling to lock the balcony door as it didn't line up properly and locking it was a huge struggle, and we came back later at night after the fireworks around 11 or 1130pm. We noticed then that it wasn't that clean. There was a partially cleaned mess in the mini fridge, a brown stain-that I'm still hoping was glue- by the light switch in the bathroom, and when I walked barefoot around the room for a few minutes the bottoms of my feet were black. We also didn't have water when we arrived back and called the front desk who said it would be turned back on in 10-15 minutes(which it was). There was also heat blasting in the hallway and stairwell of the motel. It was already hot out (early July). Luckily we didn't need the table and chairs as one of the chairs was broken. We did not complain because we had been traveling all day and then fireworks, we were tired, the beds looked clean and we were only there for the night and we had already swapped rooms to get a TV we could turn on. I'm sure they would have moved us again if we had of complained as the staff were friendly, but who wants to be that person, and the room should not have been like that to begin with.
- Vikramjit (1/5): Bad - Location Ac not working office close try to call 2 numbers no respond .
- Vijayapandian (6/5): Pleasant -
- Carmelo (9/5): Superb - a quiet place.
- Karishma (10/5): - Very good
- Sabaresh (7/5): Good -
- Michael (4/5): - There were few choices when we decided to book, but the reviews were reasonably good for this motel. Not sure exactly why. The hot water went out for the entire unit for the evening of the 4th of July...pretty inconvenient since the entire family had spent most of the day outside in the 80+ degree weather. It was repaired sometime the next morning but the motel didn't offer an explanation, discount, or apology. The chairs on the outside "porches" were cracked and in disrepair. The bathtub in both rooms we reserved were simply gross. The window air conditioner in one of the two rooms we booked sounded like a freight train. The other a/c worked okay and was much quieter. But the bottom line is if there is any other place available, book it.
- Svetlana (5/5): It would be ok if not for absence of hot water - It was relatively clean and the price was the lowest in the area I understand you can’t expect much from a motel but I think the basics need to be covered. The shower didnt have hot water and when I mentioned it to the staff they didn’t really apologize or anything. This is Canada, even a 2 star motel is expected to have hot water. And if for some reason it doesn’t you should warn or compensate for inconvenience. Disappointing.
- Chirag (6/5): - Ok
- Vicky (10/5): - Very happy nice arrive room very clean close to everyone👍
- Ken (6/5): Wouldn’t stay again - We checked in the AC didn’t work in one room and no remote for the tv in the other. Asked about both items being fixed was told they would be. Went out came back nothing was resolved. Asked again but no help as it was too late. Went to get help the next morning. Was given a remote from another room told the AC would be fixed. Went out came back still wasn’t fixed complained again they ended up bringing a fan to the room. Checked out the next morning they gave me my security deposit back then after I left they charged the deposit again. Fought with them for two day and threatened legal action to get them to return the security deposit.
- Héctor (2/5): - The room was with bad smell to septic wells and a lot of flies flying inside and outside the rooms. The refrigerator was out of service and it was notified on the front desk and they didn't fix it. They didn't change the trash bags and they didn't clean the towels the next day. The hotel have free parking and is close to the highway and to the Niagara Falls. The employee on the front desk was very kind.
- Sebastián (10/5): - Good place
- Neetu (10/5): - Good
- Marie (1/5): Bad -
- Lisa (2/5): - The pictures are much prettier they don’t have a pool our bathroom toilet wouldn’t work, in my kids room their bathroom had black mold in it and when u look under the beds it’s disgusting and when we came back last night one of our rooms smelted like cigarette smoke and my girls don’t smoke nor do we and the blankets have burn holes through them worst hotel ever in my life don’t recommend it to anyone
- Espinoza (10/5): Exceptional -
- Randall (4/5): - I will not stay at this location again. The outside was run down. The room was interesting. The bathtub was dirty, full of footprints. The floors were dirty. The bottom mattresses which were not covered were filthy around all sides, disgusting! The electrical would never pass code. wires run out of existing outlets to another location and an outlet box put there. Outlet covers were broken.. Could not watch tv or use wifi as it would keep shutting off. 1:00 am people yelling and slamming doors making all kinds of noise. I would rate this at most a 1 out of 100
- Anonymous (1/5): Bad - Front desk staff was pleasant, this was the only good thing. Hairs in the bed, stains on the sheets, dirty washroom, room was very strongly smelling of smoke, sketchy patrons. Left within an hour of checking in.
- Carreño (9/5): Good experience - Room and bathroom were spacious, and the room with two beds had a good A/C that kept the room cool. The room with the single bed had an old A/C that wasn't able to keep the room as cool as desired.
- Kavya (8/5): - It was a good stay for the price.
- logan (10/5): - Always a great cheap option when i stay in niagara falls
- Nancy (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean and quiet. Free parking and close to restaurants and shopping
- Jayson (10/5): - Nice place
- anil (4/5): - It was average
- Jeffrey (8/5): - The motel has under gone renovations and needs a lot more. The bathroom sink and tub do not drain as normal.
It will drain after you stop using water, takes about 10 min.
- Vitor (8/5): - Nice hot tub
- Verified traveler (4/5): Not recommending - The original room we were given was under renovation and between 2 permanent residents living at the hotel with pets and smoking right outside the door. We were moved to a different room that was a bit more updated but still not the cleanest. I wouldn't walk on the floors with barefeet. The mattress was extremely hard and there wasnt great sound-proofing between the rooms. The toilet was loose and was very tight with your knees almost hitting the wall in front of you.
- Human1008 (8/5): Great place to spend the night - The staff was very helpful Lack of TV (functioning)
- Brendan (6/5): - Creskhesds
- Karin (10/5): - Super friendly and helpful manager and staff. Property was close to all amenities within walking distance.
- Simone (6/5): Pleasant -
- Donna (10/5): - I enjoyed my stay
Fred was awesome, very helpful, friendly and hes a great guy
The rooms are very clean
I would highly recommend staying here
- ali (10/5): - Good
- James (9/5): Superb - The location was perfect, it is really close to the falls. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the 3 queen beds were perfect for our group. It was clean and the staff brought us extra towels when we needed them. The shampoo and soap were provided, but I wish there was also a conditioner.
- William (10/5): - Just right great stay
- Jaimin (10/5): - Property is near gas station tim hortons pizza pizza mcd overall property is good for normal budget trip
- mohammed (10/5): - The owners son is a great man who really makes check in and check out very easy, quick, and simple. great service, great rooms, and great employees
- Bojin (7/5): Good - Clean and comfortable Parking lot wasn't plowed
- Shivam (3/5): Poor - Neighborhood, Kind staff They had no heater in the room we got at first , it was -9 C outside, they gave us another room lateron and that was too cold as well.
The room was not clean looked like they just give it to guest and without cleaning give to other.
- Gustavo (4/5): Disappointing - Parking and location The bedding was not clean (the pillowcases had stains), the bathroom faucet splashed water everywhere, soaking our clothes every time we used it. We didn’t end up using the shower or bathtub due to the cleanliness of the place, the room had a musty smell, the outlets didn’t work (only in the bathroom), which left us without television, and the staff took no action when we informed them. They claimed they were full and could not move us to another room or take any measures to compensate for the situation.
- phetsamone (4/5): - i do not like
- Alancees (2/5): Very unclean and uncomfortable - It’s location The room was very bad
- Bohdan (6/5): - Walking distance to shows was nice. Old hotel that apparently has renovated rooms. Was good for a one nighter with hot tub in room while going to a show at the Casino
- Amit (2/5): - I will say 0, i booked this property and after i regret because they show different pictures but the property was totally different so i suggest to everyone please save theirs money don’t book this property, they took $100 from me as a security deposit and they deduct $50 from it . So its for all my friends please dont book this property
- Elizabeth (7/5): It was ok for our purpose. We may give it another try to see if they update rooms. - The beds were comfortable. The staff was super friendly. It was close to many restaurants on Lundy’s Lane. Mini fridge kept drinks super cold! Rooms are a bit dated. Bathrooms could use an overhaul. The rooms /floors were freezing, heat didn’t seem to work well. There was some dust hanging from the vents on the ceiling.
- Edward (7/5): Good - Warm and cozy Bathroom was a bit dirty, saw some stuff in the bathtub (couldn't tell if they were dead bugs or just dirt)
- Armando (2/5): - Heat never worked properly. They brought me a heating fan, which never did nothing. Jacuzzi had no pressure all cold water the most terrible stayI will never return back there ever again called them multiple times and nobody ever answered the phone worst stay I had would never recommend anyone to stay there very disappointed
