- Thu (5/5): I won't stay there again just because of the unprofessional and unfriendly staff at the receiption. - I like the location. But the staffs there are horrible. They acted as if they are my cruel boss. Their faces were long, impatient. We can't ask anything. They said I don't know. The hotel staff. Almost all of them are unfriendly. They are not willing to assist the guests. They are behaving like big bosses. It is natural that guests ask about the surrounding and how to get around. Their default answers with the long faces is "I don't know".

- Mbali (10/5): My stay was very comfortable. I do consider to use their services again. - It is near transportation and also near essential stores. It is so easy to find. It was very clean. There’s nothing I didn’t like.
- Kwanwook (1/5): Bad - Arban City Hotel is the place to stay when visiting Pusan. Not only is a great location, close to the station and restaurants, it’s also tucked away in a quiet location. So quiet enough to have some peace and solitude but close enough to walk everywhere. My family and I were very comfortable at Arban and were able to relax and sleep well for the next day’s adventures. The breakfast and the gym on the second floor were a God send as I missed real Korean mom's foods.

- Tyler (2/5): Worst hotel of my life - Worst hotel I have stayed in. The unit was very unclean. Hair clumps left over from previous people. The A/C unit never got remotely close to the temperature when I stayed. Cleaning staff cannot read or understand the symbol of Do not Disturb continually pounding on my door everyday to offer me more towels. Barging into my room even after I tell them no and ask to be left alone. Noisy neighbors partying in nearby units. The shower head sprays all over the entire bathroom rendering the entire place a swamp for the next 10 hrs. Quite literally, the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

I’ve had two totally different style rooms and both just as lovely. There were no straighteners but that’s not really a bad thing.

- YIWEN (10/5): - 距離蓮山站12號出口走路大約3分鐘，沿路有CU、Olive young,還有一間像關東煮的小攤，可以吃魚板喝熱熱的湯，飯店路口就是星巴克，對面有一間警察局，週邊有一些夜店，可能也有聲色場所，因為男性朋友到飯店接女朋友回去時，有被韓國中年女士詢問是否需要⋯，雖然有這樣狀況，但飯店依然是很安全的，因為電梯必須刷房卡才能按居住樓層，房間大小適中，我們兩卡胖胖箱沒問題，廁所空間滿大有浴缸，因為環保沒有附一次性用品，要記得自己帶，吹風機也ok，美中不足的是冰箱太小，買了2瓶大瓶飲料冰不下，住3天每天都有來打掃和補水，原本以為不會來打掃，所以衣服都丟床上，還幫我們折好放在簡易衣櫃上，總之下次到釜山還是會住這間。最後補充蓮山站的16號出口也有ISSAC吐司和整排咖啡飲料店，對面有大創和e mart。

- Yue (8/5): Very good - Close to the metro station. The room is spacious. Quiet even though my room was so close to the elevator. The elevator took a long time to arrive. The shower does not have a door so the water got splashed out. The facility seems a little old so I preferred not to be bare feet

- Michelle (8/5): - Liked: Very comfortable bed & pillows. Huge jacuzzi bathtub. Very quiet room. Good variety on their breakfast buffet and inexpensive. 2 of the 3 front desk staff spoke very good English. It was close to a main subway station. I locked myself out once and the cleaner was next door so through some sign language, she opened my door for me and I grabbed my key. There was washer & dryers available that worked well and were inexpensive (around $5 USD for soap, wash, and dry). Disliked: TINY refrigerator, most of it was the internal mechanics, like you could maybe fit 3 or 4 small bottles of water in it. I left my 'do not disturb' on since I was only there 2 nights and didn't lock up any of my valuables. They came into my room anyways. Nothing went missing but that makes me nervous.

- Valentina (9/5): Superb - The hotel is really nice. The service was great. The room was clean. The location is pretty nice, not far from the subway. sound insulation is pretty bad. You can hear noises from other rooms and from the outside (even though we lived on 11th floor)

- Marjorie (8/5): Great stay with small children - The room was nice. We had enough room to add a baby crib so we could all stay in the same room (2 toddlers with us), a double and a twin bed. It's pretty decently insulated, only Saturday night was noisy all night long, but not the other nights. Their breakfast was 9,000won per person (free under 5 or 6 years old) and it was a very decent, generous and varied breakfast: continental and Korean options (see pictures). Free parking is always a plus. Very close to subway. It is always about 30 to 45min transportation to get to most main attractions. Which is a good thing, only difficult with small children! The shower would run down the drain under the sink and would wet the whole bathroom floor. I do remember reading in the comments about how hard the beds were. We like firm beds but I have to admit, those are definitely on the firmer side!

- Anonymous (7/5): Not satisfied with the AC control and toilet water pressure problem. - Overall is good, location, staff, facilities. You cant control the AC by yourself, you have to call the front desk if you want to turn it on/ off, adjust the temperature every time, which is time consuming. Also, the room I stayed on 10F, the water pressure of the toilet is very bad, even the tissue cannot flow away. hope the hotel can fix the toilet problem this is important.

- Ameline (8/5): Very good - We stayed in the family suite, which was perfect for us. The kids loved the bunk bed. The room also had international outlets, so it was very convenient for international travelers.
