Taif was a very great hostess and very professional, she was of great support and answered all the requests in a very short time and so was Ohoud. He explained everything in detailed to Me and made my stay in Courtyard by Marriott an exceptional and mezmarising. Simon (4/5): Good location but not good value for money - The room was a good size and the location was good as it was connected to the main mall so my wife and son could walk around in there when I was at work. The parking is not available at Mariott Residence and they make you park at Mariott Courtyard so you have to take multiple elevators and walk a ways to get to your room. The card machine for payment is not always kept at the Mariott Residence so you have to go to the Mariott Courtyard to pay and also to get food in the restaurant. I was supposed to get a breakfast box each morning on my way to work but after two days they stopped preparing it so I wasn't able to have breakfast.

To begin with , we’ve experienced staying at many luxurious upscale hotels in many countries around the world and so we can count this specific landmark to be one of the best in the middle east, and here i’m not only talking about the comfort of the suites or the great location, those were all perfect, yet I’m talking specifically about how intelligent, obliging and dutiful the receptionists were. Nuha, Bashayer & Abdulrahman, they were the reason why we had a very much pleasant stay at this hotel for they were there to help us and make our stay very much comfortable whenever needed around the clock. Not to mention that they made us feel at home. If this hotel would ever get at extra upper upscaling star it’d be because of the very professional staff at the reception desk, the helpful porters & security guards and the attentive housekeepers who were always welcoming us with a smile. Thank you all!

ebenzahem (8/5): nice hotel - very good hotel comparing to the others in city, with a great location which adjacent to the best mall in city in the heart of Jazan city, the bad thing in the hotel is the old towel and it does not have a jaquzi. it has a large rooms with a nice kitchenette including a very nice setting room with a very nice modern furniture. if it is to me I will give it 4 star hotel.
