• Marie-Lou (9/5): Heerlijk verblijf in Barcelona - Het appartement ligt in een fantastische locatie, dichtbij restaurantjes, winkeltjes en enkele Gaudi huizen maar wel uit het drukke toeristisch gebied. Alles zag er schoon en netjes uit en basis items waren aanwezig in badkamers en keuken. De airco werkte prima zonder lawaai te maken. Het verhuurkantoor was goed bereikbaar en antwoordde snel.

Naprawde bardzo fajne miejsce! Troche ciemna druga sypialnia i remont za oknem, ale wiemy ze na to wlasciciel nie ma wplywu ;)

• Claudia (8/5): Schöner Aufenthalt - Die Mitarbeiter waren super freundlich und hilfsbereit und haben gute, nützliche Tipps gegeben. Wir haben uns sicher und wohl gefühlt. Das Appartement war gut ausgestattet, alles vorhanden wie beschrieben und genug Platz. Die Lage war perfekt: alles was man braucht in der Nähe, kurzer Weg zur Metro. Die Betten/Matratzen sind nicht sehr bequem. Leider gab es im selben Haus Gäste/Bewohner die auch nachts die Tür lautstark ins Schloss fallen ließen und auch um 2 Uhr nachts rumgeschrien haben. Dafür kann aber die Unterkunft selbst nichts.
• Vicki (6/5): I would not recommend a stay in the ground floor units. The lovely pictures in the listing are obviously upper floors an - The location was excellent. Reasonably close (a number of blocks) to a couple metro stations and within a block of a busy area with lots of dining and shopping options. The unit seemed clean except for living room rug. Staff were courteous. Unit fairly well equipped and a broken corkscrew was replaced immediately. Internet worked fine. Some starter kitchen items were available, pods for coffee, s&p, olive oil, balsamic, tea, etc. Clean hard surface floors We were in ground floor red unit, identified as city view. There is NO view. The windows are frosted 2/3’s of the way up and the unfrosted third looks directly at another tall building. Even if you try, you cannot see sky. The apartment is dark. Windows don’t open, which is stated in listing. When checking in, I asked for linens for the sofa bed and was told to take them off the second twin bed, which was made up. The sofa bed is a queen, not a twin. I slept for 4 nights without proper bedding on the sofa bed. If you are two friends traveling together, just assume that they assume you will sleep an inch from each other in the same room, which we did not want to do. Also, sofa bed is not comfortable so I slept crosswise across the top. To be fair, they DID bring a bigger duvet on Monday (my third night) but still no sheet, so I made the duvet cover into a flat sheet. The fitted sheet that management said was on the bed was either for a full size or so badly shrunken that the fourth corner would not stay on without bending up the mattress. Not all the amenities in the Booking listing are present. No bidet, no clothes drying rack, TV is present in living room, but has been taken off the wall in the bedroom (in case that is a dealbreaker for you), rooftop terrace mentioned in listing is only for one particular apartment, etc.

• Jocelyn Zhuo (10/5): - 地理位置特别棒，坐两个地铁站就到圣家堂，走一两百米到米拉之家，离巴特略之家也是步行的距离，去焦糖山也可以坐5号线，去Fira展馆也可以25分钟内，也不错。 房子隔音很不好，谁上个厕所都能听得清清楚楚。灯光设计也不好，房间门口顶上是透明玻璃，只要公寓里任意一盏灯打开，都能透亮睡觉的房间里影响睡眠。

Na verdade minha preocupação era nossa de atrapalharmos vizinhos porque estávamos com crianças. Só um ponto de atenção mas que não nos atrapalhou.

• Trevor (7/5): Very shocked & disappointed, lucky to be alive!? NO response whatsoever from Booking.com!!!!!!!!!!! - Location was very good and initially we thought that holiday was going to be great, we sat down and made plans to travel to the places we wanted to go from there. The property's local agent was friendly and very helpful - especially when going out of his way in finding us an alternate place to stay when there was a big problem at the apartment - even though it was not actually his job to do so as it had been booked via Booking.com. Biggest problem resulted in the whole flat becoming immediately dangerous and then uninhabitable following a water/electrical fault - causing thick, acrid smoke to flow throughout the property along with water seeping under the apartment door. Unsure if there were any active/working smoke detectors in the property as no alarms were heard; luckily it happened when it was light enough to find our way out of building to safety. Some residents were still seen in building some 10 minutes later, shortly before the fire brigade arrived, so it seems no-one had checked all occupants were safe at that point. Issue's root cause is still unknown, irrespective, it could easily have been far worse, especially if it had been at night whilst we were sleeping. All our clothes were tainted by the horrid-smelling smoke which really affected the remainder of our holiday; this along with the fact that there was no longer any electricity due to the 'problem' meant we couldn't remain there. Probably unlikely that property owners could have done much to prevent the problem happening initially, however once it had happened we were most upset by the total lack of help available from the Booking.com support team. I have used the company many times over the past 10 years or so and never before had cause to ask for assistance - if response received is typical we feel that we will never use the company again!!!!! Contacted them at least 3 times during the day and were told that 'someone was trying to find some other accommodation for us' and that we would get 'a phone call back' to advise us. We believe that they were notified by the property agent at about 10.00am of the problem, we still had not had any communication back from them at 6.00pm - 8 hours later!!!

Salt, pepper, olive oil/vinegar, laundry soap, extra toilet paper available. Staff available onsite during the day. Lots of restaurants/bars and an excellent market nearby. Not much natural light except in the bedroom with twin beds

Praktycznie brak dziennego światła, centralna klimatyzacja (dmucha wprost na łóżko).

Klozet kapağı kırık ve üzerini kötü bir şekilde boyamışlar, duşun camı bitim yerleri leş gibi kirli, havlular çok kalitesiz. En ucuz ve kötü tuvalet kağıdı koyulmuş. Görsellerdeki gibi asla yeni değil oldukça eski her şey. Yastık sadece 3 adet ve onlarda bir kitap kadar ince yani yastık bile denilemez.Pazar günü gelinecek bir yer değil bavullarınızla ortada kalıyorsunuz ofisleri kapalı! Pazar günü teslim alacağımız için karışılama görevlisi ücretli talep ettik geç kaldı bizi yağmurda 10dk nın üzerinde bekletti. 300€ edecek evde hiç bir şey yok.

• Jaber (7/5): Good - The location was amazing We were shocked that there was no cleaner to clean the apartment, we used to be in Barcelona before and there are alot of apartments which they provide full day cleaning services. We were washing our dishes, cleaning the apartment, and washing the washroom, which caused such a headache. And waste our time.

• Nicole (9/5): It was a perfect apartment for our needs and we would stay again! - The location was perfect! Reception host (Daniel) was friendly and exceptionally helpful during our stay with recommendations, taxi transport bookings and communications. I liked the keyless code/app for the street and unit lock access. No fault to the property, Barcelona was experiencing a heat wave during our stay, and the A/C condensation began dripping from the ceiling in the bathroom when on. Maintenance came rapidly and tried to fix it, however it did drip again for the duration of our stay. We used pans to catch the drips from the floor, but otherwise it was not a big deal. (The A/C did keep the place nice and cool!) Hopefully, they will be able to remedy it before the next guest stay.

Great place to relax at the end of the day. Check-in is easy and staff is friendly and helpful. Convenient location. There was nothing I didn't like.

The instructions for getting the virtual key and filling out the advance paperwork were clear. • Michael (10/5): Great stay in Barcelona - The flat was on the first floor and clean. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Kitchen had supplies to do our own cooking. The front desk worker Daniel was very nice, complete and helpful while checking us in. One block off the Passeig de Gracia. We were here during the “great Spain power outage “ in April 2025 and the staff could not be more caring and accommodating. They treated us like family and the hotel manager stayed late at the property until the lights came back on. We could not recommend this property more highly. The staff really makes the difference! Daniel especially stood out to us…he was outstanding! Nothing

The service team was available to help and check-in and check-out operations were easy and fast. Sometimes, at the ground floor there were some noises due to other clients taking the elevator and the traffic/crowd in the area, but it has not disturbed that much our quiet. The sofa bed was good but not too comfortable

• Charlene (10/5): Definitely A MUST STAY...You WONT be disappointed - omg...where do I begin? The two gentlemen at check in were amazing. When I finally reached the location,.I was struggling to get in especially after a long flight being tired. One of the gentlemen (I think his name is Vicente) helped me to open the door. Check-in was a breeze and soon after I was shown to my apartment. Getting in to the building and apartment all easy access through the mobile. The apartment ...OMG ❤️❤️❤️honestly have never seen a more amazing place than this. Spacious bathroom, washing machine and the kitchenette. Initially had issues using the stove but I eventually got the hang of it. The bed...oh my the bed. Honestly, the MOST COMFORTABLE BED ever. I enjoyed my sleep every night I was there and I actually had the best sleep ever. Location is a plus...very near to the metro stations and Casa Batllo (which I do recommend to see). Supermarket was only a 3min walk away and was a stone's throw away from my favourite bars. Anyone planning on visiting Barcelona, I urge you to choose this apartment for your stay. You will not be disappointed. Nothing. Everything was perfect

• Ciarao (8/5): Very good - Great location, just off the Passeig de Gracia, easy access . Plenty of space. Perfect for our family group of 5 adults Small detail, but a toaster would be a good addition. A bit noisy for those on the street side , but would not stop me recommending this place.
• Clive (9/5): Superb - The location was great - off the beaten path but close to the Metro and downtown area. We did not like that our room was right by the entrance/foyer and everyone else entering was VERY loud and woke us up most nights. I also liked the common area near the front door where we could put our umbrellas and bags so they didn't crowd the other rooms. Staff was very helpfull and friendly. The beds were a bit hard and the pillows were very thin. We tried asking for more pillows but they didn't have any.

• Laura (8/5): Very good - Great location, helpful and friendly staff, went above and beyond to make the stay comfortable and provided local knowledge and recommendations. Also stored luggage and allowed an early check-in. Bathroom ventilation was poor and left the room with a bit of a smell, extract fan would have helped. But great Bathroom facilities and was clean. 2nd bedroom was a bit of a put you up room, great for kids or short stay. Didn't impact my stay.

• Shengyi (10/5): Exceptional - This is a very lovely house. Made us feel at home in Barcelona, ​​comfortable and warm. The kitchen is fully equipped. The location is great, close to the supermarket and there is a station nearby. It takes less than 10 minutes to walk to Casa Mila. The most important thing is that it is very safe, not noisy, and a community that makes people feel at ease. Special thanks to Daniel for his active assistance. He not only recommended delicious bakeries and restaurants, but also answered and solved our questions quickly. Very great, will definitely choose these house when visiting Barcelona again. As for the soundproofing, every room in Barcelona should be the same. Just think of it as experiencing the enthusiasm of the local residents in this city.
