- Dennis (1/5): Would not consider staying there again, ill pay extra money for a cleaner place - Room smelled like dogs had stayed in there, maids did not make up bed or put fresh towels in the room. I walked around barefoot in the room and when I jumped in the shower, the tub got muddy. Clean the rooms, better maid service, put fresh towels in the rooms daily, keep pets out of the hotel, they stink up the rooms and soil the carpet.

- ellengL8022SS (2/5): Be Aware - Booked a room and got the rate online for the night booked. There was a glitch and the reservation booked for the day the reservation was made. Called as soon as I realized the error and was told David, the manager was “out”. Called several times and he is “out”. Finally reached him today and he said he needs approval to refund the night. Might be 3 days before he gets it resolved. My card was charged twice for the night I stayed, and corrected, then a fourth charge was made for taxes 3 days later for taxes as the front desk forgot to charge that. Be aware. If you need customer service, it is hard to escalate the concern and no one is particularly interested in helping quickly. Will revisit my review on Monday if things wind up being resolved.

Did not like that room,which had been reserved couple weeks earlier, was not ready at 4:15 for a 3PM checkin. My wife has some serious medical difficulties for which I just wanted to get her to a room. First was told flat out not ready, then 10 minutes, then more delays till finally got in a bit after 5PM. WHY should I bother with an early reservation, or even any reservation? Also, water pressure in faucets was ridiculously low, my analysis is probably no maintenance.

- X-flight29 (4/5): Junk recliner and dirty coffee maker - When we checked in, the clerk wasn’t anywhere to be found. The “ maintenance man “ told us he was in the bathroom. After a few minutes, he shows up , and we proceed to our room. When I saw the room, i was appalled. The room was okay, but the recliner looked like it had been taken from the dump. I asked the young man at the desk to give us another room, which he declined. I asked him for something to cover the recliner, he refused. He said the manager would be in the next morning. We never got any contact whatsoever. In four days! We ended up covering the recliner with the bed blanket. And, the coffee pot had a dirty coffee pod still in it. Never again will I stay at a My Place property!

In addition, during check-in, the staff member could not tell me anything about timing or opportunities for breakfast. His answer was, “I don’t know… I work nights, not mornings”.

Check in process was fast and quick I like that a lot The bed in my room was very squeaky and not too comfortable. Kind of had a slight smell in my room I had to burn a candle to get it out.

Hotel was aware of this, as the person in that room the day before was switched to a different room the day I checked in. He informed me he was switched to a different room due to the key pad not working.

- Sean (2/5): Bad Stay & Never Again - Room air conditioner did not work. Hotel front desk check in was fine, young lady was nice. Am check out front desk attendant has sign up and was sitting in the office. Stated she would notify mgmt about air conditioner. I turned in a towel to her from wiping up floor in restroom from my room. Room bathroom floor was filthy as demonstrated by the dirt on the towel. I also turned in a eco lab aerosol can I found by my bed when I stepped on it. I have video and can show proof. 10th stay at a My Place. NEVER AGAIN. Am desk attendant offered points. Don’t need them. I will never stay here or with the brand again, dirty & poor service once is enough for me.

- 800bu (2/5): Very poor customer service - I checked in July 3, 2025. We asked the front desk clerk if we could order the "breakfast in bed" option that is advertised in the room. We were told that this option is not available. July 4 ask for a new washcloth. The clerk (more on her in a bit) said we had to bring the used wash cloth. She was then rude when the used cloth was presented. A front desk manager had to fix these errors. Checking out the morning of July 5. The rude clerk from the previous day was standing outside for about 45 minutes to smoke, talking to a friend, and swearing--all while ignoring the front desk. I stood at the front desk waiting to check out. I used the hobby phone to call for assistance but no one answered or came. I tossed by room keycards hoping someone would hear me. No one came. I said aloud asking if anyone worked there. A housekeeper gave me the business card. The number on the business card to call for help was the same number the front desk clerk was ignoring. I asked the front desk clerk if I could check out. She yelled at me from the parking lot. She then said she as not a mind reader. I said I was not arguing with her, I just wanted to check out. She said you are checking out. I asked for a printed receipt. After a snide comment from her, she thrust the printed receipt at me. Then she said "I hope you have the day you deserve." Per the hotel website on July 5 I then sent 2 email to the general manager asking for help, but never received a reply. Words cannot adequately describe how poorly this hotel treats guests and that management will not respond.
- derickson74 (10/5): Great room for a great price. - This is a great place to stay. It was our second time and rooms are very clean. Beds and pillows are comfy. Staff is very friendly and you can’t beat the price.

- 62barb53 (8/5): Could be better - The room was clean. The bathtub drain backed up. We didn’t discover it until we were settled in so I didn’t say anything to avoid having to move to another room. Lightbulb out in bathroom You had to pay $7.49 for a breakfast Worst issue is the pictures showed kitchenette. But the cabinets were totally empty! Not one item was provided- no glass, no coffee cup.
