• Alexandre Febinger (7/5): Um bom local em Verona. - A cama era confortável, bem como toalhas e roupas de cama. Havia café, chá e água de cortesia que foram muito bem vindos. Foi muito bom também dispor de cartão de estacionamento para estacionar nas vagas em azul. O quarto era silencioso. O acesso ao quarto era por escadas, o que, com malas, dificulta um pouco. O quarto era um pouco apertado para um casal viajando com duas malas médias.

• Annette (8/5): Gute Lage nahe des Giardino Gusti - freundliches Personal, großes Zimmer, tolle Lage - fußläufig zur Innenstadt, Wohngegend, Bushaltestelle fast direkt vor der Tür, sicherer Fahrradabstellplatz, allerdings für 5 € je Fahrrad Frühstück in der Bar: pappiges, fertig belegtes Brötchen, kaltes hart gekochtes Ei, Cornetto + Latte woanders deutlich schmackhafter, die Badezimmerfliesen an der Wand waren nicht sauber generell ist überall in Verona Verkehrslärm - also auch hier, 5 € je Fahrradabstellplatz

• Felice (9/5): - La colazione in un posto da raggiungere a piedi e scollegato dall'alloggio non è mai il massimo. Qualche difficoltà per il parcheggio dell'automobile: in altre città comunque è andata anche peggio. Ottima la posizione per raggiungere il centro città e l'arena.

• Estelle (8/5): - La chambre était agréable, confortable avec un bon équipement pour prendre un thé. Elle est plutôt bien décorée. C'est bien placé à côté du jardin Giusti. L'insonorisation est un peu légère. L'hôtel propose une solution gratuite de stationnement mais il faut attendre qu'une place se libère dans la rue, ce qui est assez compliqué car les places sont très recherchées.

• Valentin (6/5): - The location was very good and it was very clean. The staff is very friendly and nice. The reception is in one place,the rooms are in another place and the breakfast is in another place. Constant noise from upstairs that keeps you up at night because of wooden floors and the bathroom is pretty small. The breakfast is small for two persons. 2 sandwiches and 2 croissants and some bread with jam.

• Julie (7/5): - L'emplacement, le centre facilement accessible à pied Petit mais suffisant pour ma fille et moi, propre Pas d'eau chaude dès le premier jour! Le lendemain, je vais à l'accueil et la solution est d'attendre quelques heures que le chauffe eau se remplisse car il y a beaucoup de gens dans l'hôtel.. lavée à l'eau froide avec un enfant de 5 ans.. ! Le soir même, j'ai réussi à prendre la douche de ma fille. Mais une fois que j'ai voulu la prendre, j'ai terminé à l'eau froide! Après des grosses journées, nous aimons la terminer avec une bonne douche.. Ensuite, il est écrit qu'ils parlent français. Sur les 4 jours, je n'ai eu personne qui parlait français .. je regarde à ça car je voyage seule avec ma fille et c'est plus rassurant pour moi. Et pour terminer, le petit déjeuner est correct. Mais il faut aller dans un café au coin de la rue. Ils apportent un peu de tout sur la table.. mais on ne peut pas choisir ce qu'on veut! Un jour on a eu des croissants natures, le lendemain à la pistache, le surlendemain crème,.. le jus n'est pas choisi, uniquement les boissons chaudes.. soit nous laisser le choix dans ce qu'on veut manger, soit faire un buffet..

Good breakfast including fresh fruit was provided at a nearby cafe run by the hotel. Convenient location for access to old city. Staff were friendly and helpful.

• Sonia (7/5): - Location perfetta! Gentilezza e disponibilità del personale ottime! Le camere al pian terreno (11 e 16) purtroppo sono molto disturbate dalle camere sopra alle stesse. O pavimenti sono molto rumorosi quando le persone che si muovono nelle stanze sopra. La colazione era buona ma siamo rimaste un po' stupite di non avere piatti e posate per mangiare. 2 coltelli da condividere in 5 persone e appoggiare il cibo sulle tovagliette non è molto convenzionale per noi.

Además te dan la opción de aparcar en zona azul y poner aviso de que eres huésped del hotel, para no tener que pagarlo. Dejan agua gratis cada día en el mini bar. La TV es grande. La calle es algo ruidosa porque pasan coches, pero es soportable.

We were able to check in early and found a spot to park nearby on the road for free with the pass, which we were given at reception. Friendly staff who gave us tips for where to eat and what to see in the city. Our room was big and comfortable. Felt like really good value for money with breakfast included at a nearby bar. Parking can be tricky if you don't pay to stay in the courtyard as it is busy. There wasn't much choice at breakfast.

• Hung-Ming (9/5): A good stay - It was a good stay. Although a bit far from the station, the neighborhood is good and quiet, and the breakfast in the bar is very good, the staff of bar is very nice. The communication with the staff is the best. The location is a bit far from the main site and train station, other than that it is good.
