- Valérie (7/5): - L'emplacement. La sympathie du personnel. Le côté cosy des chambres et des espaces communs. Les tables et la vaisselle du petit déjeuner n'étaient pas toujours propres. On retrouvait des tâches d'un matin au suivant, et j'ai dû prendre 4 assiettes pour enfin en trouver une sans restes de nourriture.

- Annette (10/5): - It's so central to everything. No car parking. Had to get out of bed before 8am yo put a ticket on the car and you can only get 3 hrs stay. That was the only downfall.
- Lisa (5/5): We had a family member poorly in local hospital, €270 for one night is extortionate rates. - The shower in the room Room very small hard to move around, no bar area you can only have a drink in the dining / breakfast room. We checked in at 9pm and checked out at 10am next morning. The cost was €270 with breakfast. When the buffet ran out you weee left waiting on them to bring more food out.

Paying for spa facilities, I think should be included in the price of the hotel room. Like every other hotels.

- William (6/5): Bath room was so small that I hurt my toes trying to get out! TV kept going off asked for help and all he said was that - Convenient location great food ! Housekeeping did not sweep the floor had to come back Waiter was terrible waiting 25 minutes to ask for dessert as he talked non stop at the bar to his second customer! No thank you when we paid no smiles This was the worst waiter. 8pm on April Monday 27

- Aonghus (5/5): Great location but the room service needs to be improved. - Location is excellent and parking is very good Room service was poor. There was a spillage on the sheet so we removed it to indicate to the cleaning staff that it needed to be replaced. Instead they simply made the bed without a sheet on it so we were left sleeping on a bare mattress for the second night. When we complained we were told this was the policy "only to change sheets every 3 days in the interest of environment" - I accept that except in the instance where it is soiled and needs to be changed. We returned to the room very late so didn't want to call to get it done so late at night. The rooms are also very small and don't feel as premium as the communal areas.

- Manon (9/5): Sligo et ses jolis alentours - L'emplacement, juste à côté du centre et surtout du parking le long de la rivière était très pratique. L'accueil chaleureux de l'équipe de l’hôtel. Le confort du lit. On nous a proposé de changer de chambre pour avoir une plus jolie vue mais en contre partie une plus petite salle de bain. Cette dernière était malgré tout très fonctionnelle. Si on doit chipoter, le parfum d'ambiance dans le couloir de l'ascenseur de l'accueil etait particulièrement fort, sinon tout était vraiment bien.

- Ana (2/5): Dimanche gâché à cause du manque de sommeil !!! - Situation géographique La fenêtre de la chambre était une simple vitre qui donnait sur l'escalier qui desservait tous les étages. Le claquement des portes nous a empêchés de dormir, nous n'avons pas pu nous reposer.

- Magdalena (7/5): - Check in isn't untill 3p.m, we arrived early and had bags so we left them at the hotel with the receptionist, when we came back to check in, we got informed we got a free upgrade which was very nice. The staff were very kind, and the room was comfortable, big and clean. We were able to connect to the TV with our own netflix, which was in a very good spot on the wall. The spa was very nice, relaxing and well kept, it was €20 for 2hrs. We were unable to sleep. The room was not sound proofed at all, with a lot of loud noises, chatting outside our bedroom. We went downstairs to the North restraunt for dinner. My boyfriend had a very bland, unsatisfying pizza, I had a salad that was okay. We waited 40 minutes for the food, and the restaurant wasn't busy at all.

Stayed 3 days had the same towels, dirty coffee cups we could not wash to re use unless we used the basin in the bathroom . No toilet paper top up. Dust pan not cleaned. No water or coffee and milk top up for the room despite having put the sign on the door asking for a tidy up . Restaurant was very limited with menu and we paid for breakfast the day before when we went down to eat there was no eggs scrambled or fried and no beans just empty serving trays . We were there at 9.30am waiter told us he would let us know when it was cooked and he never did so we ate limited food left over . Very very disappointed for the cost. Lobby near the lift smelt of sewage every day people were complaining they couldn't breathe the smell was so overwhelming. I had to hold my breath every time I went from the lift to reception. Parking price very expensive considering we paid tp stay at the hotel only when leaving I found out the parking across the road was half the price. Overall it would have been better to stay in a self catering BnB as we would have had facilities to help our self's we thought it would be nice to say in a hotel with service but unfortunately this wasn't what we got. For a 4 star hotel id rate it a 2 star .

No clean cups or coffee and milk top ups stayed 3 days used the same towels had to get our out toilet paper as it wasn't topped up bed was never made dusting never emptied absolutely disappointed. Ordered a place for breakfast when we arrived at 9.30 there was no eggs or beans dishes were empty despite booking ahead asked for refills and to let us allow when it was read which they never did resorted to eating the left over things from the buffet which was minimal outlay for the price . Lobby near elevator smelt of sewage everyday it was really poor for a 4 star hotel.

- saramI776YB (10/5): amazing getaway - My husband and I stayed here last weekend for a last minute getaway. I have to say the experience did not fall short of excellent! The room was incredibly comfortable and modern with plenty of space. The breakfast service was lovely, with a special mention to Chloe who was very welcoming and hospitable. I would highly recommend this stay to anyone wishing to visit the town as it is just a short walk away. Thanks again to all The Address staff ❤️
