• KOURTIDOU (8/5): Εξαιρετικό διαμέρισμα κακή ηχομόνωση - Ηταν μεγάλο άνετο με όλα τα απαραίτητα και σε πολύ ωραία τοποθεσία Μπορούσες να ακούσεις τους ενοίκους από τον πάνω όροφο σαν να ήταν μέσα στο δωμάτιο. Ακόμα και όταν πήγα αν τουαλέτα ή άνοιγαν πόρτες , τόσο έντονα. Ηταν κάτι που χάλασε την διαμονή μας καθώς τα δύο από τα τρία βράδια έμεινα ξυπνούσαμε τα βράδια ότι ώρα γυρνούσαν οι ένοικοι ακούγαμε τι έλεγαν πότε περπατούσαν πότε πήγαιναν στο μπάνιο κλπ

• Silke (10/5): - Sehr gute Lage. In 15 Minuten zu Fuss bei allen Attraktionen. Parken war mit Anleitung völlig unkompliziert. Hervorragende Kommunikation per WhatsApp und live. Jederzeit erreichbar und schnelle Antworten. Sehr freundlich und bemüht. Alles was man braucht war verfügbar. Wir haben nur gefrühstückt und nicht gekocht. Aber es wäre möglich gewesen. Kleine Shops direkt um die Ecke. Tolle Terrasse. Nichts. Alles war perfekt.

• De Meo (10/5): Tre giorni in giro per Firenze nel relax più assoluto - La disponibilità della proprietaria (ci ha dato l'alloggio più grande perchè libero allo stesso prezzo), la posizione, la comodità dell'appartamento e del parcheggio. Si trova in una zona del centro più autentica e meno costosa di altre vicina a Palazzo Pitti e Santo Spirito. Lo consiglio a tutti. Nulla.

• Helmut (8/5): Schöner und umkomplizierter Aufenthalt. - Die Lage war toll, wir konnten fast alles zu Fuß erreichen. Die Schlafräume waren sehr groß und gemütlich. Wir konnten direkt neben der Unterkunft parken. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und zuvor kommend. Die Küche war etwas beengt.

Sehr ruhig gelegen aber doch an Busverbindungen die direkt in die Stadt und auch nach außerhalb ins Grüne führen. Mit einem kleinen Fußmarsch kommt man sogar direkt in die Innenstadt und zum Arno. Die Wohnung ist mitten im Künstlerviertel gelegen, was zusätzlich reizvoll ist. Einkaufsmöglichkeit gleich ums Eck, günstige Lokale ebenso. Ausstattung der Räume und der Küche toll. Wir waren einfach nur begeistert!

• Laura (10/5): Delightful and spacious appartment, perfect for 2-4 people - Property was very spacious and had everything we needed for a weekend stay, particularly we enjoyed the balcony as somewhere to eat and be social. Location is a little bit outside of the busy tourist area so it was peaceful while still being within walking distance of all the main sights. Ulrika was a friendly and helpful host. Nothing, we were very happy staying here.

Many restaurants and cafes in the area. Owner was very pleasant, informative, helpful and accommodating. Allowed us to leave our luggage day of checkout so we could enjoy our last day before catching our train to Rome. Bed mattresses not the most comfortable.

The host Ulrika was really nice and gave lots of info. Mattress slightly too firm for our liking, but that's just our preference!

Parking next to the building of the appartment with 10 euros/day. Safe streets. Would choose it again. Little bit noisy during some nights, but it's OK.
• Teresa (4/5): We won’t be back. - Not the fact that we had to wash (by hand) every kitchen utensil we wanted to use. The apartment information said it had a bath or shower. What it had was a bath with a strange hose attachment on the side of it which you have to climb into the bath to use. It also said it had a well equipped kitchen. ! No dish washer, no oven, no washing machine, an inadequate television. It’s very noisy. One good thing is you can walk to most of the tourist sites within 20mins. The woman who welcomed us was great before we arrived she gave us wonderful directions. Almost everything except it was within walking distance of the historic attractions.

She was so kind and willing to help us book taxi's, answer questions we had, provide info on nearest coffee shops, grocery stores, etc. She was available almost 24/7. She even stayed late the day of our arrival making sure we got to the hotel because I was extremely confused and turned around on how to get there.

• Terry (8/5): Great location and excellent information provided by the owner before you arrive. - The location is perfect if you have a car because they have parking for 10 euros a day. You can walk for 20 min. To the city center. The ZTL limited traffic zone keeps you from driving in the city center. But you wouldn’t want to. Since you are not in the city center, car day trips are easy since you’re minutes from the countryside. The apartments are fully renovated, and there is an elevator. They don’t have any toiletries, so ensure you carry your soap and shampoo. We made the mistake of renting a two bedroom apartment with only one bathroom when we read private bath. They do have two apartments with private bathrooms for each bedroom, which we will keep in mind next time.

• Karen (8/5): Definitely recommend this venue - A very clean and comfortable two bedroom/one bathroom apartment. There is a fully equipped kitchen, although we only used the coffee machine and refrigerator. The owner is responsive and helpful. Having an elevator was as added bonus as our suitcases were heavy with souvenirs! It’s about a 20 minute walk to the main sites. Not a complaint per se as we were out most of the time, but there is no sitting area in the apartment. We did appreciate having the balcony to enjoy a glass of wine.

We had a really nice 3 night stay . The shower was not very good , just a hose attached to the taps . Abit noisy at night at times .

• Jane (10/5): Excellent apartment. - We stayed in the two bedroom apartment on the first floor. Each bedroom had it's own bathroom, one with a shower over the bath and the other a shower cubicle. There was also a small kitchen with table, hob, microwave and fridge will everything needed to create simple meals and snacks. Plus a balcony with furniture and a washing machine. Air conditioning was excellent. The host Ulrika provided lots of helpful information and was quick to respond to any queries. Great location, about 20 mins walk into the centre of Florence and either 30 mins walk to station or 10 mins by bus. A level easy walk but the bus was handy in the hot weather. The only thing I would add to the apartment would be a sofa or comfy chairs in the main bedroom as there was plenty of room for this.

• Sanela (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice and big apartment in an excellent location with great host. The apartment is located a 10-15 min walk from the bridge Ponte Vechio, a 3-minute walk from the supermarket, the station, excellent ice cream, bakery and excellent pizzeria (everything is at the roundabout of Porta Romana which is 3 min walk from the apartment). The apartment itself is equipped with everything you need and has a great terrace.The host Urlika is extremely kind, ready to help with everything, very proactive, she recommended restaurants, (we could try 2 of them and really excellent), what to see in Florence and she was available for everything. We were with two small children and we have no complaints, if we come to Florence again we will definitely come back. Nothing
• Jessica (10/5): Exceptional - This is a great location, within walking distance of the main centre but also with regular bus stops nearby. The rooms were well equipped and there is a communal terraced area for relaxing on the first floor. The host was so welcoming, provided loads of useful information, was quick to respond and really helpful. I would highly recommend this property.

• Kyle (10/5): Nice value and size apartment walkable to main Florence sites - Two bedroom, two bath was perfect for our family. Keypad access was wonderful! The rooms were immaculately clean and it was nice to have basic kitchen essentials. The beds were very comfortable! Our hostess Ulrika was very responsive and helpful from initial reservation through check out!! We loved Florence and hope to be back! As first time visitors the distance from main tourist attractions prevented us from going back and forth during the day….which made for long days. I wish we had been a bit closer, but it was a great value and 2 bedroom/2 bath was worth the walk!

• Georgi (10/5): Exceptional - A comfortable, spacious flat with everything you may need within walking distance from everything, yet in the less crowded Oltrarno neighbourhood of Florence. Friendly and helpful hostess.

• Stephen (10/5): Nice and quiet and close to the public transportation. - It was located close to the bus stops, parking was very easy. They provided tons of info on things to do, places to eat, the bus system, etc.. Went a great caffe, Caffè Petrarca, about 5 minutes away walking. Cheap coffee and pastries. Restaurants for dinner were a little further, about 10-15 minutes. Instructions for checkin were a little confusing. Getting the keys was super easy, but they didn't tell us the rooms were on the next floor. Not a big issue, we found it.
