• Rosemary (2/5): - DO NOT BOOK. no wifi in my room . No wired internet. Promised Extender for wifi. Lies. No towels. Beg get 2 towels .to get clean must take to office get washed. Filthy black pubic hairs around sink. Shower so awful i would not enter it.moldy looking. Exterior doors so flimsy fall apart. No one in office. Have to call them. They do not always respond. 3 lady tenants take turns responding to office. Each know nothing deny everything. Julie was best of the 3.Manager Lance lied about refund amount for no wifi.DO NOT BOOK. I can take a dump but a filthy dump with no towels wifi or scruples. Worst place ever. I'm 70 and have been many places.

• Richard (6/5): - I wanted to give this place five stars. A couple of things holding that back. 1. No coffee machines in the rooms. Gotta have coffee! 2. No wifi. (I was in Room 18). But saying that, this is an older motel. Really vintage South Florida. The usual assortment of characters you would find at a place like that. But everyone was respectful of each other. The location was amazing. Just two blocks from downtown Lake Worth. Close to great food and the beach. So still would recommend this place.

• June Ilona (10/5): - The room was very clean and was a good size with fridge, microwave, king sized bed, dresser, night stands with drawers, and a desk in front of the window overlooking the pool area. The walk in shower is easy for seniors. Included outside the door on your patio, was a table and chairs in the shade, great for having a snack and beverage. This would be convenient for walking to downtown which has over a dozen restaurants, bars, and great shopping. Off-street parking was free.

• Michael (2/5): Never again - My first week at a new job in a new location. This motel was very near the location of my job. I would have rather slept in my car. The unit was dirty. The bed compelled me to roll into the middle, where the gully was. There is absolutely NO internet service, even with their wi-fi password. I could not make or receive calls. The bath tub/shower was dirty & slippery. I could go on, but you get the picture. Spend an extra few bucks & stay elsewhere.

• Shannon (2/5): - The beds were not clean and barely made. Tile broken on floor, Air conditioner didn't work well. Bathroom was NOT clean and window was sealed with Duct Tape. Door lock had been broken into so it was veryu difficult to work. The staff was very nice. Very loud, many arguments around property through the night. I'm putting this as gently as I can. If it wasn't a late check in I would have driven anywhere to of found alternative solution.
• Ryan (8/5): Well worth it - This was a pleasant stay at a nice motel. It was one of the cheapest options, yet it did its job perfectly. They have a nice pool and grill area that unfortunately we did not use, but it looked nice. My only complaints are that the beds are a bit too soft, and the shower is not very impressive. Small and the water pressure if very low. But if you're staying here simply to sleep here then have your day in Florida, this will be the perfect spot for you.

• Victoria (4/5): - I travel alone a lot and I was so happy that my husband was with me this trip. The door to the room was falling off the hinges and the faceplate on the doorframe was hanging by a nail and moved around causing the door not to be opened from the inside and outside.. The shower had mold on the tiles to the point I wouldn't use it. The air conditioner also has mold in the vents. I realize it's an older property but these items can be taken care of easily.
• Aaron (4/5): - My check in Monday evening was quick with no issues encountered. I was given room #7. The room was spacious with a king size bed, TV, refrigerator and air conditioning. Other reviews for this property mention that the motel shows its age. I would agree with that assessment. This visit to Palm Beach county was for work, so I only spent time at the property to sleep. I did not use the internet or the pool. I slept well in the king size bed in my room. The room is dated and has visible damage on the ceiling. The only serious issue that I encountered was the morning night of check-out, Friday 02/21/2025. While gathering my belongings, I pulled the bed sheet and bed covering back to discover a live bed bug. I captured the bug and sealed it in an empty water bottle. At 6:30 AM, There was no one available at reception to discuss this with. I checked reception again at 7:45 AM and still no one was there. I left my room key along with the bug in a bottle in the key drop box near the door of reception. Later at work, I called the motel and spoke with Juliie. I conveyed that I had checked out, mentioned what I encountered and that I had left the room key and the critter in the key drop box. I did not request a refund. I was not injured. I will not stay there again. My concern is that this is handled appropriately.

But I waited until I got home and could see my doctor before accusing because I didn’t know the difference between mosquito and bed bug bites fully and wanted to hope for the best. Unfortunately it was diagnosed as bed bug bites. I am covered and miserable. Will not be staying again.

The a/c took 13 hours to cool down the room and the room was dirty enough that I didn't walk around bare footed. I slept in my clothes as the bed looked as though the sheets hadn't been changed. My first clue should have been the woman that checked me in. I'll spend the extra money next time.

• Dorothy (4/5): - The outside property and grounds were relatively clean and kept up; however, the pool did not seem inviting and useable due to the brackish green color (although there were no signs restricting its use). I did not see anyone using the pool during my stay. The area around the motel seemed quiet and I did not sense it was unsafe in any way. The staff in attendance seemed friendly and helpful and many of them were in residence at the motel. My room was not what I would consider appropriately clean (signs it was not recently vacuumed, swept or mopped). For instance, dust and dirt was on the floor, a dirty washcloth from a previous guess was behind the bathroom door and all this was overlooked by the cleaner. I saw many small insects crawling at night. I was given a "handicap room," which I did not request. Since I have a problem with depth perception, the concrete handicap ramp at the entrance of my room was actually a tripping hazard for me. Overall, what I paid should have provided me a much better room.

Carpet has oil stains everywhere, mattress is basically trash, cover sheets are very very dirty. Shower is 28 inch by 28 inch ( room #18) the bathroom is 2.5 ft by 6 ft. Walls are very dirty. TV channels all infomercial, remote is dirty. Walls are dirty. Closet is dirty and no hangers nothing. Doers are broken. The only good thing is the manger
• Verified traveler (6/5): an 'ok' motel for the price. - The stay was ok. Place is not the cleanest, but lady at the service desk was very nice. Didn't have any issues, nor created any for the management. One good thing was that the floor was tile and not the carpet ( which for old places or low budge motels can be a home for bugs and cigarette odor). A/C was the window unit, good for keeping the place at good temperature, but on the noisy side.

Could have used a little update inside but nothing major. The room was clean but it wasn't spotless. Found some hairs hanging around. The shower pressure was low but efficient. The front desk was friendly and very helpful.

• Russell (2/5): The Photos say it all - Hotels.com needs to take this off their site. This place was just disgusting - among the top 5 worst places I have ever stayed. No WI-FI either. I called about it - lady made some lame blamed excuse and it was never fixed. I sat most of the evening in a Starbucks. The air-conditioner ran all night and totally drowned out the TV which was set very low at max volume. I should have left - but made a reservation through hotels.com - will definitely be more careful in the near future.
• James (2/5): - I made the mistake of sliding the mini-fridge over a foot and revealing filth underneath. Certainly it had never been cleaned under there. Check-in was not pleasant. Forget about an early check-in, not gonna happen. People seem to live there full-time and stare at you. Resident dog barking all night along with someone yipping at the dog. I once stayed in a $5 motel in Tijuana that was much better than this place.

Expédia se doit de retirer cet endroit de son site. Nous apprécions être rembourser. Plus de $100 US par nuit par chambre est un vol total, ça ne vaut même pas $10.

We had talked to a person at the hotel a day prior and was told that we could check in any time prior to 9pm on Sunday. We arrived around 5pm and had to call the hotel due to the office being locked, the young woman who arrived seemed to have a short snapy attitude asking my wife and I in a very condescending tone if we had I D and a form of payment prior to her opening the door to the locked office. When we went to the room and opened the door we were met with an overpowering oder of Lysol, whle we can accept the fact that the furniture was dated, we would expect the bathroom to be cleaner than we found it and the furniture to not have unknown stains were we would have to sit if we actually used the chairs. The main door deadbold was not operational and only one of the four room lamps worked.

• Russell (8/5): - Traditional old style Florida Motel. Quaint with lots of character. The price was excellent for the location but don't expect a firsy rate hotel. The staff were very nice and our stay was comfortable and quiet. If budget is tight, i would stay there again. There was a cold snap in the weather for the few nights we spent there, so we had to buy a small space heater because the room was only equipped with air-conditioning. There is a refrigerator in the room but no coffee pot.

• Glen (4/5): - I reserved a king size bed with microwave and refrig. When I arrived, no king size bed, so they gave me two queens, but NO microwave. WIFI connected, but there was no internet. The clerk could not solve that problem, so she offered to move me to a room with a microwave and guaranteed internet, but no king bed. Due to the disappointment and substandard overall condition of the property, I asked for a refund and checked out.
• Patrick (2/5): - The property was delapadated, dirty, linen was not clean. It was so nasty that my girlfriend and I stayed ling enough to eat our food. That was about an hour. Never again will i stay or recommend anyone

The worst part was we were a family evacuated from home during hurricane Ian, which destroyed oir home. The heartless and lack of compassion was disgusting. Don't go here in a time of need and definitely not a clean vacation destination

Needless to say the remote didn’t work, the room had only 2 lamps, I have a closet that is bigger than the bathroom including the somewhat shower. The shower was so small, it was hard to turn around. The front door to the room looks like someone kicked it from the inside. There were BIG gaps and it’s a miracle the door even shut. So needless to say the survey on your site gives this place a 5. I’m reluctant to give a 1. I can promise your site this. I will NEVER go back to that Motel EVER again and I will NEVER use your site anymore.
• Cynthia (10/5): Holiday House - I was a little hesitant after reading the reviews, but i was comfortable and felt safe once i was in my room. The room was huge and i loved it. Leigh and Julie helped me get che ked in and out and made sure i had everything i needed. I had not slept as good as the nigt i spent there for awhile. I really enjoyed staying there and will go again.

• lance (4/5): - I chose this because they allow pets and we had a dog with us and it was the least expensive "pet friendly" motel in the area on Expedia. I was told I needed to say I had a dog when I made the reservation but there was nothing about that on Expedia. We were charged an additional $15 for a "pet fee" which was reasonable but they also added another $25 for a "non-refundable deposit" which makes no sense. Because of the dog were put in a "handicap" room which had a weird toilet. The shower drain and bathroom sink drains were plugged up (I didn't bother asking to have that fixed). There's an illegal light switch and light fixture inside the shower (serious shock hazard). The bed was extremely soft but otherwise OK. The window mounted A/C wasn't draining properly causing it to make loud gurgling sounds and spit water into the room (asked to have this fixed but no effort was made on that). They advertise that they have WiFi internet but this was only available in the courtyard outside the room. When I complained about that I was told there was nothing they could do. The off street parking was convenient but not very secure. The lobby is kept locked all the time and you must ring a doorbell to get someone show up and open the door. This meant standing in the rain for 10 minutes upon arrival.

• Verified traveler (2/5): Avoid this property - The room was unsafe and unsanitary there was no battery in the smoke detector the bathroom door was broken and no latch the curtains barely closed …the door had hey grid style ugly security screening material, food under the bed cup under the cabinet no lighting except for some mood lights in the nightstand. Fortunately the children who are playing on the balcony for a long time ceased once we return from dinner. Others were loitering in the courtyard area leaving an unsafe feeling in the dim light.
