- Verified traveler (8/5): - The condo was very roomy, but there was no AC. The site said that there was AC. The view was great. It was just a short walk to the shops and restaurants. The condo was clean and well appointed. The concierge was not available two of the times we looked for him.
- JD (2/5): Reservation Not Honored - We made a reservation, which was received, accepted, and confirmed by the Willows. However, on Friday prior to our Sunday departure, they cancelled our confirmation, and we had to make alternative arrangements.
