- Luis Alfredo (5/5): El hotel bien. El personal no tanto - Las habitaciones son cómodas y el internet rápido. Está un poco lejos del centro pero hay muchas cosas al rededor para comer y comprar. La terminal de pago del hotel tuvo un error con el pago de tarjeta y nos cobraron dos veces por las habitaciones. Nos cancelaron las llaves de las recámaras y el gerente no mostró disposición para apoyar. Nos hizo perder más de una hora de nuestras vacaciones para arreglar el error del hotel y no nos ofreció ninguna cortesía o compensación por eso. Estuvimos durante el sismo y el personal tuvo cero protocolo para responder al incidente.
- Francisco (10/5): Our short time visiting Veracruz was worth the stay at four points by Sheraton. Good chocolate milk! - Good location, close to the sea. The balcony was very small and practically un-enjoyable. Room 615. And I’m sure the other levels with the same outline were the same size. But everything else was good. Still couldn’t connect the tv to the cable or internet.

La bañera esta Sucia, el aire acondicionado era automático y se tenia que apagar parq elevar la temperatura, ademas la pantalla tenia pocas opciones y sin aplicaciones, y por ultimo se filtraba mucho los ruidos exteriores en la habitación.

El personal que recibe tu vehículo y de limpieza así como el de restauran muy bien su atención. Sin embargo en recepción les falta ser un poco más atentos con los clientes. En la parte de la alberca había gente fumando mariguana y pues para ser un hotel familiar deja mucho que desear. Se ponen estrictos en el horario de la alberca pero si dejan que las personas que estén fumen mariguana. Es ilógico

Aside from that the room didn't have a mini fridge, the front desk wasn't quite as accommodating/friendly as I would have expected...we also found the bed and pillows weren't very comfortable and the shower needed better water containment as we had issues with water leaking out.

El único inconveniente que yo le vi fue la puerta de la entrada, sigue con inconvenientes, no la han arreglado y para entrar al hotel uno tiene que accesar por una puerta con rampa, que en algunos casos resulta peligrosa.

- Luis (4/5): Muy mala experiencia - Creo que hay mucho que mejorar en el hotel las habitaciones dejan mucho que desear se ve descuidado sucio, viejo ,no te da la sensación de estar en un hotel de una buena cadena, nada que ver el precio con lo recibido, tuve que cambiarme de hotel a la mitad de viaje por las condiciones del hotel y las habitaciones, hay música en vivo regional no pude tener las reuniones de trabajo que tenía programadas tuve que hacerlas en otro lugar. En todos los viajes que he hecho es el único hotel que me ha dejado con un muy mal sabor de boca, está para no volver y no recomendarlo en lo absoluto

También recomendaría acceso a elevador con tarjeta pues no hay seguridad con que todos los que acceden estén realmente hospedados.

- Alfonso (9/5): Lugar recomendable para descansar - La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de restaurantes, tienda de autoservicio, cafeterías, etc. El personal es muy amable y ayudan en sus posibilidades. Mi habitación estba en el piso 11, la presión de la regadera y lavamanos no es constante; va y viene el agua, de fría a caliente, es incomodo bañarte así.
- Amairany (4/5): - Me sentí incómoda , la llave electrónica 3 veces se desactivó y tuvimos que regresarnos del piso 8 al recepcion a activarla , nos abrieron la puerta del cuarto los de lavandería mientras nosotros estábamos ocupando la habitación fue algo muy extraño e incómodo, las 2 mañanaas que amanecimos ahí , mucho ruido y movimiento de muebles de los otros cuartos eso nos despertaba, al final nos pasamos por 15 minutos de la salida y nos habló muy molesta la de recepción que nos iban a cobrar ese tiempo de más , a lo último ya no nos cobraron pero la sacada de onda y el disgusto por el tono en el que te lo dicen da mucho de qué pensar !
