- Monique (7/5): We love Falls Creek - The property was clean and the Restaurant at the property was great. The property was situated very close to the bus stop where we could get dropped off and picked up if we wanted to go to the nearest chairlift. We could ski down to the chairlift. I didn’t like the steepness to get into the dryer room to put our skis away. It would’ve been easier if they had a railing where we could hold onto while we’re trying to carry our skis down into the dryer room.
- Andreas (8/5): -
- Hilary (10/5): - Bunk room was compact but fine for a short stay. Very nice dinner in the restaurant. Good laundry facilities and drying room.
- QIONGYU (10/5): - Nice private spa and sauna. Nice restaurant.

Breakfast was great and dinner at their restaurant is a must, amazing wine selection and a great mulled wine for apres. Being the top of the village you will need to get accommodation transfer, just a heads up.

- Maria Antonia (9/5): Great location and helpful staff. - My partner and I had a wonderful stay. We liked the sauna and spa after a long day skiing. The matress, it was extremely soft.
- Maria (8/5): Over all very good. - Additionally transfer fee from terminal to accommodation
- Chantelle (10/5): Beautiful, perfect stay and location, wonderful staff, it was a really special romantic holiday! - Wonderful buffet breakfast included each morning. Great drying room for ski gear. Wonderful dinner option for A la Carte or degustation (sticky date was the best!). Incredible mountain Summit views through all 3 windows, and well-heated room and bathroom. It was so easy to ski-in and out of the accommodation, and within 50m walking distance to many nice restaurants and bars at night. That we didn't bring my own pillows, it's a hard comfort to compete with as it's personal preference, so we really didn't mind!

- Janette (10/5): One of the best places to stay on the mountain! - Loved this lodge! First time to Falls Creek, great place to stay, true ski in ski out accommodation. Restaurant was amazing for dinner, Keith and Anne were wonderful hosts, helpful people and all the staff were helpful. You can walk to many other restaurants and its right next to a shuttle stop. True alpine experience. We all loved our stay. There is very little to fault here. Lots of stairs but that's a given in a ski resort. I think breakfast could have had bit more variety but a hot breakfast is always welcome!

- Dana (8/5): Beautiful views - Very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and we could ski /board right to the lift We were on the bottom floor under the kitchen. It was very noisy for my light sleeping partner. I sleep well, so it didn't bother me.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Great! - This is our fourth stay here. Everything is perfect. We had a great time and will definitely be back
- Berry (10/5): -
- Julie (9/5): -
- Andy (9/5): A great place to stay for a couple's weekend snowboarding trip. - The Room was exactly as described, well provisioned, and the included breakfast was great for a day on the slopes. The in-house restaurant does an amazing dinner too. The private booking system for the hot-tub/sauna was a great idea, and the location of the lodge was perfect for ski-in/ski-out access.
- CY (9/5): -
- Rachel (9/5): absolutely love coming back every year. - Anne and Keith were very welcoming, it felt like being home away from home. the location was perfect, with one of them finishing right out the front of the property. easy access to the village bowl too.
- ChrisAvison (10/5): -
- Lijun (9/5): -
- Samuel (10/5): very good - good staff
- Ilya (10/5): -
- Trevor (10/5): Great place to stay at Falls Creek - This was our second stay at Summit Ridge and we had absolutely no complaints at all. Although both of us had miserable health issues during our stay the accommodation and attention from Anne and Keith was first class. Already planning our return next year.

- Robin (10/5): - We had a great week of snowboarding in July 2025. The double room was big enough and modern - with a good bed and excellent bathroom. The breakfast good and dinner excellent. The location of the lodge is perfect: you can literally ski down to the lift and a track of the piste takes you to 20m from the lodge. Ski room and drying room are spacious and a washer/dryer for guest use was very welcome.
- Malcolm (9/5): -
- Cheryl (10/5): Ana and Keith are awesome. Very accomodating. Probably will be back to stay -
- Grant (10/5): Definitely booking again - Great location, clean and friendly service N/A
- Fiona (10/5): - We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the staff were friendly and welcoming, the location was fantastic, the lodge was spotlessly clean, comfortable and the facilities were great, we would highly recommend it and happily stay here again
- sarah (4/5): 前台不好说话 事儿多 bossy - 有早饭 工作人员服务态度恶劣
- Suncica (9/5): -
- Yuting (8/5): -
- Hui (10/5): -
- Brad (10/5): -
- Amanda (8/5): - The summit is a small lodge near the number six shuttle stop. Rooms are small but equipped. It is a family lodge so be prepared for some noise from the rooms.
- Wei Gao 2023 (10/5): -
- Cassandra (10/5): -
- Smith (9/5): Very comfortable stay - Inclusive breakfast was excellent.
Spa and sauna was great
staff were very friendly.
Dinner option at the accommodation was excellent! Price, though other places were just as competitive.

- Zsofia (10/5): -
- Jacquelyn (10/5): Lodge stay at Falls - The lodge is perfectly located at the top of the resort and the rooms with their new bathrooms are lovely. The spa and sauna room is lovely. Annie is a bundle of energy and looks after everyone so well. Must is to book at least one dinner in at the Lodge the menu is thoughtfully designed and perfect. The climb out of the ski room 😁
- Stephen (8/5): -
- gary (9/5): Such hospitality. They could have asked me to sleep on the floor and I would still give them 5 stars - New bathroom. Very comfy bed. Wonderful hosts.
- Annette (10/5): - Everything....amazing hosts and accommodation Thank we could not stay longer
- Alexandra (10/5): -
- John Barry (9/5): -
- Jack (10/5): -
- Chris (9/5): Very comfortable, great views, food. Memorable. - Very good breakfast with options. Restaurant outstanding.
- Tania Brannan (9/5): -
- Reece (8/5): excellent facilities, friendly staff, and bang for your buck - the breakfast every morning was great. consistently good food and friendly staff that made everything super easy. the ski room downstairs was amazing, kept all my gear warm and dry overnight. spa room was also very relaxing honestly the only complaint was not having a microwave or stovetop in the apartment. just made it hard to bring any food home for the week. but having 2 minute noodles everyday wasn’t so bad
- Rosemary (8/5): -
- Simone (9/5): - Anne and Keith were welcoming hosts. The room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was delicious. Everything was great. We felt lucky to be able to ski every day except one because of rain, but a rest day didn't go astray and made having a comfortable room even more appealing.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - We as a group of 7 had a wonderful stay at Summit Ridge. Ann and Keith are excellent hosts, who genuinely care for the comfort of your stay. The lodge appears recently renovated, with no detail spared in the rooms - from hooks to hang your jackets, to dressing gowns to wear to the spa downstairs. The dinner in the restaurant was top-notch, with a choice of 2 or 3 courses of quality fare and a very good wine list. Summit Ridge is conveniently located between Village Bowl and Slalom Plaza; would be ski in/out with enough snow cover; plus has the shuttle stop no6 right outside. There is also Central Snowsports rental opposite if you need to hire gear. We can't wait to come back!
- Ian (8/5): - Very obliging and helpful hosts
- Robert (2/5): Biggest rip off I’ve wver came across. 1000% would not recommend. - Location was excellent, bedding was spotless.
Toilet looked like it was recently renovated.
Rest was an absolute disgrace considering the cost of $720 per night. Truly disgusting When you look from outside it looks great.
As you enter the foyer, you are met with two sofas that would be at home at the side of the road waiting to be taken to the tip.
Paint falling off walls in foyer, chipped ancient tiles in floor, a handrail that would look at home at a pedestrian crossing.
Carpeting that is old and worn.
Into the room you are met with an old carpet with pulled pile and patches in it where something was there prior.
Chipped doors, odd lighting and cracks all over the place.
There is a fridge but you can’t access it as it’s stuck down in a corner and won’t open as it drags on carpet and hits sofa , such is the lack of space.
The open fronted robe wouldn’t accomodate one person’s clothing for a week never mind another 2-4.
The table looks like it’s from an Op shop and the sofabed is old and knackered.
Tv cables clipped down the wall behind a piece of timber and screwed roughly to corner of the room.
Not even sure the socket setup is legal.
Window sill is all bowed and loose.
The room is supposed to sleep 3-5 as there’s two singles upstairs, one against the wall and another 3ft away which you have to negotiate to get to the staircase.
Whoever called this 4 star and 9.2 is out of their mind.
I’ve taken videos and lots and lots of photos of the state of the place.
We booked it late on face value as we thought it would be fabulous given its ratings on booking.com and if we hadn’t arrived late in the day, I’d have cancelled and left.
You’d be forgiven for thinking it was a youth hostel as it’s in sich bad condition (apart from the lovely toilet/shower).
I have about another 20 photos and videos of the place.
They’ll be going online.
We also had the night caretaker come and knock on the door at midnight, complaining about noise.
We were just talking (2 adults) and I apologised and he stormed off with out a reply like a petulant child.

- Kate (10/5): -
- EJ (6/5): Would probably stay again. - The restaurant was very nice, the staff pleasant enough, and the location is decent. The accommodation is fairly basic with little in the way of ‘extras’ like pool, spa, sauna, etc.
- nkpGNM (9/5): - location, spa&sauna and of course the restaurant dinners.
- Benjamin (8/5): Was a great place I would recommend - Great location - was able to ski right out of it Not much it was a good stay - perhaps the buffee breakfast could have included a bit more but was good
- Marko (7/5): -
- YILAI LARRY (10/5): - This is our second year of booking. Great service. Highly recommended.
