- Alexander (7/5): Gut geführtes Haus - Das Hotel bietet einen guten Service zu vernünftigen Preisen und die Lage ist auch nicht schlecht. Bin Ich in Krefeld, bin ich dort. Der Fahrstuhl ist eine Herausforderung, wenn man mit Gepäck und in einer Gruppe anreist!
- Evelyn (9/5): Sehr freundlicher Service, günstige Lage, Park in der Nähe! - Freundlicher Service, hilfsbereit und fürsorglich. Die Zimmer sind sauber, hell und sonnig. Die Terrasse ist wunderbar und mit tollem Weitblick. Eine Bushaltestelle in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Edeka u. a. Märkte nebenan. Eine schöne Parkanlage befindet sich ebenfalls in der Nähe, man braucht nur wenige Schritten dorthin. Das Hotel ist eine Empfehlung wert! -

- Gallagher (5/5): was ok i did not expect much but staying more than a few days would not be my choice - breakfast was boring and the same every day , on my second day breakfast was (forgotten as i think i was the only person) in the hotel , this meant the breakfast was not fully available just bread and cheese , meat . breakfast choice , TV is too small for the room so you have a problem viewing from the bed

The room was very poor with space and furniture and bags with kapok as pillows. The bathroom was actually not very clean with dirty towels and urine smell at the toilet.
- Laura Romina (10/5): Vielen lieben Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt in ihrem Hotel 🫶🫶 - Uns hat das Zimmer gut gefallen, die Ausstattung, es war alles schön sauber, es gab ein reichhaltiges leckeres Frühstück, das Personal war außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit…. Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Bekanntlich kann man seinen Kopf schütteln und irgendwann fällt ein Haar in die Suppe.. Wir haben nichts zu beanstanden.

Zimmer von den Farben her etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig aber sauber und alles vorhanden. Parkplatz sind wenige vor der Tür aber gegen Aufpreis kann man die Tiefgarage nutzen. An der Straße sind aber auch genügend vorhanden. Ein sehr kleiner Fahrstuhl. Nur über diesen kommt man ins Hotel.

Personeel zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam en fantastische fiets kunnen huren voor 9 Euro - ontbijt heel goed wel wat duurder dus bij de Edeka om de hoek ook uitstekende broodjes en koffie. Het was erg warm in de kamer. Kwam ook door het weer . Had graag laken gehad om onder te liggen ipv dekbed

- Kristin (9/5): - Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig und die Betten super bequem. Das Hotel liegt zentral und bietet einen tollen Blick auf die Stadt. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und reichhaltig. Es wurde immer geschaut ob etwas aufgefüllt werden muss und das Personl war sehr freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

- Erik Pascal (8/5): - Zimmer sind für den Preis absolut in Ordnung. Alles ist sauber und in gutem Zustand. Kissen, Bettdecke und Mattratze sind alle gut. Im Zimmer gibt es sowohl normale Steckdosen, als auch USB Anschlüsse, man kann also auch auf einen eigenen USB Anschluss für's Handy verzichten. Frühstück morgens ist simpel, aber dafür gut. Personal war jederzeit sehr freundlich.

Aber das betrifft leider nicht die Putzfrauen...mehrfacher Fremdhaar-fund (Bett, Wanne...) und Staub ...nach dem Handtuch ausschlagen war eine Schbeebedingte Evakuierung nötig...Wenn man sich aber morgens für's Frühstück in die Hände des "Bewirtungsteams" begeben hatte, wusste man fast nixht mehr was einen gestört hat... Renovieren und mehr putzen! Dann sicher der 7. Himmel

In front of the window is a balcony and people can open the window and go through others window. A little security anxiety for me. The similar security nervous is that the door has no lock from inside. The shower water faucet is complex for me to set the right temperature of water. Have tried many times. At the end done it.

Hotel is old therefore elevators are very small and barely fit manual wheelchair width and length. Wheelchair could not fit through bathroom door. All this was known prior to visit so no surprise. We improvised and made it work.

- George (8/5): Inexpensive and adequate hotel - This hotel is nice, comfortable and well equipped. It is rather remote from the city centre. As I did not meet anybody in person I would have appreciated written information I the room on where breakfast was available, as well as clarity on when the reception is manned. A map of the city for guests would also have been welcome.
