The staff were amazing in particular Mohamed Nasr who should be recognised for his exceptional service and kindness. He couldn’t have done anything else to make our stay any more pleasant. Food options for Western Europeans. Plenty of choice for adults but children’s a bit limited.

Il y a beaucoup de piscines et l’établissement est très grand, au point qu’on peut facilement s’y perdre. Avec des enfants en bas âge, il faut toutefois rester très vigilant car il y a des piscines un peu partout. L’hôtel dispose de plusieurs restaurants, même si nous avons trouvé que les plats proposés se ressemblaient souvent. En revanche, l’établissement était très fréquenté et cela se ressentait beaucoup. Nous avons dû attendre près de 4 heures avant d’avoir accès à notre chambre, ce qui n’est vraiment pas idéal lorsqu’on voyage avec des enfants.

Yemekler çeşitli, lezzetli ve hijyenik. Özellikle krep ve waffle istasyonundaki personelin ilgili ve güler yüzlü çocuklarımızı çok etkiledi. Döner ustası Mehmet Ali Usta’yı da özellikle bir türk olarak orada bulunması gurur sebebimiz oldu.Lezzetli dönerini yemeden dönmeyin. Tagina restaurantta. Geç saatlerde gerçekleşen türkiyeden uçuşlar için tesisin gece yarısı ulaşan misafirlere yönelik check-in ve check-out saatlerinde daha esnek olmasını beklerdim. Özellikle çocuklu ailelerin geç saatlerde kanepeye mahkûm kalması, otelde müsait oda bulunmasına rağmen ek düzenleme yapılmaması, üzdü. Otel 10/10 ama bu durum içinde puan kırmak istemedim. Bu konuda daha anlayışlı ve çözüm odaklı bir yaklaşım benimsenmesi, tesise duyulan genel memnuniyetimizi artırır diye düşünüyorum.

- Hesham (8/5): - Overall, we had a very good stay at Pickalbatros Neverland in Hurghada. The hotel, food, and staff were all good. The only issue was that the organization of the queues for the rides and activities with other guests was not very well managed, which sometimes caused confusion and waiting times. Also there was so many mosquitoes 🦟 in the room Other than that, everything was great and we enjoyed our stay.

Le personnel en grand nombre, est d’une gentillesse remarquable, toujours souriant, attentif et disponible. Les repas dans tous les restaurants étaient délicieux avec beaucoup de choix et des produits de qualité. L’hôtel est immense, d'une tenue impeccable, la propreté irréprochable dans tous les espaces. Les nombreuses piscines et toboggans permettent de profiter pleinement du séjour sans jamais se sentir à l’étroit. Quant aux attractions et animations, elles sont tout simplement incroyables et rendent l’expérience inoubliable. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir ! Franchement, rien. When you are checking in, I highly suggest speaking to Mohammed Magdy. He was extremely helpful and accommodating. Wonderful experience.
- Kareem (9/5): This hotel is perfect for a family vacation, with a lot of fun activities and entertainment options for everyone - The hotel staff are truly the most valuable part of the experience. I wish I could remember all the names, but special thanks to the bartenders Ali and Ahmed at Water Valley Aqua, Mohamed at reception, and the entire reception team for the smooth check-in and check-out process. Special thanks as well to Mostafa from housekeeping and the La Marche restaurant team for their great efforts and hospitality. My only comments would be to increase the frequency of the shuttle bus service. Also, the animation team could be much larger at least 20+ members to properly manage all the activities in such a huge resort. I have seen even smaller hotels with a bigger animation team compared to a city-sized resort like Neverland. Other than that, the experience was amazing and truly unforgettable.

My kids, husband and I were never bored, there’s so much to do and for all ages! 10/10 there’s nothing that could be improved upon. Lots of food options, entertainment, pools lots of different water parks, rides, activities, shows, etc. Thank you to the amazing staff that took such good care of everyone! - Omar (5/5): تجربه لطيفه جميله ولكن... - الفندق اختيار مناسب جدا لاسره لديها اطفال.. الغرفه كانت نظيفه وجميله وهادئه .. منطقة الاكوا بارك والعاب الأطفال بشكل عام ( سيلقي استحسان كل من يهتم بالألعاب المائيه ) يوجد حمامات سباحه كثيره ومتنوعه.. تعامل موظفو الاستقبال كان مريح جدا الاكل هناك بكل مطاعم الفندق ( تحت المتوسط بل ويرتقي ل سئ ) النظافه في المطاعم ليست كما توقعت .. الفندق بلا شاطئ علي البحر .. وعند الذهاب لشاطئ Dana Beach تجده شاطئ صخري ينتشر فيه الحصو والصخور لذلك لا يصلح للاستخدام .. للكبار او الأطفال مياه البيسين كان بها نسب كلور اعلي من المعدلات الطبيعيه .. مما ادي لالتهابات وتسلخات لطفلتي الصغيره لا يستحق 230 $ لليله الواحده

- Noha (8/5): Highly recommend, this will be our family vacation - The hotel is massive and the best place to go with or without kids. It caters to every single member of the family or even group friends. Food and drinks were in abundance all the time, loved the variety of food options. Even the non temperature controlled pools were perfect to balance with the weather. Since its all opened, there were flies in the restaurants which can be a cause of concern for exposed foods.

Despite the fact that our visit took place during the Eid vacation, which is considered a peak and highly demanding season, we were warmly welcomed and treated with outstanding hospitality and professionalism. However, I would like to highlight a concern regarding network security. I noticed what appeared to be a potential security issue after completing my reservation, as well as when attempting to connect to the room Wi-Fi. As a result, I chose not to use the Wi-Fi during my stay, out of caution.

Personel çok ilgili her yerde personel dolu. Yemekler harika 10 farklı restaurant var. Ne yiyeceğimizi şaşırdık. Lezzetli gayet dünya standartlarında. Hepsi eldivenle kıyafetle çalısıyor. Otelde herşey marka kalite kullanılıyor. Sınırsız herşey. Çocuklar için özellikle aile tatili yapacaklar için bulunmaz bir otel. Kesinlikle gidilmeli. Erken giriş için de yardımcı oldular uçağımız gece olduğu için. Kısacası hayal edemiyeceğiniz kadar güzel bir otel. Kesinlikle kötü yorum yapanlara bakmayın. Hayatımda en rahat sıkıntısız geçirdiğim tatildi. Tekrar kesinlikle gideceğim.

Surf güzeldi ama saati çok kısıtlıydı. 1-) Restauranttaki ve Towel box daki bazı personellerle, ben veya çocuklarım konuştuğumuzda, Türk olduğumuzu söylediğimizde yüzlerini ekşittiler, hoşlanmadıklarını hareket ve mimikleriyle belli ettiler. Bunun Irkçılık olduğunu düşünüyorum. 2-) Snack bar 12:00 de başlıyor... Geç kahvaltı yapmayıp, 11:00 de geliyorsanız, 1 saat boyunca aç bekliyorsunuz snack barın açılmasını... 3-) Snack bar da 15 dk beklemeden bir şey alamıyorsunuz, hep uzun bir kuyruk var... 12:00 den 17:00 ye kadar hep en az 10 kişi sıra var... Çalışan sayısı arttırılmalı veya farklı bir çözüm blunmalı... Sanki mülteci kampındayız gibi sürekli sıra bekliyoruz. 4-) Oyun salonundaki cihazlar hep jetonla çalışmak üzere yapılmış... Jeton girişi devre dışı bırakılmalı.. Jeton görevlisini takip edip bizim oyun konsoluna gelmesini bekleyip, onun jeton atmasını beklemek zorunda kalıyoruz... 5-) Mevcut restauranların yanısıra ayrıca FastFood restaurantı da olmalı...
- Abdelmoniem (7/5): Nice stay - The varieties of activities , and the Aquaparks , the kids park was very nice The long awaited lines for food , the food should be ready so you can grab whatever you want but because they want to do it only when you ask so it takes a lot of time which was a little bit annoying
- BARTOLOME (1/5): HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. AVOID!!!!!! - Staff friendly but nothing else. Extremely expensive for the quality of the hotel. Food was very poor quality. WiFi was very slow. Pools and slides were extremely cold water. Very unpleasant to get wet. Incredibly the hotel was full (Easter holidays) and most pools were empty because of the temperature of the water. My 12 years old son had to paid as an adult but he couldn't ride some of the high slides. The water park opens just 4 hours a day, despite the hotel being full. 11 to 13 and 15 to 17 h. Also some of the best slides were closed for maintenance. I talked with the manager in the reception. Everything were nice words but nothing else. Nothing changed. Probably they will respond to my review saying beautiful words of taking my review into consideration but just empty words. Nothing else. If anyone wants to have a great time in Hurgada I recommend any of the hotels around Sheraton road and Marina. Much, much cheaper. Full options of water park, snorkeling experiences, beach access, and 10 times cheaper. Plus real interaction with the Egyptian people and surroundings. PLEASE AVOID THIS MASSIVE HOTEL. IT'S NOT WORTHY!!! Picalbatros never again. Much better Egyptian options like Staigenberger, Sonesta, etc...

- Mahmoud (10/5): - Neverland Albatros Jungle Aqua Park is definitely the best hotel for kids in Hurghada! We had an amazing time there from the first day till the last day. The aqua park is huge with so many water slides and activities for all ages. At night, there are VR games, amusement park rides for both kids and adults, and fun activities everywhere. You literally stay entertained all day long. The food was excellent with many different restaurants and very high-quality meals. The variety changes daily, so you never get bored of the food. The staff were very friendly, respectful, and always helpful. Special thanks to Mr. Ahmed Tehami at the reception for his professional and kind treatment. He really made our stay even better. Highly recommended for families and kids. We will definitely come back again!
- Jurrie (4/5): - We stayed at Pickalbatros Jungle Aqua Park - Neverland Hurghada during the May holiday from April 22 until May 6 as a family with 2 adults and 3 children. We booked a double room and paid around €5,000 for the stay. Considering that price, the overall experience was far below expectations. The biggest issue throughout the holiday was the complete lack of capacity management. During lunch and dinner, the queues became absurdly long. Waiting 30 minutes or more for food near the pools was completely normal. Guests were taking excessive amounts of food, often leaving entire plates untouched afterwards, while the staff did absolutely nothing to control the situation or improve flow at the restaurants. Late breakfast was another disappointment. It was only available in one restaurant located on the opposite side of the resort, creating unnecessary crowding. Seating was often difficult to find and the breakfast selection was poor. No croissants, no omelets or fresh fried eggs, and no fresh orange juice. For a resort in this price category, that simply should not happen. Breakfast in general was mediocre. Bread and cakes were constantly left uncovered, making them dry and hard. Even worse, almost every table in every restaurant felt sticky, despite the cleaning staff working hard elsewhere in the resort. Also lunch and dinner was in general poor. Burned food, dry food and blend food. Transportation inside the resort was chaotic. There were never enough shuttle buses available. People were squeezed into it and it regularly happened that you simply could not get on because the shuttle was already full during peak times. The water slides themselves were genuinely fun and our children really enjoyed them. However, many slides were frequently closed due to limited opening times, which was frustrating considering the size and marketing of the resort. The rules around the slides also felt inconsistent.
- Miriam (9/5): Fantastisch - Vriendelijk personeel. Genoeg te doen voor de kinderen. Kermis en de gamehal zijn super. Resort is schoon. Eten is goed! We hadden een familiekamer, dit was prima! Geweldige glijbanen! Snorkel tril die op het hotel te boeken zijn. Helaas niet wat er afgesproken was. Hoop gezeur mee gehad. Liever ergens anders boeken.
