• Dr. Georgette (10/5): Relaxing, excellent customer service, and beautiful! - I unexpectedly had to come alone. The hotel provided an incredibly clean environment and a very safe environment. My view was absolutely lovely; they staff was supportive and helpful, and the housekeeper was attentive. The hotel grounds were beautiful. The breakfast was incredible, so delicious. The woman and gentleman that provided breakfast service were so friendly and made sure everything was fresh and that I had no one had any needs. I became spoiled during my visit! I checked in stressed and left wanting to stay longer!

Breakfast offerings were very nice. We got to use the hot tub one evening privately, and the night view from there was wonderful.

• Constance (9/5): i came down with my grandchildren to a couple days this is my happy place. - everything was nice I have stayed here several times this time I noticed ants in the bathroom not many but there were some, The concrete around the outside pool had bird poop on there I understand the seagulls fly around but I have never seen it before and it had an odor and the same stains were there several days.I came down

• Vitzthum (10/5): Stormy weekend in Chincoteague - Warm friendly staff, great room with a beautiful view. Sliding door to balcony with a screen door so we could leave it open and hear the waves. Not that we needed to come in after 11 PM, but if we did we would have had to take the stairs to the 3rd floor. We are in our mid-70s it would have been a challenge.
• Russell (9/5): - Close to anything we wanted to see or do. Several activity options at or near site walking distance. Room was clean and comfortable. Good value for three nights. Uncontrollable issues, weather with rain that just kept getting extended and wife became ill.

• Mary (10/5): - This place never disappoints. I reserved a room last year and had a couch and thought I would have same this year as my son came with me. When I got into my room it didn't have a couch just one bed. So I went to the desk and they immediately set me up in another room that accommodated. They always try to please and go over and above to make sure you are comfortable and have everything you need. The breakfast is free and it is plentiful and has a variety of breakfast foods from cereal to eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy and even waffles. Waffles. The coffee was delicious as well. There are two pools, one indoor one outdoor and an exercise room. They even have a laundry facility for guests. everything is clean and well maintained. The cherry on top is that it is reasonably priced! This has been my go-to for the past couple of years and will be for years to come.

• Craig (8/5): Mom and Pop hotel that is a good deal! - Quiet. Great water views. Comfy beds. Good breakfast. No resort fees. Plenty of parking. Staff friendly. Water leak in ice machine room, very smelly. Bad place to have carpet on the floor. Staff had a fan running to try and dry carpet.

• O'Neail (7/5): Honeymoon - We had a wonderful balcony. And sliding glass doors. We could watch the beautiful sunsets and the boats going up and down. There's a boardwalk along the waterfront. We found a wonderful surprise, a covered porch swing along the boardwalk. In the evening we swung, listened to music, and danced. Loved it. No luggage cart No microwave It did have an indoor pool. However they have gym equipment surrounding the pool and gym club members using the equipment. We found that awkward. We used the outdoor pool.

Provided us with fresh towels. If I have to say something that wasn't great, I would say the bed was a bit uncomfortable.

For those that this affects, you should know that there is a framed picture of trump in the lobby. I know this makes many people understandably feel unsafe and uncomfortable. I wish I had known sooner.

• Mindy (3/5): Nothing majored happened that we didn't enjoy, but we will most likely not be returning. - Location was great. Grounds and pool area were very clean. We enjoyed the views of the bay and the swing that was located around back. Staff was a little less than friendly. The woman running the breakfast was completely rude to us when my daughter (13) wanted to make a waffle. There was a sign that stated anyone under 16 needed to be supervised. I was directly behind her guiding her. The woman came out and sternly told us that she could NOT make them that I would have to do it if she wanted one. The next day we didn't receive any washcloths, and when I asked about getting some the front desk staff acted like I didn't need them. I stated that our room was cleaned but we didn't get any washcloths.

• Sara (10/5): Lovely - Breakfast is nice!! I liked how the hot tub was kind of private to grab the keys. We went at sunset so nice. The view is great and plenty of dinner and ice cream in walking distance. Design is retro! Cosy couch. Coffee could be better. Little noisy with the bridge traffic.
