• Beasley (8/5): Was happy with value for money, room was clean and comfortable, location was excellent. - Location was great, very quick to get on and off 95. Room was clean, sheets smelled fresh, beds firm and comfortable, nice assortment of pillows. Breakfast had nice variety of items, good coffee. Pool and hot tub available. Refrigerator in our room was broken, was initially given key to room that already had a guest in it, though this was quickly fixed, it could have made for a very awkward situation.

• Emanuel (1/5): The room had a strong musty smell, the air conditioning smelled like mold, and we could barely sleep — very disappointin - The location was convenient for our road trip stop and check-in was easy. The room had a very strong musty, old smell. The air conditioning smelled like mold, which made the situation worse. My daughter coughed throughout the night, and I was very concerned about the air quality. The odor was so intense that I could barely sleep. Traveling with a baby and a toddler made it extremely difficult to change hotels in the middle of the night. The breakfast quality was also very poor and disappointing.

• Schultz (7/5): Good deal - The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Specifically the woman who checked us in. The rooms were clean and we were provided with plenty of towels. Overall, not a bad deal for the price. During our stay, there were a couple people lingering around outside, mostly young adults running and yelling. There was also a subtle smell of cigarettes drifting into the bathroom vent, although we were in a smoke free room. The water pressure was less than desirable but still enough to get the job done. Overall, not a bad deal for the price.

• Irwin (10/5): Outstanding - I love the staff they were very polite Tasha was great about handling a problem I had with some people that were staying above me she will definitely take care of a problem if you have one her and the owner or the manager are very polite very nice people I would recommend Red roof to anyone that needs a place to lay their head the housekeeping staff is also great to deal with I spent two weeks there had no problems at all There were some loud guests above me and they had a truck that had all kinds of animals that stunk real bad right in front of my door but Tasha handled it nicely for me

Love that a non smoking room means you don’t smell smoke at all :) The only negative was the number of barking dogs. Nice that one pet stays free for guests who need it, but not being a pet owner, it is not fun to be kept awake by someone else’s dog barking.

• Runyon (1/5): Lakesha is not a good employee she was rude an had a bad attitude towards me from the time I checked in until the day sh - My 9 year old daughter an I was put in a room without a deadbolt lock handle to safety lock the door as soon as I ask for different room she said she can’t move my room I asked to speak to manger she said she was the manager she said we just have a owner an she don’t know when he was coming in I kept telling her I don’t feel safe in the room she said she would send the maintenance man to fix the deadbolt and when he came I was very uncomfortable with him in my room with me and my daughter So they fix the door after 3 days I was so uncomfortable feeling that I only had the latch to protect us from harm so I wasn’t able to sleep well an my daughter was very unease Lakeesha was the worst I tried to check in at 2pm she made me wait until 3:30 pm I was not happy an I was in that same room for 7 days I didn’t like that the property don’t allow you to take your breakfast out of the lobby The lady chase me down because I took a bagel and yogurt to my daughter who was feeling well to go to breakfast she said I can’t take the food to my room they don’t allow you to eat in the rooms which was so strange because we eat takeout in the room daily

The room had an unpleasant odor, and there were dogs in the room next to mine that barked continuously, making it difficult to relax. The continental breakfast was underwhelming and lacked variety. Additionally, both the office chair and single lounge chair in the room were noticeably dirty, and the wooden floors didn’t appear to have been properly cleaned.

• Bridget (2/5): - I didn't like the rude service from the individual that checked me in a mail checked me in I've stayed at this motel several times before and have never got rude service have always gotten a room that I've reserved or been compensated for them not having the room that I reserved and I wasn't compensated for it I was given a total different room and was only offered a 10% discount which is what maybe $10 off of a room I'm very displeased I think I should have gotten the amount that I paid over which was about $30 off of a room rent for the next time I stay is the way I feel it should have been because the gentleman tried to give me a room that was not handicapped accessible first and I told him no I could not do that then he gave me a room that was handicapped accessible but it was not a king size bed the microwave didn't work the remote didn't work it was just it was total dissatisfaction and I went and talked to the manager when I woke up and I was only offered a 10% discount which really upset me because I paid for a king superior room and got a double room which I would have stayed another night but being as I was only offered a 10% discount I could not afford that again right now so I asked for that for during the week so that at least it took $10 off during the week but that still isn't satisfactory to me because I still lost out a lot and my friend is on the road a lot so I didn't I don't get to see him very often and it just totally dissatisfied me cuz I wanted a good

Now… there was a live bug in my room that I had to smash (sorry), but other than that, everything else was clean ! Staff was pretty sweet. 4/5 (because of the bug). I would stay there again if I just need something affordable for the night.

• Heather (10/5): - The staff members were all very friendly, efficient and helpful. They stock extra toothbrushes and toothpaste if you forget yours. Breakfast is a waffle maker, cereal, bagels, fruit and mini muffins. They have a juice machine, coffee and tea. They did not have decaf brewed but I also didn’t ask if it was an option. The room was very clean and included a mini fridge. It was a very good choice to stop for the night on my roadtrip as it is also very close to 95 and there is also inexpensive gas next door at Exxon. There is also a Starbucks, Ruby Tuesday, McDonalds and Dollar General nearby.
• Global37716881042 (8/5): Great stay - We don't normally stay at Red Roof Inn, but traveling with 3 dogs, it was pet friendly (no charge for pets) and it was late. Our room was very clean, beds were very comfortable. No bugs anywhere! Front desk staff were very friendly. Would stay here again.
