- Vincent (6/5): - What a shame that we could not get any sleep 2 of the 3 nights that we booked. Very loud music from the bar until 1am, followed by loud guests in the hallways banging doors in the middle of the night. The hotel definitely is charming but they treat hotel guests as secondary compared to bar guests. Definitely not recommended for people looking to get some rest at night. Other than that the breakfast was really good and the pool are was nice. Average clean, especially the carpet in the rooms. Our room has a strong cigarette smell when we checked in. Lots of potential but does not meet 4-star expectations in my opinion.

- 243bj_rns (2/5): Bad night in Mandelieu. - Planned 4 quiet days at the river of Siagne, close to the beach and close to the center of Mandelieu. However, on Friday night we were unable to sleep due to loud discotheque until 2 am. Call it a rave party! Not the place to be with family. Where is the hotel staff?
- victoria (8/5): - Super nice staff, the room was quite spacious and comfortable. Check-in instructions were a but unclear, though: we arrived to the front desk before the "cut-off" time and it was already closed, there was a number and that number wouldn't answer. So we were waiting without any clue or being able to speak to anyone for about 20-30 minutes. Finally, I walked over to the restaurant area and someone there was able to help. Prices were very reasonable all around for food and breakfast. The apertivo was 10/10. Also, I was surprised that they charge extra to use the pool. Overall, though, it wa a good stay for 1 night as we drove from S. of France down to Naples.

- Yonathan (2/5): En déclin Séjour décevant cette année dommage - L’année dernière, notre séjour avait été exceptionnel. Le patron était au top, très à l’écoute et chaleureux. Cette année, c’est une toute autre ambiance : aucun sourire, pas même un bonjour. On avait l’impression d’avoir affaire à une personne complètement différente. Le personnel saisonnier semble malheureusement peu formé au métier de l’hôtellerie. Ils changent constamment de poste : un jour à l’accueil, le lendemain au bar ou en salle. Ce manque de stabilité se ressent dans le service, qui manque cruellement de professionnalisme. Côté propreté, on est loin du standing attendu. Fenêtres, miroirs et VMC ne sont pas nettoyés, ce qui donne une impression générale peu soignée, proche d’un hôtel 2 étoiles. Le petit déjeuner, autrefois un vrai point fort, est devenu très basique, presque “meskin”. C’est vraiment dommage, car l’établissement en lui-même est magnifique et aurait beaucoup de potentiel avec une meilleure gestion.
- gescla (2/5): A COMPLETELY NIGHTMARE - I don't understand how this place can have 4 stars. Our room was located in the ground floor (with a big terrace but unable to use it as it was cover of spiderweb, dead flies, spiders and all kind of bugs) . The room was spacious, however it had a disgusting smell of poop. The carpet was filthy and full of stains. The bathroom wasn't cleaned properly, the shower floor was sticky and full of what I believe was shampoo from the previous guess. That night we planned to have dinner at the hotel's restaurant, but It was closed due to a private event so I asked the lady at reception if she could make an exception and let us order food for my 18 months to which she replied rudely " it wasn't her problem and that I would have to figure it out" (noted that there are not restaurants near by). The staff has an overall unfriendly attitude if French isn't your first language. Breakfast looked decent until I tried the Ham. The slice I served myself was off or about to. We only stayed one night and moved out to a real hotel.
- morfhea (4/5): Would not go back - Let's do the positive first. Hotel looks cool, and I love the style! No big breakfast buffet, but the food was really good. The scrambled eggs: best I ever had! But if you want just 1 egg, note that you must boil it yourself in the boiler. Many of us did not notice that, so some raw eggs were cracked. Valentine/Valentina at front desk was exeptional! Very serviceminded and genuine! She deserve to work in a better place though, cause here comes the negative. I first got a room filled with the smell of poop! Was told they sometimes had issues with ventilation, but they could give me a machine to fix it. I didn't want it, so I got a new room on ground floor. Supernice room with a little sitting area outside! However, at one point I had 2-3 guys right outside lurking around picking up stuff from the ground. Not a problem, but I could hear them as if they were in my face. But the worst part was finding a pile of sand with lots of ants crawling on it, inside the room, close to my bed!! And it was clear the whole line underneath the sliding door had not been cleaned in ages! Of course I wanted a new room, and Valentina showed me one two doors away. Nice room, but how could that be any different. So it ended with the ant room and filling it with lots of bugs spray. The room also had wall to wall carpets and it was clearly not well vacuumed as later on I found several proofs of it, as well as hairs in shower and trash can not emptied from last guest. As I have astma and severe dust allergies, the next day I woke up almost voiceless, not able to breathe properly and with a closed nose as the room was still filled with the bug spray in evening and no windows. (I did not want to keep the sliding doors open as on ground floor and other bugs). So second night I went back to the first room on second floor so I at least could have balcony door open and breathe. Would not go back here unless they remove wall to wall carpet in all rooms and start cleaning the rooms properly. (Of course I asked for a carpet free room, but there were none left)

- JaneCroft2 (2/5): Booking Beware! - I booked Casarase in June 2024 for a weeks visit in June 2025. I obtained a really good price for booking a year in advance and didn't have to pay a deposit. The hotel confirmed my booking and I asked if they organised airport transfers and they said yes, so I confirmed that I would be back in touch nearer the time. I then bookrd my BA flights. I emailed in January 2025 to book and pay for my transfers and they replied they had cancelled my booking as they had a conference for three days ant they had emailed in August 2024 to tell me, but I did not receive the email - I religiously check my junk mail several times a day! They did not try and offer me any comprise which I found very strange. The annoying thing was, the hotel was still offering accommodation on their website for the exact dates of my booking at 2.5 times the price, and they are still offering rooms at the advantageous price of my booking for next year. Has anyone else had this experience? I think the hotel cancels bookings once they are full and then lets the rooms at double the price. I have booked rooms as an independant traveller for 40 years and never had this problem. I was left very dissapointed and two airline tickets.

- lucyfletcher772023 (10/5): Absolutely Brilliant - WOW! Absolutely perfect! Could not fault any part of the hotel. It's funky, fun and relaxed! Just what we wanted in a perfect location and the comfort of the bed was to die for! Absolutely the best bed we have ever slept in. The breakfast was wonderful, cocktails strong and lovely!!!! Staff were fab, some speak English, some don't but it was nice to test out my french! The location itself was perfect and we walked into Cannes most days, swam in the sea even though it was the end of November!! Transfer by car was quoted $160 so we went by train for $19 return for both of us!! then a lovely 25 minute walk to the hotel. Cannes is expensive but we know that! However, worth every penny.

Chambres très très vieillissante on sent qu’on a fait du neuf sur du vieux , carrelage baignoire complètement cassé, deux mouchoirs dans la boîtes , cendres de cigarette sur la terrasse, cheveux sur serviettes de toilettes, télé qui ne fonctionnait pas et le réceptionniste qui nous dit : ça vous permettra une soirée detox !!! Le culot ! Et restaurant fermé le soir de notre arrivée et non précisé. Très déçue nous avions choisi cet hôtel car recommandé et suite familiale très bien agencée mais malgré notre déception pour la télé et le restaurant aucun geste commercial (sur le parking payant par exemple) ni même un : tout s ets bien passé ? Il y en a pour tous les goûts. La piscine est très agréable et le nouveau coin SPA très accueillant. Espérons que les prix n'augmentent pas....
- David (10/5): A relaxing 5 day stay - Relaxing and comfortable rooms, with friendly staff and quality meals. The room was well pointed and the bathroom was great - good shower! Breakfast felt relaxing with a large variety of high quality food on offer. The two lunches I had there were also very good.
- LichfieldBoy (8/5): Quirky - On arrival we found the decor to be garish - lots of pastel colours, stripes and weird furniture but after a couple of days we found we actually liked it. Bedrooms were fairly spacious with plenty storage space and ours had it's own patio area which was nice place to sit in and have a drink. The bathroom had an over bath shower but there was no cradle to put the shower head in so you had to hand hold it - not ideal. There's a great outside bar but it's relatively expensive (the cheapest bottle of wine was 36 Euro and a large beer was 10 Euro) so I wouldn't drink too much there. Breakfast is very good with a wide choice of items which were kept stocked. On Sunday we booked their brunch which cost 45 Euro each but the quality and range of the food was excellent and you can eat as much as you like - recommended. Staff were hard working and helpful throughout.
- Esteban (6/5): Hotel correcto, no apto para relajarse. - Estuvimos en el hotel más de 20 días, los trabajadores salvo alguna excepción son muy agradables. La temática del hotel retro es bonita. Pero en nuestra opinión hay cosas mejorables. La limpieza. En el restaurante del patio no se han limpiado los cojines de los asientos en un largo tiempo, la carta de comida es muy limitada, escasa. Hay fiesta por la noche casi cada día, por tanto es un hotel ruidoso y si te quejas en recepción una señora mayor me dijo que ellos avisan de que el hotel es así. Si buscas fiesta genial si buscas tranquilidad no lo recomiendo. La limpieza es otro punto débil, la terraza de nuestra habitación tenía unas sillas de tela con unas manchas que no se limpiaron nunca. El Cristal tampoco y cuando abres te das cuenta que falta mas limpieza. La piscina es anticuada y un poco pequeña, hay camas de agua que la hace parecer más pequeña aún. Los jardines están bien cuidados. Muchos mosquitos (llevar antimosquitos) La habitación es espaciosa. El dueño es amable y sonriente. El desayuno es aceptable. Para mi no vale lo que se paga por el honestamente. Escala de un 1-10 le doy un 7 siendo generoso.

Accueil moins chaleureux et le parking qui était un service rendu a la clientèle est devenu payant depuis peu. Il ne l etait toujourspasen avril dernier. Par principe j ai du mal a l accepter.....même si ce n est que 12 euros par nuit. Du coup pas certaine d y retourner meme si la renovation est une réussite

- 624iang (10/5): A GEM & A REAL FIND - We are a family of three (with 8 year old child) and found this hotel last minute online. We were on a driving holiday through southern France and decided to stop here for a couple of nights. WOW! Everything was amazing except some cleaning attention should be paid to the pool. We had such an incredible time at Casarose that we extended our stay by a further two days. The rooms were very comfortable and clean, the food, the atmosphere, the location and staff were very welcoming and friendly. The whole experience were first class. We highly recommend!

- Verified traveler (10/5): A faire absolument - L’hôtel est magnifique, une déco type californien qui nous déconnecte totalement des que l’on rentre dans l’hôtel. Le cadre est fabuleux. Le personnel est super gentil et serviable. Petit bémol sur la piscine qui n’est pas nettoyé on retrouve sur les carreaux du vert et on glisse. Mais c’est le seul petit truc car le reste rien a redire. J’ai adoré mon séjour et je compte bien y revenir
- Sandra (10/5): FANTASTIQUE - J'ai passé un séjour au top à l'hôtel Casarose. C'était calme, accueillant, propre, équipements supers (piscine, tennis, ping pong, baby-foot,...)et très bien situé (plages à proximité à pied) La décoration superbe, j'ai vraiment passé un super séjour, je suis d'ailleurs restée une nuit supplémentaire tellement je m'y sentais bien. Si je reviens vers Cannes, je reviendrai sans hésiter à l'hôtel Casarose.

Le personnel est très sympathique et toujours agréable malgré la charge de travail importante. Nous avons été très bien accueillis. Les chambres sont très propres, la nôtre donnait sur le bar et la piscine mais nous n'avons jamais été gênés par d'éventuels bruits.
- Mohammed (10/5): Pleasant change from the regular hotels in Cannes - Fantastic staff throughout the hotel, great vibes and relaxed feel throughout. Pedal bikes and electric assist available for hire which was a great way to explore the coast line, enjoy a swim in a secluded bay, grab a coffee at a hill cafe and lunch with a gorgeous view. Rooms are clean and balconies are great. Shower is refreshing and bed is remarkably comfortable. Will definitely be coming back very soon.

Great balance of price, quality and service. The interiors are inspired by the magic '60s, but nothing is overdone. The furniture is minimalist but functional, rooms are large and beds confortable. The structure is generally very clean. The outside facilities are well integrated with the overall style: everything from the facade colorful paints to the tables layout and furniture add up together to leave an impression of a well thought project. Personnel is kind and professional. Swimming pool is small but reasonably enjoyable. Price to performance is very competitive for the standards of the region. In-house restaurant and drinks are a bit on the expensive side though: food qulity is very good but the bill will soar up quite fast. There are cheaper and good alternatives in town. This could be the only remark for an otherwise very attractive proposition.

Der Speisebereich ebenso trendig - lediglich die Auswahl am Frühstück war geringer und sollte erweitert werden - nicht Rührei aus dem Tetrapak! Die Personen an der Rezeption sind mit ihren Englischkenntnissen sofort am Limit.

- Inspiration552641 (10/5): Amazing hôtel a must stay !! - This is the best hotel in the south of France !I’m here from California for a few weeks as I wanted to spend some time in the south of France . The hotel is under a new ownership they just did the big opening in July . The positive energy, the costumer service , the food , the cocktails and the rooms are incredible. There is a nice pool as well . What I love the most is every little details . The concept is the 70’s in California so you will feel being back in time in a city like Palm spring. This place is very close to Cannes and Nice … this colorful hotel is 5 minutes walking distance from the beach which was perfect and it’s right in front of a beautiful canal where you can rent a boat or walk along the promenade . The hotel also have bikes. Thank you again !

Une parenthèse Californienne qui rappelle les douces années 70's dans un décor hypra actuel et agréable. Le décor est soigné, raffiné, la chambre confort et vitaminée, un moment d'une vraie fraicheur, comme il est rare d'en trouver sur la Côte d'Azur depuis un petit moment. Le service y est vraiment super, accueil et personnel très disponible et bienveillant, les repas (Petit déjeuner déjeuner et diner) vraiment quali et largement bon rapport qualité prix. On est entre le boutique hôtel hyper trendy et l'hôtel confort et soigné, très franchement conseillé! Petit plus, les bords de siagne, et la piscine pour un moment farniente et détente assuré! Foncez!
