- Mendez (1/5): - Absolutely nothing!! Do not stay here! Will not be returning. Rooms haven’t been clean! They remake the bed without actually changing the bedding. Piss stains on the floor. It was absolutely awful I didn’t like any of it! It was a really bad experience all around
- Jeff (6/5): It worked for the time necessary to accomplish the goal. - Location and price Advertised $10 per pet but were charged $25 per pet. Booking engine said it was prepaid but charged us again on a different card. Working on resolving.

- Richard (5/5): Room was fair the parking was bad didn't need the food there was no choice of it and I didn' - Didn't need any breakfast wasn't much choice, seem like there could have been some drug activity there I'm 69 years old and I seen people coming in and out of people's rooms Parking better option of breakfast more focused on the people coming in and out of the rooms that weren't tendent
- Troy (7/5): - Noise from main street (Hwy 160) was annoying, but hard to control due to proximity.
- DANIEL (3/5): - Unclean floors and walls.
- Deborah (7/5): Dated but clean and comfortable - The property was dated, but the room was clean and sufficient for our stay. I would stay there again if the circumstances were the same. This was the only room available for us. The clerk didn't seem to understand English. When I checked in he couldn't understand my name.
- Lydell (7/5): -
- Kathryn (1/5): Very poor facility - The man at the desk was very nice. The room was filthy and very run down, linens were dirty looking, no water in the shower.

After seeing the room we did not try to have breakfast to avoid the risk of contamination.
- Doug (8/5): - Staff friendly, worn old motel, but appliances worked, bed comfortable, and price very reasonable. I was satisfied!
- Cheri (5/5): - Nice size room, overall, the price was right for the room Toilet was too low, no coffee pot, bed was too high, worker was a little bit too talkative and had an accent that was hard to understand
- Martinez (9/5): - I've always enjoyed staying at National 9 Inn Sand Canyon in Cortez. It's a quiet place to stay and rest when I'm in Cortez. The owner and manager is awesome and very helpful. I recommend the establishment for its location, peaceful, comfortable rooms, price, and helpful owner. .
- Freida (2/5): Had to call the police - A drunk man kept trying to open our motel door. This occurred at approximately 10PM, 12AM, and 1AM. I had to call the police. It was scary.
- Howell (10/5): - Good place to stay No breakfast
- Emery (6/5): - Water was hot and the door locked, nice folks running the place... Very old and bare, kind of ratty. I have spent less to stay in much nicer places...

- Goodhue (4/5): - Whole experience was less than expected, didnt feel real safe here.
- Vacation Reviews (1/5): Dont stay here with kids - I cant believe the owner would charge the rates he does for these nasty outdated rooms. old, crusty carpet and paint everywhere including hangers
- Richard (1/5): It was unbelievable that it was still open for people to stay there !!! - The staff that's about it. The hotel should be inspected then condemned!! Mold above the shower. The carpet had rips in it.
- Stuart (2/5): - I made the reservation on Expedia and when I arrived no vacancy no one in the office
To help me.
- Mates (1/5): - Did NOT appreciate being woken up at 1:00 AM to Domestic Violence in next room. Manager said he heard it too and when asked why he didn't contact police, he said he told guy to leave, guy still at motel 8:00 AM, manager knocked on door to tell guy he was calling police; I left and reported incident to police.
- Hrvoslav (7/5): Value for money - Value for money. Simple free breakfast. Towels and bedding were clean and fresh. There were fridge and microwave oven. There was plenty hot water. There was no hairdryer and any other kitchen utensils, like coffe maker or even glasses/cups. Floor and bathroom could have been cleaner.
- Pavel (9/5): Superb - staff, later check out, large room, large and comfortable beds, parking at the room door
- Rosetta (7/5): Had a very pleasant time in Cortez, CO. - Close proximity with other businesses in town. N/A
- Rachel (5/5): Ok for an overnight - The proximity to the city It's obviously older but that's why it's cheap

- Isaac (10/5): - Cheap, cozy, and clean. Staff was very friendly.
- Chloe (8/5): Very good -
- Scott (8/5): Very good -
- Marc (6/5): Pleasant -
- Verified traveler (8/5): Cheap. - Its fine. Not fancy, but clean. They need to paint the lines on the parking lot. The parking was a problem.
- Mike (7/5): Good -
- Jackson (3/5): Pass on it!!! - It was on the main road and easy to find!! I booked thru booking.com and they said I didnt til i showed them my confirmation then it magically appeared!! Parking was horrible!! A/C acted up all nite long!! The trash was not taking out from previous tenant!! Barely any water pressure in the shower to rinse off soap or shampoo!! The towels were disgusting with brown spots on them!! The owner stopped me when I went to move my truck closer to my room so I could load my stuff up and he asks me what I thought I was doing!! Not a place I'd probly rebook if I was to return to cortez colorado!!!
- Martinez (10/5): Exceptional - I've always stayed at National 9 Inn Sand Canyon when I'm in Cortez. It is a nice place to stay.
- Roberta (8/5): - Good stay
- Hubert (8/5): - 👍
- Verified traveler (6/5): Wish it could be better - The front desk was very helpful with everything! Location was ok but the bed was very uncomfortable. And we had someone try to open our door twice during our stay. Parking was difficult as the markings were very hard to see. However, the staff was fabulous, helping with all our concerns and needs. The hotel just needs some updating.
- Neil (10/5): - Motel was in town, easy to find, quiet, comfortable, and clean. Managers were very friendly. Restaurants were nearby.
- Timothy (8/5): Very good - Friendly staff. Very helpful. Will visit again Staff
- Timothy (8/5): Very good -
- Millie (2/5): - The shower had someone else’s hair in it, there was a 1/4 roll of toilet paper, no coffee maker, and bikers rumbled thru the parking lot all evening.
- Cameron (10/5): - Good service
- Martinez (10/5): Exceptional -
- Harrison (7/5): Good -
- Colleen (1/5): literally the most scary, unsafe, disgusting place I have ever stayed at. - manager did come repair the TV. door stuck was I trapped inside, floor was dirty had not been vaccumed, towel racks falling off the wall . Tv no signal. all electrical outlets dirty and the plugs would not stay in the outlets, if there was an electrical fire due to faulty outlets, I could have died, being stuck behind a faulty door.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Just trashy no parking space lot of beer cans in laundry room
- Shonto (10/5): Exceptional -
- Phillips (1/5): I will never again stay here the man was rude about the situation - I was taken by ambulance do to multiple but bites Everything
- James (1/5): Uncomfortable - Nothing Refrigerator not working. Rug dirty. Tub dirty. Flat pillows.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Good place to stay near Mesa Verde - Well located in Cortez, about a 30 minute drive from Mesa Verde National Park. Room was spacious and I was always able to park outside. WiFi worked well during my stay and check in and check out process was easy.
- Jonas (1/5): Worst manager ever - The manager was very intrusive and mean. He told us that we should be living on the street. He didn't respect our privacy.
- Pearl (8/5): - For a budget motel very clean
- Conrad (4/5): Disappointing - Looks like water damage throughout ceiling. Room was clean though. Breakfast included is a bit of an overstatement. Two cereal dispensers with barely any cereal and one pot of coffee is the entire "breakfast."
- Barbara (2/5): - We could not get the TV to turn on. There was no microwave or coffee maker in the room. We needed to take the back off the toilet tank after flushing it to push the piece down so the tank could fill back up.
- Tamara (2/5): Really liked Cortez. Nice small friendly town close to all the attraction/parks we wanted to visit -
- Jenifer (5/5): This place is sufficient. - The manager is extremely helpful and nice. It was quiet as well. It was pretty run down. For only a little more money, you can stay at Super 8 and it's more updated/traditional.
- Darin (6/5): - For a person on foot long walk to get to fast food restaurant.
- JEAN PHILIPPE (10/5): - Nous avons aimé l'accueil très sympathique, le confort de la chambre qui mériterait quand-même un petit rajeunissement. Bon rapport qualité prix
- Lori (4/5): Disappointing -
- Stefan (10/5): Very good value for money. - The motel room was clean and comfortable. The room was cleaned daily, which I have not experienced in much more expensive motels. Especially the staff is very friendly, helpful and kind.
- Marcella (1/5): We didn’t stay. Spent 30 minutes and decided we didn’t feel safe or comfortable. We left and went somewhere else - Nothing Old, run down, falling apart. AC was held in the wall with duct tape. Major gaps around the outside door.
- Martinez (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mark (2/5): - It was really dirty.
- Scott (6/5): - Very run-down and in need of fixing and sprucing up!
- Michael (2/5): VERY disappointed - The check in staff was nice, but everything beyond that was disappointing. Not well maintained, very old, sketchy hotel. Bed was comfortable, a fair amount of space in room but low quality on everything else. Breakfast consisted of coffee, cheerios and white bread for toasting. Did not feel safe all night.
- Lloyd (7/5): Good -
- Willis (8/5): Very clean and comfortable and friendly. - Easy to park and a secure parking lot Really no complaints about the property. The only complaint I have is that I ended up taking a relatively cold shower. But it wasn’t that bad.
- Julong (6/5): Worth the money - Affordable just for a night’s sleep. The room is clean though some stuffs left by other guests. The room is dark and the air conditioning/ toilet flush is not powerful enough.
- Martinez (10/5): Exceptional - It's a nice place to stay. We've often stayed at the location. The staff is always friendly. It's an older facility but a very good one.
- Michael (6/5): Pleasant -
- Gwendal (6/5): - We stayed two nights. Old and dirty suite, smelled bad. We kept the reservation as we were visiting Mesa Verde and were too tired to change it.
- John (8/5): Comfortable stay on my way through town. -
- Natalia (6/5): Pleasant - Location and price No hair dryer. Uncomfortable bed
- Powell (7/5): Good - The room, although it did not have a lot of amenities, was clean and the bed was comfortable. The outside area was not optimum, but the cost of the room made up for it
- Leighsplumbing (8/5): Very good -
- Janice (2/5): - Knew better as we walked in
- Barbara (8/5): Very good - The door lock was hard to open and even harder to lock from the inside. There was no safety chain or dead bolt, I would have felt better had I been able to secure my door better. (Didn't like) Room was clean, bed was comfortable, the air conditioner was loud but put out a good air flow to cool the room quickly. (Liked)
