• Melinda (9/5): Great stay for a special family weekend. - This is a very nice hotel in a prime location. The parking situation is unacceptable. The garage is hazardous. Rooms should be cared for daily. The signage is also unacceptable making the property very difficult to locate.

No one explained how to get to parking and no signs from parking garage to interior elevator. I listened to cleaning staff and their supervisor having an argument in the public area by first floor elevators while waiting for my ride. No one explained about breakfast, ie where, when, cost? Lighting in room was difficult to figure out. Room was clean but felt cold and stark. Bathroom door was glass and located in the center of the room. It felt very exposed and not at all private. No light in closet.

The AM breakfast would have made things so much easier but we were severely scolded by the kitchen person that the breakfast did not start until 6:30 (it was 6:20) and the breakfast was all ready with this person was just doing final prep. No one else was around. We left disappointed and without a nice perk that is expected from hotels like this!

• Maya (7/5): Great staff, great location, but missing some expected comforts. - The staff was friendly, the lobby was clean and welcoming, and the location is walkable to several shops and restaurants. I don't have high expectations from a continental breakfast. Wwhat I experienced was clean and orderly, but tasted below average. The room configuration - the water closet is in separate space from the shower (some separation is good but this configuration just wasn't my preference). The mattress was uncomfortable. The parking garage is tight (expert drivers only) and dimly lit.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. We had a great view of the town. They have a Happy Hour which is nice. Breakfast was okay. They had hot and cold offerings. The eating area is spacious. The location is perfect on the main road near everything. They have an exercise area and pool.

• Mary (8/5): Mostly good... - Breakfast, pillows and linens, ease of check-in. Told housekeeper we were going out and let her know she could clean our room when she was ready. Perhaps there was a language barrier, but our room was not cleaned or refreshed.

I love how the train to Acrisure stadium is basically connected to the hotel . The train was only 3.50 cents to travel the entire day . If you leave the hotel not even a block away are coffee shops etc . This is a great place to stay. The front desk is super polite and friendly . The hotel and rooms are super clean and modern . The best part is the train to travel to Pittsburgh is basically connected to the hotel .

• Donald (10/5): Good vibe, great location - The only hotel in the center of the township of Mt. Lebanon, it’s in a great location. Everything you need is close by such as dining, breakfast and coffee houses - no Starbucks thankfully, even a saloon. The light rail station is a block away for travels do downtown Pittsburgh. The hotel is newer with an expansive lobby. They have a decent breakfast each morning and a small bar for happy hour in the afternoon. I like staying here.
