All the is doing everything possible to help and to provide a perfect holiday to all the guest. High quality and hygiene standards, cleanliness, and a very well-maintained hotel complex are further hallmarks of the hotel. Naturally, guests will also be treated to a culinary experience with a wide range of dining options that leaves nothing to be desired. Whether traveling as a family, a couple, or Single, the Pickalbatros Royal moderne offers the perfect accommodation for all types of vacations and preferences..all this are the reason, why i extended my stay here one more time.

Moataz (10/5): - Our stay at Pickalbatros Royal Moderna was amazing from the first day until check-out. The hotel is very clean, well organized, and perfect for both families and couples. The aqua park was fantastic with many slides and activities, and the pools were always clean and enjoyable. The food was varied and delicious every day, and the staff in all restaurants were friendly and welcoming. A very special thanks to the housekeeping staff, especially Mr. Ahmed Bondok, who was extremely professional, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. He always kept the room perfectly clean and made sure we had everything we needed. His positive attitude and excellent service truly made our experience more comfortable and enjoyable. The animation team and hotel staff were also energetic, respectful, and always smiling. Overall, the atmosphere of the resort was relaxing, fun, and luxurious. We truly felt welcomed and taken care of during the whole vacation.

From the very first moment, we were welcomed with great hospitality, and the staff were extremely kind. The children especially loved the atmosphere of the hotel, as it is perfect for families. There are many activities during the day, and fun entertainment for everyone at night. The pools are absolutely beautiful, and the beach is stunning, with its clear waters and natural beauty. Additionally, the food was exquisite, with a clever variety and top-notch quality, and the entire place is kept spotless. I highly recommend everyone to visit it truly is an unforgettable experience

Hayley (10/5): Perfect get away for our family - Lots of things actives to do throughout the day rooms very clean and spacious we were a family of 4 and the bathroom was bigger than my sons bedroom at home😀 staff very attentive couldn’t do enough for you! Bottled water ice cold available at various location all day! Big day beds all around the pool free of charge No negatives lots of renovation taking place and upkeep to the hotel! Gardener keeping the garden very tidy! Perfectly trimmed gardens. No negatives at all.

Danielius (4/5): Overpriced, poor service and food. Not for adults. - Big pool and beds around. Food is the same in every “restaurant”, only grilled meat changes. Food taste is bellow average, juices are the worst I ever encountered (10% fruit content), you can hardly find “fresh” orange juice but it doesn’t taste good. Soft drinks are the worst too. Service is bad unless you give dollars to waiters. The pier is in dangerous condition. Location is very windy and often it’s forbidden to swim in the sea. Sun umbrellas are very cheap material so UV rays goes straight through them. Swimming pools bottoms is uneven and often dirty surface. Annoying sales persons are selling their services all day long around pool area. Pigeons living on the roof outside hotel rooms and making noises. Absolutely not worth the money unless you are staying with kids and only for aqua park and even then it’s too expensive just for old aqua park.

Мы заказывали номер с видом на сад, нас сразу же переселили в номер с видом на бассейн, который стоил дороже, а также, как мы просили, нам дали номер с 3 кроватями, что достаточно редко для классических номеров. Расположение номера было идеально-близко к центральному бассейну, а также к морю и ресепшену, где находятся основные рестораны. Еда была очень разнообразна, каждый найдет, что то для себя, почти всегда были морепродукты, а также разные виды мяса и птицы, есть отдельный детский уголок с едой, подходящей для детей. Убирались каждый день и очень качественно, меняли постельное белье каждый день, а также полотенца и все принадлежности для душа. Персонал очень отзывчивый и добрый, особенно Дарья - очень отзывчивый и приятный человек, который всегда поможет и подскажет. У нас был поздний вылет и нам без проблем продлили номер на несколько часов, что было очень приятно. Спасибо Ахмеду с ресепшена. Этот отель идеально подойдет для семей с детьми, так как на территории много развлечений для детей и для взрослых - мини гольф, теннис, бильярд и тд. Номера немного под уставшие. Все наше пребывания на море был красны флаг, но это не зависит от отеля, также часто предлагают какие то экскурсии или поход в спа, но в целом достаточно не навязчиво. Эти небольшие минусы наш отдых не испортили)
