• Vera (10/5): Отличное место - Расположена гостиница в самом центре, на набережной Фонтанки, поэтому пешие прогулки по центру возможны в любое время и независимо от расписания/работы транспорта. Сама гостиница находится во дворе дома, поэтому внутри тихо и спокойно. Все очень аккуратно, красиво и чисто, очень уютно. Персонал дружелюбный, подскажут и помогут всегда. Нам повезло, номер был свободен и готов до времени заселения, и нас без проблем заселили раньше, спасибо за это. И интернет (Wi-Fi) в номере ловит отлично, если вдруг нужно поработать, никаких проблем.

Nos ayudaron mucho para poder conocer San Petersburgo y la ayuda que nos dieron cuando me accidente y me llegaron a una clínica, ademas de curarme en el hotel. Muy buena y cálida atención, muy importante para un turista de habla castellana con poco conocimiento de inglés.

• Samantha (10/5): Mycket värt. - Väldigt bra läge, bara en gata ifrån huvudgatan. Enkelt hotell, rent och fanns allt som hotell brukar erbjuda. Frukosten var inte i min smak men härligt att dem erbjuder. Det ända negativa jag kan säga är att det var väldigt tunna väggar. Man hörde grannen väldigt tydligt. Bra hotell för pengarna. Väldigt nöjd! Personalen var hjälpsamma och trevliga.
• Fer (10/5): - Una vez dentro es muy acogedor y el trato por parte del personal es miy bueno. El acceso no resulta fácil la primera vez si no se conoce el lugar o no te llevan. A nosotros nos dueron a buscar al aeropuerto, por lo que no tuvimos provlema. Quedamos muy contentos

• Roberto (10/5): You're near everything that the town can offer. - It's a good choice this hotel, you are very well located, all facilities works well, a good breakfast. You have public transport near, also you are few yards from the main road.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Great location, everything else very standard - The location can not be faulted - super close to main restaurant area and within walking Distance of major sights. The hotel itself is average at best. The walls are paper thin, so if someone is talking in the reception or room next door, you’re going to have trouble sleeping. Breakfast is very basic.
• HIROEI (6/5): 初アクセスにちょっと・・・ - スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで安心できる人だった。部屋もデザインが良く綺麗な部屋でベッドも寝心地がとても良かった。Wifiも無料でスピードも速く快適、お湯もすぐに温かいのが出て湯量も安定していた。　残念だったのは、壁が薄く下レストランのＴＶの音、隣室の人たちの声が筒抜けだった。（逆にこちらの鼾がうるさくて、迷惑をかけてしまったかも！ごめんね！）　　注意点は初めての人、ロシア国内でこのホテルに電話が掛けられない人はアクセスが難しい。ビル・マンションの内側の一角にホテルがあり、マンション入口には門があって、開門パスワードが必要。だから初めて行く人で電話できる人が良いが、ダメな人はメールを事前に打ってパスワードをゲットしておかないと入口でずっと待つ事になる。

• Luis Antonio (10/5): Confortável e pessoal atencioso - Funcionárias muito simpáticas e atenciosas. Quarto espaçoso e confortável. Café da manhã razoável. O hotel fica em um conjunto de edifícios residenciais, o espaço foi adaptado para hotel, é um pouco difícil localiza-lo quando se chega. Assusta um pouco porque o prédio é antigo e mal-conservado por fora, mas por dentro é limpo e confortável.

• Jarred (10/5): Don't hesitate to stay here- great! - The staff were amazing. The breakfast was so delicious, I don't know why anyone has complained about it. The have competitive prices and English speaking drivers for transfers. It is not difficult to find if you look for a door bell on the Main Street next to the big gate. The pathway to the hotel is not maintained well but it's a residential area, it's nothing to do with them. The lack of lifts was good for us as we enjoyed so much breakfast. Never had problems with hot water. My only annoyance was the walls were paper thin. We wore ear plugs. We loved our stay, would stay there again. The girls who worked there spoke great English and were lovely.
• Ernesto (8/5): Apacible y cómodo hotel en San Petersburgo - El hotel se encuentra dentro de un conjunto habitacional a orillas de Río Fontanka y muy cercano a la principal calle comercial de San Petersburgo. A pesar de su ubicación el hotel es uno de los más cómodos y silenciosos en donde me he hospedado. El hotel es considerado para muchos como un Bed & Breakfast, el desayuno tiene lo básico, no cambia durante la semana pero es suficiente para cargar energía y comenzar a explorar la ciudad. La habitación es amplia, aunque la ducha es reducida al igual que el closet, es muy cómoda y silenciosa y está muy iluminada. El hotel es excelente como base para explorar la ciudad, la principal avenida comercial está a poca distancia, en donde su puede usar el transporte público o los autobuses turísticos. Hay una estación del metro a 3 cuadras. También se encuentra cercano a la Catedral de Nuestra Señora de Kazán. A escasos metros del hotel hay un restaurante italiano muy bueno (Palermo) así como un minisúper abierto las 24 horas. El personal del hotel es muy atento y por lo menos durante mi estancia había personal de guardia disponible a cualquier hora, me ayudaron mucho al explicarme como usar el transporte público y conseguir el traslado al hotel. Me hospedé 7 noches, las cuales fueron suficientes para conocer la ciudad, sus palacios, algunos de sus museos (El Hermitage es muy grande) y la gran cantidad de comida que ofrecen sus restaurantes.
• Jyri (8/5): Nice hotel near main street - Hotel was nice, a bit hard to find when is already dark. It is located back area of the yard. Room was good and clean. Breakfast was also okay: bread, vegetables, cheese, sausages, eggs, cornflakes, yogurt, juice and at least tea - not sure about coffee. Next to the hotel is 24/7 shop.

• Yulia (10/5): Отзыв об отеле Аркада - Мне очень понравился отель Аркада.Уютный современный номер,есть все необходимое,включая кондиционер и холодильник.Особо хочется отметить радушие персонала - мне пришлось уехать раньше запланированного срока,и администрация отеля любезно оплатила мне трансфер в аэропорт.Обязательно вернемся уже всей семьей:)
• Riitta (8/5): Hyvä hinta laatu suhde - Olin kulttuurimatkalla. Hotelli on edullinen ja se sijaitsee hyvällä paikalla keskellä Pietaria. Sisäänkäynti on sisäpihalla javähän vaikea löytää. Hotelli on parempi kuin rappukäytävässä voi odottaa. Huone melko tilava, siisti, asiallisesti varusteltu. Aamiainen on riittävä. Henkilökunta on hyvin ystävällistä ja avuliasta. Ainoa miinus oli heikko äänieristys, viereisen huoneen äänet kuuluvat selvästi. Yöllä oli kuitenkin hiljaista.

Wer für ein ruhiges, sauberes Hotel wenig Geld ausgeben möchte und seine Koffer ein paar Treppen alleine hochtragen kann, ist hier richtig. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Stadtzentrum und Sehenswürdigkeiten erreicht man schnell zu Fuß, oder mit Bus und Metro.

Nette und hilfsbereite Mädels an der Rezeption. Nicht vom Treppenaufgang abschrecken lassen, die Zimmer/Hotelausstattung macht alles wieder wett..

This small hotel is only accessible via passing through a backyard and the first time it is not obvious which of the staircases is the one to the hotel, a larger sign and indications would be helpful.
• tom (8/5): Hidden surprise - The price and location seemed right for this new boutique hotel. They are hidden away in a residential court yard typical of StP. Signage limitations are recognized and they are trying to address it. The staff are friendly and have it seems limited English proficiency. They are located about 5 minutes walk from the metro.In retrospect I would have just parked myself next to ANY station. 31R/0.46 USD
• bunbun (8/5): 場所が分かりにくい - ホテル自体は普通の小ぎれいなビジネスホテルくらい。スタッフがほとんど若い女性なのが良かったです(私は女です)。ネフスキー大通りにも歩いて行ける場所です。 とにかく、ホテルの入口が分かりにくく(ロシアはどこもそうなのかもしれませんが)通りに面したところには小さい看板があるだけで、さらに中にはアパートメントになっており、その中の一つの建物の2階に入口があります。また、その入口が分かりにくい。エレベーターはありません。 宿泊者は外国人がほとんどのようでした。室内はとてもキレイです。 レストランはありません。簡単な朝食が取れるところがあり、紅茶とコーヒーは一日中いただけ、無料とのことでした。すぐそばに24時間営業のコンビニのようなお店があります。 滞在登録に200ルーブル別にかかります。

• Verified traveler (8/5): - The location was good but the hotel itself is located in an inner courtyard and very hard to find. The extra registration fee was a surprise. There was a mix-up on our request for 2 single beds but they made a change to make it work for us. The Reception desk is 2 storeys upstairs with no bell-boy service - very tough to get our suitcases upstairs. But the staff were super-helpful, the room was very clean and comfortable, the breakfast was terrific, and we had a great time there once we were checked in.
• Archie (2/5): Arkada Hotel-MAJOR DISAAPOINTMENT! - Arkada Hotel is not a good option for most folks unless you don't mind walking up 3 flights of stairs, and I mean a full 3 flights (no lift). The rooms are paper thin, can hear everything from neighbors.The choice for breakfast for Americans will be a major disappointment. The staff to their credit are excellent and try hard, just really a difficult place to stay when there are much better choices nearby! By the way, I stayed a total of five nights so this was more then a one night review.

The walls are paper thin, you could hear your neighbors extremely well, the breakfast choices are really small and not going to make Western folks very happy. The rooms are very small (looked at several) when not happy with ours. Stayed there for five nights, four through Expedia and one through Hotels.com so this is a full review.

• Elena (10/5): Замечательно!!! - Приехали с мужем на 10 дней. Остановились в этом отеле и нисколько не пожалели.Очень чисто, уютно.Персонал приветливый, специалисты в своем деле. Уборка ежедневная,качественная.Все обещанные удобства имелись в наличии, как то: фен, банные принадлежности, тапочки, халаты. Завтрак сытный, но несколько однообразный.Правда было тяжело поднимать тяжелый чемодан по лестничным пролетам, но это только в день приезда и отъезда ))) А самое главное - расположение отеля замечательное - в двух шагах от Невского проспекта.Мы пешком ходили и в музеи, и в театры...Очень рекомендую этот отель..."и дёшево, и сердито" !

• Verified traveler (10/5): Tommelen opp! - Var veldig fornøyd! Lite og koselig hotell som ligger i en historisk bygning. God beligenhet, sentralt, rett ved sentral gata i SPb. Ikke langt fra viktigste turistattraksjoner. Hotellet er nytt, reint på romene, badekåpe, tøfler er alltid koselig å ha:)) personal er veldig hyggelig, hjelpsom og imøtekommende. Var vanskelig å finne inngangen, som ble fortalt er det ikke lov å ha et skilt på historisk bygning, det ødelegger fasaden.. Uansett tommelen opp for hotellet! Hadde en fantastisk god tur! Anbefaler og kommer selv tilbake, ingen tvil!
• Verified traveler (8/5): Sehr gutes Hotel für Städetrip - Hotel ist gut gelegen so dass das Zentrum zu Fuß und damit auch die wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten gut erreichbar sind. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und die Zimmer sauber und gepflegt. Die Außenfassade des Hauses ist heruntergekommen, jedoch ist davon im Hotel selbst nichts mehr zu spüren, dort ist alles modern.

• Helbe (8/5): hea hinnaga hotell heas kohas - Raskusi oli hotelli leidmisega. Ilusad suunavad sildid on liiga väikesed ja vähe nähtavad. Läheduses 3 metroojaama ja Nevski prospekt. Toad puhtad, hommikusöök tagasihoidlik, mugavused head.
• Viacheslav (8/5): Отпуск в Питере - Отель выбирал по фотографиям в Инете и по району. С удовлетворением отметил, что интерьер номера полностью соответствует рекламной информации. Достоинства отеля: удобные современные номера, удачное расположение (рядом с Невским проспектом, пешком можно дойти до основных музеев и театров), очень приятный персонал, отличные континентальные завтраки. Недостатки: деревянная лестница, по которой очень трудно пройти тихо - каждую ночь в районе часа меня будили какие-то процессии, поднимавшиеся по этой лестнице с оглушительным топотом и иногда с громкими разговорами; дверь номера невозможно запереть изнутри; окно выходило прямо в стену 6-этажного дома, вследствие чего в номере было темновато. Впрочем , эти недостатки я считаю несущественными. Общая оценка отелю - пять с минусом по пятибалльной шкале.
• Alex (8/5): Small, pleasant hotel near Anichkov Bridge - Booked on Expedia. Accidentally only made the reservation for one person so had to pay an extra 600 rubles per night for the second person (usually 900 but they were nice and gave me a discount I didn't even ask for). My reservation didn't include breakfast, but the extra fee included breakfast for the second person, and we simply ate together. They have tea and cookies at all hours of the day if you want a snack. There is a 200 ruble registration fee for foreign guests. Overall the experience was nice. Good location. Room decently clean and well furnished. The place is a little hard to find (Look out for the little tiny signs on the outside walls). Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Definitely not a 5 star experience, but good value for the money. If you want to stay near Nevsky prospect for a low price, this is the place to stay.
• Marko (6/5): Hintansa arvoinen - Hotellikansion voisi päivittää, esim aamupala alkaa pari tuntia myöhemmin kuin kansiossa lukee. Ihan hyvä perusaamupala, mutta joskus aamupalalta loppuivat tarvikkeet kesken tai olivat unohtuneet laittaa esille. Henkilökunnalta sai kyllä palvelua, jos vain pyysi (välillä tosin englanninkielistä pyyntöä joutui tukemaan venäjän kielellä). Hotellin huone oli tosi viihtyisä ja siisti, vaikkakin sisääntulo hotelliin antaa vähän toisenlaisen kuvan. Hotellin sijainti on erittäin suuri plussa. Hyvä hinta/laatu suhde, suosittelen!

• Toomas (6/5): Good price /Quality ratio in city - Hotel is very close (200-300 m) to Nevskji prospect (main street). You can find sign from street but when you enter courtyard, there is no lighted sign of hotel entrance,only very small sign, so it was difficult to find it, especially in dark. This new/renovated hotel with clean rooms has made in the 2nd floor of old apartement house, so no nice lobby etc. Breafast has outsoursed and limited, you can order few modest choises. Personell is nice and rooms are OK and good pirce in city.
