• Kara (9/5): Good value for comfort and location - Great location, clean and very comfortable with just the right amenities for a short stay. Nice neighborhood and the staff were very polite and helpful. There were a few missed spots for cleaning but I’ve done this work before and know how it is; was otherwise clean and pest-free.
• Sandra (5/5): - Nije skup, krevet je udoban, ima kuhalo za vodu i frižider. Bus staje točno ispred hotela, meteo je 10 do 15 min hoda. U maloj tuš-kadi postoji samo stropni tuš (koji treba i očistiti). Dobije se samo 1 ručnik, srednja veličina. Tv je jako mali. Bilo je vani hladno, a u sobi se ne može upaliti grijanje. Iako je sve bilo čiato, zbog istrošenosti neke stvari ne izgledaju tako.
• Kamila (10/5): - Velmi se mi líbila ochota personálu, čistota pokoje a koupelna v pokoji, nikoli někde na chodbě. Velmi dobrá dostupnost do centra Londýna (10 minut pěšky jsou dvě zastávky mestra a hned u hotelu autobusová zastávka). Velmi dobrá komunikace s personálem před cestou (báli jsme se, že nestihneme check-in a s recepcí byla skvělá domluva). Měli jsme velmi klidný pokoj, nikdo nás nerušil, nedělal party atp. Uklizeno bylo každý den, jednou za dva dny nám vyměnili ručníky, po třech dnech i ložní prádlo. Hotel nemá výtah, ale vše je uvedeno v popisku, takže jsme s tím počítali. Snídaně jsou menší na první pohled, ale dostačující, vždy jsme si něco vybrali a ocenili neplýtvání jídlem jako v jiných hotelech. Když jsme chtěli něco, co došlo, vždy nám vyšli vstříc a donesli nám přídavek. Asi není nic, co by se nám vyložene nelíbilo. Vše bylo v pořádku.

• David (7/5): Ubicación excelente - Lo que más nos gustó fue la ubicación y lo limpio que estaba todo. No me gustó las almohadas que eran extra finas y la Televisión que era pequeña y antigua.
• .Nicks (8/5): Un buon compromesso - Nel complesso, la mia stanza singola era piccolina ma pulita e dotata di ciò che necessitavo. È un hotel low-cost e così va preso, però nel complesso non ci sono particolari cose da segnalare. Le ragazze alla reception cortesi e disponibili. Metro a 10-15 min di distanza a piedi. Molti posti dove mangiare lungo la strada e un bel pub nelle vicinanze. Colazione così così, opterei per i locali vicini.

• Cécilia (8/5): Excellent rapport qualité prix pour courte durée - Bon rapport qualité prix par rapport à ce qu'on trouve à Londres, surtout pour une seule personne. J'ai trouvé le personnel très sympathique et disponible. Room service tous les jours très apprécié. Petit déjeuner très convenable pour le prix. Equipement très limité et chambre très petite, même pour une personne (seulement une bouilloire est fournie) Au moins une petite lampe serait appréciée pas d'espace cuisine/petit micro-onde mis à disposition pas d'assenceur alors que chambre au 4ème étage

• Tim (8/5): Sehr gut für einen London-Trip! - Nettes, kleines Hotel in Shepherd's Bush, 10 Minuten zu Fuß zur Hammersmith Station und damit sehr gut angebunden an die City und Heathrow. Saubere, kleine und gemütliche Zimmer, wie man es von solchen Hotels in London kennt. Perfekt geeignet für ein paar Tage Städetrip. Die Matratze war sehr weich und es war etwas hellhörig.
• Valentina (9/5): BELLISSIMO SOGGIORNO - L'hotel si trova a 10 minuti a piedi dalla fermata della metro e vicinissimo alla fermata dell'autobus. Abbiamo avuto una camera tripla che ha soddisfatto le nostre esigenze: pulita, con bagno nuovo anche se piccolino confortevole ma dotato di tutti i confort. staff gentile e disponibile, colazione super fornita per i nostri gusti sia con dolce che salato, cameriere gentili, veloci e disponibili. L'hotel da su una via un trafficata ma la sera è tranquilla e abbiamo riposato benissimo. Eccellente soggiorno per i 3 gg che siamo rimasti. unica pecca ma sorvolabile: le prese per ricaricare i telefoni lontani dai comodini e il fatto che non ci sia l'ascensore ma essendo una casa d'epoca perdonabile. un po' di confusione dovuto alla ristrutturazione ma per nulla impattante o che potesse creare disturbo almeno per noi.

Non si è degnato di rispondere nessuno,specie Booking, e per di più non ci hanno neanche rimborsati per la notte non goduta.il nostro legale provvederà a scrivere alle sedi opportune.VERGOGNA Nulla

• BB (9/5): - Surprisingly clean and comfortable place for a two star London hotel. The breakfast was quite decent. My room was street facing, thus quite noisy. If you are noise sensitive, try to negotiate a backyard facing room.

I don't know how people can take shower without making the bathroom flore wet. Hallway - Very musty smell Room - a bit dusty. We have a bit of dusty allergy. We get a bit or reactions to the dust in the room as soon as we got in. TV - remote is not working. battery connection is rusted so replacing battery doesn't fix. TV sound often turns off when you change the channels many times.

• Justine (10/5): Un réel plaisir - J'avais réservé dans cet hôtel, proche d'un événement que j'avais. Fondamentalement, je n'ai pas passé beaucoup de temps dans la chambre, mais j'y ai bien dormi. L'hôtel "fait le taff" quand on dit. Simple et efficace. Cosy et très bien placé.

• Trevor (4/5): It’s a weird layout, weird smell and only an hour for breakfast - The property is under construction - an active renovation - to convert it from housing into a hotel. The layout doesn’t match this use and it feels forced. The breakfast has a one hour window, and for some reason had pizza has one of the main items. The room had a weird smell.

Cattivo odore perenne a causa degli scarichi del lavandino intasato. Lavabo piccolo e scomodo. Termosifone che perde acqua. Nessun piano di appoggio. Veramente poco confortevole. I materassi troppo morbidi. Ci si sprofondava dentro. La dotazione di asciugamani troppo esigua ( un asciugamano a testa) di grandezza media.

• Luca (6/5): Discreto, per un breve soggiorno da solo - Posizione strategica, vicino ad una grande fermata della metro, un quartiere carino e trafficato il giusto. Wi-fi ben funzionante a disposizione. La ragazza che mi ha accolto per il check in, gentilissima e sorridente. Esternamente l’edificio è molto bello, tipico stile britannico. Pulizia non eccellente, ho trovato capelli lunghi per terra nella stanza e nel bagno. Lo staff, probabilmente a gestione familiare, poco curante dell’aspetto (abbigliamento e parole) il minimo indispensabile. Uno sbaglio che forse era evitabile è essere entrati nella stanza per le pulizie mentre ero nella stanza. Il lavandino del bagno scaricava a fatica. Ho attraversato un condominio in largo in mezzo a lavori in corso per recarmi alla zona della colazione.

• Arda (9/5): Perfect - This was our second stay at this hotel. It was great experience. They told us about their new building and we stayed at that and it was wonderful. Location is good , there are two underground entrance on the street and there is a bus stop in front of the hotel. Restroom was a little bit narrow

• Lahna (8/5): Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel , je recommande - Le personnel de l’hôtel est très serviable, j’avais oublié mes air pods ils ont eu l’amabilité de me les renvoyer en France, la chambre est propre et bien chauffée L’hôtel est bien situé mais étant donné sa proximité avec la rue on entend bien les bruits extérieurs mais ça reste raisonnable. Une raclette à disposition dans la salle de bain serait nécessaire car la douche n’étant pas fermée, l’eau va un peu partout .

• Sara (6/5): Estadia OK - Tinha vários transportes disponíveis a poucos minutos a pé (metro e autocarro) ficava a mais ou menos a 30 minutos a pé de Notting Hill, mas a caminhada foi extremamente agradável. O hotel era ok, se for só para dormir, dá perfeitamente. Os funcionários eram simpáticos e mesmo em frente tem o Gail’s onde podem tomar o pequeno almoço ou comprar algo para comer durante o dia (recomendo). O pequeno almoço não tinha ovos mexidos e no geral achei que a qualidade do mesmo não era compatível com o preço. Reservamos um quarto triplo, com três camas de solteiro e achamos o quarto super básico, as camas não eram muito confortáveis.
