Mais dans l'ensemble plutôt satisfaits.

You can sunbathe in the private pool, sun loungers under the open sky. The water in the pool is always at a comfortable temperature. We ordered the Nasi goreng and mi goreng for breakfast and both were dry, had a questionable taste, tasted like they had been cooked on a dirty pan with black flakes all through it. There were bugs all through our room. The outdoor bathroom area was dark and dingy and boring. The bedroom mosquito veil was dirty and had stains all over it.

• Ian (7/5): - Loved the private pool in each villa. Very private and the staff are fabulous. Only four choices for breakfast and we stayed 15 nights so breakfast became very boring. Location was not close to restaurants and they did not have a restaurant on site. Breakfast was served to your room. Air conditioner broke down twice so the moved us to another room. It was attended to quickly each time, even once at 10pm.

Very low standards of cleanliness, maintenance and customer service. - The staff at reception were usually friendly and helpful The property was dirty and in a state of disrepair. It required substantial maintenance. The pictures shown were clearly taken when the property was new. I'm not sure how this is classified as a 4-star property, it is 2 stars at best! The glass door to our villa was cracked and this was not mentioned to us when we checked in, nor the fact that because of the crack the door didn't lock, and the villa could be accessed from outside. This caused significant concerns for us, and we checked out early as we felt unsafe. We were advised that someone from management would follow up the next day, but nobody did.

• Leire (7/5): - Nos alojamos en estas villas durante tres noches y, en general, tuvimos una estancia agradable. El primer día estuvimos en una villa enorme y cómoda, y los otros dos en una más pequeña, también muy acogedora. En ambas nos sentimos a gusto, aunque se nota que las instalaciones necesitan algo de mantenimiento y renovación, ya que presentan ciertos detalles de desgaste. En la segunda villa encontramos un insecto, pero al avisar en recepción actuaron de inmediato, ofreciéndonos cambiar de habitación (algo que no consideramos necesario) y realizando una limpieza extra muy completa, lo cual agradecimos mucho. El desayuno estaba incluido, aunque no fue de nuestro agrado, por lo que solo lo tomamos una vez. Aun así, el personal fue siempre muy atento y servicial, y queremos destacar especialmente al gerente, que al cancelarse nuestro transporte reservado se encargó personalmente de conseguirnos un taxi en pocos minutos. En resumen, aunque las villas podrían beneficiarse de algunas mejoras, el trato del personal y la atención al cliente fueron excelentes, haciendo que nuestra experiencia fuera positiva en conjunto.

• Karolina (5/5): Słabo - My poruszaliśmy się skuterami, więc lokalizacja nie stanowiła problemu, około 500m dalej sklepiki itd. Obiekt na zdjęciach wygląda ładnie i nowocześnie. W rzeczywistości byłam bardzo rozczarowana, w villi według mnie wszystko wymagało remontu. Był to nasz najdroższy nocleg na Bali, a mieliśmy ich łącznie 5 i ten był najgorszy. W łazience z wanny wychodziły jakieś glizdy, nie było zasłonki w wannie, woda nie miała na początku ani w kranie ani w wannie ciśnienia, a po chwili zalewała łazienkę z podwójną siłą ciśnienia. Jedynym plusem, basen na wyłączność, lecz też średnio czysty. Słońca bardzo mało przy basenie (1-2h max za dnia). Personel miły i uprzejmy. - Na starcie gdy przyjechaliśmy zastaliśmy plagę mrówek na łóżku - personel został poinformowany, wypsikali sprayem wszystko i zmienili pościel, podczas naszego 3-dniowego pobytu nie było później z tym problemu, ale to nie powinno w ogóle się wydarzyć… - brudne naczynia, niedomyte, zardzewiałe korkociągi - basen niefiltrowany , mętny - śniadania bardzo słabe - bardzo brudna podłoga w sypialni i łazience, generalnie nie czułam aby było czysto

• Aroa (8/5): Villa con piscina en Uluwatu, calidad-precio bien, calidades a mejorar - Preciosa Villa con piscina en Uluwatu, el personal del hotel espléndido, en concreto Arda quien nos ayudó a encontrar transporte para el aeropuerto y nos guardó las maletas en el hotel, una vez hecho el check out, para poder visitar el resto de Uluwatu con tranquilidad. El alojamiento tiene algunos desperfectos, la pila del baño no funcionaba, caía directamente el agua del grifo al suelo, sin pasar por el desagüe, lo comentamos y nos lo arreglaron. La limpieza no es que la lleven a rajatabla, la bañera y los cristales estaban algo sucios, y enseguida que dejas algo de comida fuera se llena todo de insectos y hormigas. Además la una de las puertas no cerraba. Una pena, porque si las calidades fueran buenas sería un alojamiento ideal. Con respecto a la ubicación se puede coger Grab para poder desplazarse.

Ich meine hier das Geschirr, Besteck, Bereiche die nicht offensichtlich sichtbar sind, wie hinter der Bank im Außenbereich, Badewanne, verrosteter Flaschenöffner usw... Auch konnte man nicht alle Türe im Schlafzimmer verschließen

One morning the pancakes were raw and there was a hair in the omelet. On our last day, despite an agreement with the staff to serve breakfast at 8:00 AM (as we had an airport transfer at 8:30 AM), no breakfast was delivered at all. This is very unprofessional and unfair, considering breakfast was included and paid for.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Laundry service is great and cheap! No restaurant but Nagara hotel and renaissance resort are close by and lovely for meals. Almost all linen was stained, bit of leaking in wardrobe area so don’t leave your bags out there. Lots didn’t work, plug outlets, patchy wifi/tv, door handle fell off, air con barely cool enough so warm restless nights, locks to bedroom didn’t work. Pool was lovely and clean but the whole place could use a big freshen up.

• B&J (7/5): Not a staycation villa - How accommodating the staff were with our request. The villa is a bit run-down. Pool does not have continuous water filter, ac is not too cold, mosquito net was dusty (got it taken down on arrival, room is dark, the shower was splashing all over the floor (poor design), the location was not easily accessible by foot to other stores. No on site spa, seems like no restaurant too. Not a place for staycation.

• Zoila-Justine (9/5): Great villa & staff ☺️ - Beautiful villa. Perfect to have our own pool to come home to. The staff were exceptional - great communication and quick actions to any feedback, Gita looked after us so well. The location was a quick ride to either town which was great to explore. Would stay again. It wasn't an issue more so an unexpected experience that I didn't realise the bathroom was outside - completely covered and great lighting etc. It was very relaxing showering outside
• Bianca (10/5): - It was really nice, quiet, and peaceful, yet still accessible to everything in a good location. The free gym pass was really good gym. The food was nice for room service. The villa room, and outdoor area was a really good size, especially for a solo traveller, a lot of space, and private. I just chilled by my pool in the sun, so nice. Most of all the staff were so lovely and accommodating, in particular Laksa and Gita, really beautiful people with very nice energy. They invited me for free yoga on the rooftop, which was magic, and gave me ginger and tumeric drink and bali bean porridge with coconut milk after which I thought was so nice, what they usually have for breakfast something different I had never had before, it was really yummy and healthy. They made me feel so welcomed and happy. I really liked staying at the Avery, and I would definitely go back. Thank you guys, absolutely gorgeous people. It was such a pleasure. The experience really filled my cup 💛

• Anna (9/5): Great affordable villas - We had a Deluxe villa with a pool. We loved the room and the pool. There were pool towels, which we always appreciate, the bed was comfortable with lots of pillows, clean sheets and a nice bathroom. The kitchen is basic but it was great to have a fridge and freezer. Breakfast was underwhelming - we've stayed in places much cheaper and had better breakfasts. It was cold when it arrived and was sweating in gladwrap. The juices were more like pureed fruit. One thing I would say about the villa is it doesn't get much sun. The sunbathing loungers are undercover so they don't hit the sun aside from a bit in the morning. We would also appreciate drying racks for towels/swimwear. The mosquito nets hanging over the bed were also a bit mouldy and could use a refresh. However the wonderful service and comfortableness of the place still made for a great stay :)
• Laura (9/5): 100% recomendable. Personal muy agradable - Pasamos dos noches maravillosas. La villa es excelente, amplia, cómoda y muy acogedora. Agua caliente. Cama muy cómoda. El personal, en especial Laksa y Gita, fueron muy acogedores y estuvieron atentos en todo momento, grandes profesionales. La ubicación es maravillosa, llega Gojek y Grab. Todo fue perfecto.
• Margo (8/5): - De vriendelijkheid van het personeel was super. Vooral Gita, deed er alles aan om ons verblijf prettig te maken. Een heerlijk ruim bed zorgde voor een goede nachtrust. Al de andere faciliteiten in de villa waren prima. Het ontbijt was voldoende maar alles wat geserveerd werd was netjes en hygienisch afgedekt echter ook niwt echt warm. De toast werd zacht doordat het bord met plastic was afgedekt en ook de koffie was erg lauw. Zou misschien beter zijn als ze in elke villa een toaster zetten om zelf je brood te roosteren. De koffie zou in een thermoscan kunnen worden geserveerd. Nu zat alles op een bord en werd dan naar de villa gebracht. Logisch dat alles dan afkoeld.
• dounia (1/5): une mauvaise expérience - À notre arrivée, nous avons été choqués par l’état de saleté de la salle de bain : serviettes tachées et avec des cheveux, ainsi qu’un manque d’hygiène général. Nous n’avons eu droit qu’à 4 serviettes pour 4 personnes sur 3 nuits, ce qui est insuffisant. De plus, nous avons trouvé des araignées sur les lits. La situation était telle que j’ai dû dormir plusieurs nuits avec la lumière allumée, car j’avais peur. une mauvaise expérience sur une note de 10 je mettrai 0 sur 100.
• Antonio (9/5): Gran soggiorno ad Uluwatu - Villa con piscina privata, pulita e ben arredata piacevole per soggiornare in coppia o con amici…Personale di un cuore enorme, pronti ad esaudire ogni tua richiesta in un attimo, mi hanno anche fatto trovare una sorpresa in camera per il mio compleanno senza fhe nessuno comunicasse nulla Soggiorno a 5 stelle E’ nel verde piu’ totale, possono trovarsi insetti ma nulla di eclatante
