- Neftali (8/5): - Lo único negativo q tengo para agregar , es que pagué una habitación más cara para tener “vista al río y al jardín” y solo tuve vista a la copa de un árbol, ni jardín ni río.. cuando le expliqué a la persona de recepción me dijo que esa era la vista que me había “tocado “ siendo q podían cambiarme a otra habitación con la vista por la que yo pagué… el resto todo muy bien!

- Roberto Augusto (3/5): Distante e Barulhento - Quarto espaçoso e boa cama. Todas as noites havia eventos barulhentos para centenas de pessoas. Mesas espalhadas por todas as áreas comuns do hotel, forçavam os hóspedes a usar somente os seus quartos.

Great breakfast and pool. And whirlpool pool 100 points! Although sadly, it was super cold (the weather) when we were there, but still we had a great time in the hotel. All was great! Maybe something not much convenient is the distance a bit far more center city and not much public transpo or taxis.

- JHONNY (4/5): - El hotel realmente es muy bonito, pero cuando llegue a las 11 de la mañana, pidiendo si podría entrar antes a mi habitación Porque tenía que dar una conferencia, todo el hotel estaba reservado para el congreso en el que estábamos participando, me dijeron que el checking es a las tres de la tarde con un rotundo no, creo que hay formas de decir para que el cliente puede entender no sé, pero fue la forma en que me lo dijeron que me molestó Además qué me tocaron la puerta al día siguiente a las 7:30 de la mañana queriendo hacer la limpieza del cuarto, es decir me despertaron muy temprano queriendo limpiar la habitación y eso no está bien, porque tampoco tienen etiquetas para poner no molestar en la puerta del cuarto
