- Valdis (10/5): We would definitely recommend TAOYA Akiu, and if we came back we would stay two nights to make the most of the facilitie - Our room was huge and very comfortable. The all inclusive package made the stay excellent value. The choices for food and drinks were so varied and delicious. The free to use massage chairs were the ones where you lie down and all parts of your body are massaged. There was a good selection of baths to use and also a sauna. They were in a very pretty setting with an outlook onto a waterfall. The room was very hot. Managed to open the door a small way to get some relief.

Most staff only speak basic English, which is to be expected but will try and help you the best they can. Also I couldn’t find a thermostat in our room which got a bit warm.

Futon beds, mat flooring, screen doors, etc in a massive room all added to the experience. Given kimonos and slippers which could be worn throughout the hotel. Great onsen baths experience. Buffet dinner & breakfast with lots of choice.

- Gala (8/5): A very nice place to enjoy - The staff is very patient to explain upon our check in even though there is a language barrier. A lot of activities to spent our time. The swtich of onsen on different day is a good practice for us to experience a different onsen. The quantity of the food is very good but the quality is average. Hope the staff can go for basic english lesson to cater to international travellers.

- Magnus (5/5): Bra onsen men hotellupplevelsen var som en finlandsfärja - Det var en fin onsen med många olika bassänger och möjligheter till avkoppling. Lugnt just i dessa delar. Presentationen var helt missvisande. Detta var ett jättehotell med känslan av en finlandsfärja från 60-talet. Samtidigt visas det upp trästrukturer i gammal stil som leder tanken till en mer genuin miljö. Även måltiderna som ingick var stor buffé men väldigt bullrigt. Konstigt också med plast- och pappmuggar då man försöker ge ett lyxigare intryck.

- maggie (10/5): 盥洗用具、洗髮精、潤髮乳沐浴乳都有，溫泉更衣區還有雪肌精美肌潤等各式各樣的產品提供泡湯完後的保養，超貼心的服務，真的什麼都不用帶就可以安心去泡湯 - 整體的環境非常舒服，員工服務友善親切，用餐環境與餐點也很棒 是物超所值超乎預期的溫泉旅館，日本當地民眾非常多，有個太空艙按摩椅免費設施出乎意料的舒服 更幸運的是遇到一位服務人員「星鈴子」小姐，也是台灣人 本來我們要預約飯店接駁車已經都滿了，特別提醒我們明早來問問是否有釋出位置可以後補 並告訴我們要如何去搭乘巴士到仙台市區，當天是非假日但住房率很高 雖然因為太熱門接駁巴士額滿，但因為「星鈴子」小姐的親切溫暖，讓我們覺得這趟溫泉之旅有完美的句點 下次再來仙台也還會選這一家溫泉飯店。 如果能彈性增加接駁車的班次，或是與山交巴士合作可以預購回程票，會大大加分

- Silke (10/5): Luxus, absolut empfehlenswert! - Alles wirkt wie ein Luxushotel. Das Personal äußerst freundlich und stets bemüht alle Wünsche erfüllen zu können. Auch für mich die nur sehr wenig Japanisch kann, hat man trotzdem super mit dem Personal kommunizieren können. Besonders toll fand ich die Yukata Anprobe und dass man mit diesen in ganzen Hotel rumlaufen kann. Das private onsen ist ein on top Service den man für 3000yen dazu buchen kann und ein gutes Erlebnis ist. Die Massage Sessel sind kostenlos zu benutzen und neben den Hauptgerichten gibt es an unterschiedlichen Stellen immer wieder kleine Snacks und Getränke die kostenlos angeboten werden. Das vierer zimmer ist überaus großzügig gestaltet, der tatami Raum ist sehr schön! Es fährt quasi direkt vor der Tür ein Bus direkt nach Sendai (ca 40 Minuten) und am an und Abreise Tag kann man ebenso den Shuttle Bus in Anspruch nehmen. Ich komme nächstes Mal gerne wieder her!

- Alesya (7/5): Не думаю, что туда хочется возвращаться вновь и вновь. Не то место, был интересный опыт. - Все кроме ужина. Ничего выдающегося. Если хотите вкусно поесть придется дополнительно оплачивать ужин. И не факт, что вам понравится и будет вкусно Массажные кресла и сауна.
- Ahmed (7/5): - The buffet. A wide spread of food and everything was delicious. Usually buffets are not the case but this one is different. Both dinner and breakfast were excellent. The lounge has a free flow of non alcoholic and alcoholic drinks. Onsens are wide and clean. We spent 20k yen per person which is worth the food and onsen. Anything more and I would recommend another Ryokan. The rooms are clearly old. I was shocked that certain features were still existing in the toilet. The balcony is not maintained and dirty. We even saw a dead bat on the balcony. This is the first time where customers are expected to move the luggage by themselves. When a car pulls up to a Ryokan, you will definitely see a staff come up to guide you to parking and take the luggage, well not here. We were told to take a cart to move the luggage. We saw other customers do this as well. I would not recommend the private onsen. It's basically a normal room with an onsen. The public one is definitely better.

- YOKOI (5/5): まぁまぁです。お世話になりました。 - 一階フロントフロアが新しく落ち着く雰囲気でとても良かった。温泉も混んでいなく良かったです。 部屋の印象は旧ホテルそのまま受け継がれていて一階フロアの新しさやセンスとの差を大きく感じた。部屋のシミなども気になった。食事はビュッフェだったが広すぎて、不慣れな年寄りは時間が掛かった。夜はお勧めのお膳があると良かったが確認不足だった。

- Midori Inagaki (10/5): All inclusive すごい - The all-inclusive system was excellent. My foreign friend was thrilled by the all-you-can-drink sake. I was also surprised that, despite the place being nearly full throughout our stay, he was the only foreigner there. Is it because it's the Tohoku region? There really were very few foreign tourists. Free bus from Sendai station was great too.

- 松山 (10/5): 食べすぎ、飲み過ぎも許される時間 - 3世帯で宿泊しました。 ラウンジのウェルカムドリンクの他に、アイスやおつまみもあり、部屋に入る前から楽しい時間を過ごせました。浴衣も柄が数種類あり、子供用も可愛いく選ぶ時間もワクワクです。 そして、夕食のバイキングは牛タンをはじめ、全部美味しかったです！ 朝食も、ついつい食べすぎてしまうほど種類が豊富でした。 温泉の脱衣所が狭く、混雑時には譲り合って使用しました。
