The staff is fantastic, rooms are clean and they offer a wide selection with the breakfast included in the stay. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking to stay in London.

Good connections to London and the highway. Lighting in the room was a little dark, unable to sort it out. Air conditioning was too loud. No yoghurt at breakfast which was disappointing. Shame the cutlery was all plastic, not very environmentally friendly

I stayed the night before my flight and the staff and the facilities were above awesome. They were very friendly and helpful. The shuttle service was top notch and very reliable. I got to the airport when I needed to (very early) and my pickup on return was also very reliable and easy to access. Over all a very pleasant stay.

Lo único malo para mi fue el ruido de la calefacción, muy fuerte ya que tengo el sueño muy ligero. Si me quedaría en una segunda ocasión por la relación precio-lugar. Necesitan una calefacción más nueva, ya que hacía mucho ruido la que tienen, traté de poner un sonido en mi celular para que disimulara el ruido y aún así, dormí muy poco.

I dislike eating on paper plates with plastic cutlery in the dining room and having plastic cups and paper coffee cups in the room. Everything gets tossed in the garbage afterwards. That's a lot of waste every day.

My daughter had a competition, and this was the closest hotel to the venue. the woman who was restocking towels and brought extra towels to our room was extremely kind and friendly. I wish I had gotten her name, she had blonde hair. the hotel felt old and outdated. The carpets were stained, and the pool area had black mold. I could tell the rooms were cleaned well, but the issues went beyond cleaning new carpets and updates to the pool area are needed. There was also an old smell throughout the property.

The pool was crowded, and dining our stay there was a hockey team of young children, and from the moment we walked in, children were running around the lobby, hallways, and main areas. This went on all day/night. Nothing was done or said to them.

Parking was challenging as it was very disorganized but it could have been due to the snow. I think quite a few were park and fly so maybe they should have designated areas for that and leave the front area for current customers.

• Hazel (6/5): It was adequate. - I always carry sanitizing wipes with me and used them first thing as the flat surfaces in the room still had glass rings and food smears all over. My husband had to reattach the blackout blinds in places.

When he arrived, my booking was not permitted and thus he ended up having to use his credit card. This caused anxiety and distracted from his studying. It defeated the whole purpose of us reserving and paying for the room for him. Very frustrating!

• sherryhW1034MC (2/5): Poor customer service - Unfortunately, due to a car accident and bad weather.I was unable to make the reservation.I booked it like within an hour of it and I could make it because of the weather and I was involved in a car accident.I tried to call the hotel no answer.I detect him and canceled, but they charged me full price for the room which I feel like is unfair because it was out of my control.What happened?And they weren't very sympathetic towards it.And I will not be using breastforgen again because most companies would understand and cause they value customer service
