• Sandra (9/5): Molto piacevole, torneremo! - Resort molto bello situato in una posizione meravigliosa su di una collina che domina la baia di naama bay con scorci e tramonti notevoli. Camera spaziosa, letti e cuscini comodi. Piscina riscaldata pulitissima e grande, ristorazione buona. Molto piacevole la passeggiata che arriva a Naama bay e la musica soft che ti accompagna per l’intera giornata. Il personale è tutto davvero disponibile e gentile. Spiagge e mare molto belli. Zero animazione (nonostante una struttura meravigliosa adibita), nessuno parla italiano ma si sforzano di capire. Troppi promoter di escursioni, massaggi! Lavori di ristrutturazione in corso ma non fastidiosi

Özellikle Nino's İtalyan A la Carte restoranı çok iyiydi. Otel oldukça temiz, çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü ve yardımcı idiler. Check out sonrası gece uçağımıza kadar otelin tüm imkanlarından faydalanmamıza izin vermeleri de son derece nazik bir davranıştı. El Madina ana restoranı oldukça kalabalık ve pişen yemeğin kokusu içeriye sinmişti. Kahvaltı ve akşam yemeği için La Gazella Restoranı tavsiye ederim. Hem sakin hem de ızgara türü şeyler dışarıda pişiriliyor.

Весь персонал готелю від охоронця й до пляжного робітника завжди усміхнені й готові прийти на допомогу. Особливо хочеться виділити робітників рецепшн- це цілодобові бджілки, активні й завжди усміхнені, здається що в них нескінчений потік енергії🥰🥰🥰. Також робітники головного ресторану - ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥завжди пам'ятають напої які ти вживаєш, місце де ти полюбляєш сидіти. Відносно анімації - кожен знайде для себе: активна спортивна анімація на березі й біля основного бару , релакс - бар біля рецепшн й на терасі з видом на захід сонця🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰Взагалі описувати можна багато, коротко: РАЙСЬКЕ МІСЦЕ З НЕЙМОВІРНИМИ ВИДАМИ, ВИСОКИМ СЕРВІСОМ Й НЕЗАБУТНІМИ ВРАЖЕННЯМИ. Всім раджу - не пожалкуєте!!!

Пляж поруч, чистий, зручний захід у воду, корали й рибки — як у акваріумі 🐠 Номер був охайний, прибирали щодня, персонал привітний і завжди готовий допомогти. Особливо сподобалася атмосфера — спокійно, затишно, ідеально для сімейного відпочинку. Їжа смачна, різноманітна — завжди є що вибрати, навіть для дітей. Анімація ненав’язлива, але весела — і вдень, і ввечері. Окреме «дякую» команді, особливо дякуємо Ахмеду на рецепції, ресторану та всім, хто створює цей теплий сервіс! Ми обов’язково повернемося 💛

Staff gentilissimo, sempre disponibile e sorridente. Vogliamo ringraziare in particolare GAIA , assistente per i turisti, che con Alice, ci ha aiutato a risolvere non solo questioni interne al villaggio, ma anche dato consigli su escursioni ( Rad Mohamed, Monastero santa Caterina, canyon colorato...) Il mare , come ci aspettavamo , molto azzurro, in una posizione vicina alla barriera corallina, adatta al norkeling. Spiaggia non enorme, con poche file di ombrelloni, quindi riservata e tranquilla. Da consigliare assolutamente
• Stefania (9/5): - La struttura è molto bella e lo staff gentilissimo e non invadente. Il mare bellissimo. Chi ha problemi per camminare deve sapere che ci sono tanti scalini per scendere e salire. Alternativa c'è la discesa ma comunque lunga. Però ne vale la pena perché il mate è fantastico e si vede la barriera corallina. Inoltre cibo buono. Lo chef ha avuto cura del mio compagno perché è celiaco e gli hanno fatto pasta senza glutine e pan cane. È andato tutto bene. L'unica cosa è che non era chiaro su booking che il jez fanara resident è nella stessa struttura del jez fanara resort e quindi non sapevo che le camere del resident era molto distanti dalla spiaggia. Adesso che lo so prenoto al resort

The receptionist like Ahmed and Gaia are very professional as well the room keeper Ziad was very nice and professional. We liked the pool bar and the Nino's Italian restaurant

• christine (8/5): Lovely hotel but if your disabled, pregnant, recovering from medical condition or old don't book. - Staff, all very friendly, smilly and helpful. If you asked help for anything it was immediate. I asked for a room near to main facilities and they provided that as my walking is limited. The layout of the resort. It's very long and probably a mile from one entrance to the other. I wasn't able to check out both restaurants as they are so far apart. I seriously believe a buggy service should be available. If it had been, my experience there would have been near perfect. I wasn't able to go to beach as it's too far for me to walk and there is no buggy service available.the first entrance on the main road is more accessible for room numbers in the 5000 but your not allowed to enter here. They insist you walk a mile down the road to the main entrance then walk another mile back to your room. Apparently you can exit this entrance but not enter. This issue seriously needs reconsidering. I enjoyed most things within the hotel but this issue means I couldn't possibly consider another stay.

• Carolina (10/5): Increíble experiencia en Sharm, súper recomendable - El hotel es increíble, sin duda lo mejor que tiene es el personal, ni una sola mala cara de ninguno de los trabajadores en ningún momento, siempre con sonrisas y preocupándose por nosotros. Por desgracia necesitamos utilizar la clínica por temas sanitarios, y el médico se portó increíble con nosotros, nos dio su número e incluso nos escribía para preguntarnos cómo estábamos, lo que más tenemos que agradecer sin duda del hotel, es una persona maravillosa. Todo está impecable, súper bien cuidado, se preocupan por cualquier cosa que necesites. El buffet es muy variado y cambia cada día, la comida muy rica. La playa es una auténtica pasada, el coral que tiene para hacer snorkel es increíble. Mención especial para Mahmoud Moharam que nos limpiaba todos los días la habitación y nos dejaba detallitos encima de la cama. Las habitaciones son enormes, súper cómodas, el entorno es muy tranquilo y siempre las tienen súper limpias. En cuanto a los camareros y personal del hotel, mención especial a Mohamed refaat, Mohamed emad y Ahmed el basha, todos los dias pendientes de nosotros y de que no nos faltara nada, son un encanto. Sin duda es un hotel que recomendaría y al que volvería sin pensarlo dos veces. Muchas gracias a todo el personal, sois maravillosos. Nada, la estancia fue perfecta

• Kristin (10/5): BELLISSIMA - È stato una vacanza molto bella, staff sempre disponibile, Eslam Ashour che faceva la camera bravissimo, i cuochi sempre disponibili e si impegnavano a fare il meglio, il cibo era buono, piscine bellissime e spiaggia con sabbia e barriera corallina bella e molto vicina. Mancava un pó di animazione la sera, sennò niente da dire.

Fine Food, drink and ambience in the resort, but quiet at the Residence. The helpful and attentive staff made all the difference. Special mention for our housekeeper Walid who kept our apartment welcoming.

Beautiful 😍 during the day,but Stunning at night with the little walk ways and lighting.I went Solo.I met great people ❤️ you know who you are! The food was brilliant and varied so always something to choose from. Loved the Expresso Martinis at the Sangria Bar 🍸 👌 big shout out to Ahmed and Abdallah,you made me feel very welcome 🙏 and you guys are amazing 👏. The Breakfast at the GAZELLE was my goto in the morning everything from Omelette to cous cous and more,there was one guy who I spoke to everyday who was Awesome 👌 he will know who I ment=Americana and pomegranate juice,🙏 thank him. Dinner at the GAZELLE was also excellent 👌 so many choices. I loved the Pool as well,spent many many hours chatting and relaxing with newly discovered friends 🧡. Spiced gins cocktails were great. The Lifeguard was Mahmoud he was really chatty and friendly and understood my English very well,a credit to your Team 👍👍. The bar restaurant by the sea has great fresh pizza 🍕 😋 and burgers. The ice-cream was great after a swim in the sea 🌊. The Beach at 8am is very quiet and swimming 🏊‍♂️ was amazing, so clear,so many different coral 🪸 and fish 🐟 but at night the view from the bar terrace was stunning 😍 The hotel Gardens,Plants, grass and flowers are Beautiful,the upkeep was spot on. Big shout out to Moaz who kept my room clean and tidy and always stocked with water.💯👍 Am sure I missed people and things out,Sorry. I cannot wait to rebook for next year and am counting down the hours. Thankyou all at the JAZ FANARA 💓 see you next year 2026 😁😁😉😁

O goruntuler hala gozumun onunden gitmiyor. Dalis yapmaniza bile gerek yok, cunku dalgiclar hep etrafimdaydi, dalis noktalarindan biri burasiydi. Onun disinda yemeklere kotu diyemem, ama bizim damak tadimiza hitap etmiyordu, bu nedenle hergun lezzetli baliklar yedim. Kahvalti Turk kahvaltilarina gore vasat, yemeklerde tabii ki.
• Rhodie (1/5): Very poor hotel - Not much I didn't like the food I didn't like the damaged bathroom the sink was broken I didn't like the drink that I was served it had soil in my drink After saying that I had food poisoning from the food to the staff they repetitively denied how the food would cause food poisoning and said that I'm am mistaken and I have a delicate stomach And they gave me a complimentry bowl of fruit but they where unwashed and had soil on them I've been in the catering industry for 23 years and all three managers treated me like I don't know my own profession which made me feel disrespected and one of the managers called me a "pure bitch" and tried to hide that fact he said it and I have many videos so if you want proof contact me please

• Inspire04144714561 (10/5): Wonderful, small & friendly hotel - A small but lovely hotel. The hotel and grounds are kept extremely clean. It’s very pretty with well attended gardens. The views are beautiful over the sea. The food is buffet style with plenty of choice. There is one a la carte which is also good. The service everywhere is exceptional. The waiters work really hard but always available to help. Restaraunt is immaculate. A small tip here & there is greatly appreciated. The large pool is heated in Winter months and is lovely. Lots of various activities, aqua aerobics, volleyball, large inflatables in pool for a couple of hours once a week. The beach is small but the snorkelling from beach is brilliant. An abundance of fish including stingray & barracuda! Sadly a lot of the reef is dead but still lots of fish. The beach is accessed down a hill so not good if you have mobility issues, similarly, there are no lifts in the hotel so could be an issue for some people.( prams, mobility etc) There are plenty of shops within a 15 minute well lit walk if you want to venture out. We did regularly and enjoyed ourselves. Taxis are cheap too. Went on 2 trips, a diving trip and visited Ras Mohammed National park, booked through The Dive Centre at the hotel. The day on the boat, the dive & snorkelling stops were great as was the food served & staff on board. If you choose Ras Mohammed half day trip with snorkelling stop, you will be asked during the trip to hire snorkel, wetsuit, flippers etc which we weren’t aware of. Cost an extra $20 so take some cash if you want to do this. Really had a blissful 2 weeks at this hotel. 3 cheers for the staff !👏👏👏
• R289FGanas (10/5): Better than some 5* - Excellent hotel with everything you need: a beautiful area, a clean sea with a lovely reef (you need to swim to the reef, as the one nearby is dead and has few fish), a heated pool in winter, and delicious, varied food. The rooms are always clean—big thanks to our housekeeper Mostafa, who not only kept everything tidy but also left little surprises for us. All the bars serve tasty, high-quality cocktails and delicious coffee. Thanks to Zidan for tasty evening coctais. The only downside is the uphill walk to and from the sea. Also, there is no WC on the beach, so you’ll have to walk up and back down.

The staff are simply the best Emad, Dafrawy , Ahmed, Mohammed Salah, Abu too few to mention they made me and my daughters stay just perfect. Never met such lovely people. They can’t do enough for you! It was a shame to see other nations guests not being respectful to them. The room was just perfect, clean and very modern, they even left an extra key card so we could leave air con on. The food is great honestly something there for everyone ! The pool restaurant is amazing that serves a 3 course high quality meal every day. Oh my days the Italian restaurant is top notch - picturesque. My forever hotel- simple!!thank you! You won’t find a better beach it’s as good if not better than the Maldives for beauty. It was emotional leaving we are coming back in Autumn.

Ali my housekeeper for my room was so professional. 2- friendly staff. 3- bar is great Ahmed al ghonemy I think - white skinney guy with glasses is great) Down part: 1- only 2 house for dinner and Lunch. 2- dessert are great but the main courses are not that great: ( They do not cook fish well, steak always dry, chickens are not cooked well. Salty food. - breakfast is excellent with one exception to the beans that is so old and dry. Lunch and dinner ( fruits and desserts are great… main courses needs attention 3- Recieption is froendly but not classy or at the same level of the hotel rate… 4- No tv signal due to renvation.
• 86giog (10/5): Best position during winter - I liked: Very nice hotel. Reef is the best of Sharm. The position is very well protected from wind, it makes the BEST CHOICE in all Sharm when you want to stay between January and April. The staff. I didn’t like: Food a bit better than the average in Sharm resorts, that in general is not enough for picky people. It should be improved. When we, me and my 88yo mother arrived , despite we asked for a room near the main building/pool, they gave us a room very far, saying the nearest ones were all booked. It was a very long and uncomfortable walk. Next day when I complained, they gave us a better room. I do recommend this hotel.

• Megan (8/5): Incredible all inclusive that has thought about everything you need - Food - there is rarely a time where you cant get food! Breakfast 7-10, continental breakfast 10:30-12:30, lunch 12:30-2:30, snack shack 12-5pm, dinner 7-9:30. Plus there are two buffets to choice from in the all inclusive. El Medina is down the beach end: popular, busy. La Gazelle is the other end: quiet, outdoor sitting area. There was huge variety in food for all meals. However everyone I spoke to got a tummy bug at some point or rather. I wont fault the hotel for this, as it seems standard for Egypt. Beach - Amazing private beach with one of the best house reefs (all the dive centres visit). Everyone heads for lunch ~1pm and the beach clears out. There’s usually sun loungers available all times of day but if you want a seafront view then either get their first thing or at lunch. You can bring food down from Temple bar too if you get snackish Pools & Grounds - the whole resort is long & thin, with two pool areas at either end. The beauty of this is that there is a super quiet, chill area where no one visits, or the more active beach end, with lots of activations and people to talk to. I recommend exploring the whole resort as soon as you arrive, its immaculate with so many facilities & nooks to discover. Room - I would argue that the Garden rooms are the best. Whilst they're not beach-view, they're quiet and away from the main hubs of activities and pool areas. Be aware that the AC only goes down to 20°C. This is actually an ideal temperature for sleeping though. May was windy, so not too many mosquitoes! Every day the rooms were made up immaculately. Didn't matter if you were away at different times, the staff would come back to check morning or evening if they could do the room, and without being seen! Free 1.5L water bottles were a bonus too. Staff - If you need anything, go to the restaurant staff (particularly La Gazelle staff & Mohammed Emad!). They are so lovely, and will bend over backwards for you. Bad tummy? Reception - Honestly, we found the reception staff aren't interested in helping. If you need anything, the restaurant staff generally know everything and will bend over backwards for you! So its not that you're left without help. Wifi - We were too relaxed to care but Wifi didn't stretch to the rooms & was only available in public spaces. When there were too many people in one place, it was impossible to connect. Singer - Most nights at La Gazelle will have a singer who performs for the outdoor seating area. This may sound rude, but a particular blonde one was a terrible singer who set her speaker far too loud, ruined the atmosphere & drove everyone inside. Staff eventually caught on and she wasn't invited back, then a local Egyptian woman started and was amazing (with appropriate volume). Hope they keep the new one! Resort staff selling things - There is literally everything you could want at this resort (spa, photographer, dive centre). This comes at the cost of people continuously trying to give you a 'good price' on the add on services, and coming back to check if you've changed your mind. This is only an issue if you are down the beach-end of the resort (theyre not up at the other end by La Gazelle). You can apparently get a 'do not disturb' sign for the lounger your on but I never saw any. On the flip side of this, the bar staff will always come over and ask if you want a drink. Egypt is very tip-based so this means people are extra attentive. You're rarely on the loungers at La Gazelle pool without a bespoke drink in hand. Information - You get an info packet on arrival, but there are some hard-to-find QR codes that take you to a portal with loads more information.

• Vassili (9/5): Coming back destination! - Wonderful and protected from wind sandy beach, especially good for those with kids since you can enter water from that. Coral reef starts about 40-50 meters off of the coastline, and I must say it is beatiful! Staff is very sevice orientated. Special thanks to cleaning boy Mohamed! He was always near and willing to help when we needed it. And cappuccino in lobby bar and beach bar was one of the best I had ever tried. I am looking forward to coming back again soon! English level of guys who work in main reastaurant is poor. "Finish?" is always what you hear when they want to take your plate or clean from a table. "Can I take your plate?" or " Can I clean from the table?" would sound more professional. But, they compensate the lack of language knowledge with willingness to help. So, big respect for that!

• Inga (8/5): The best sea I 've ever been - AMAZING SEA - absolutely clean and has a beautiful reef several meters away from the beach. The hotel territory is very nice. Several pools, many sunbeds with beach umbrellas, good breakfasts, good bars, friendly staff. There is a good restaurant street not far from the hotel (5 minute by taxi, 4-5 USD one way). 1. I didn't like lunches and dinners. Salads and soups I could not eat at all. Hot meal was mostly untasty, though I could find a couple of good items. The fish was dry and oversalted. The choice of bread, fresh fruit and vegetables was good. 2. The prices in SPA center are too high. 95 euros for a body massage (minimum) and 75 euros for face treatments. Crazy. 3. Single rooms are quite small with no balcony or terrace. The shower cabin in my room didn't close porperly and the bathroom was full of water after having a shower.

One of the best rhings about this hotel is that they dont blast music at the pools so you can propely relax. The staff were excellent and very friendly. Bug shout out to Mohammed who worked at the Gazella resteraunt! He was friendly, attentive and just a cooo guy. The food was good, especially the Italian resteraunt. I would say here again!

Reception is slow at times to solve requests.

They have a great activity stuff who do the great work. Eery day have great program and singers in Loby bar where can you drink all alcohol you would like to is all inclusive and they make a great cocktails. , WiFi is very good in rooms and in Loby but not so much around the pool and beach if wifi off. Food is very good also they have an Italian restaurant but alla carte extra charge Good atmosfer l will absolutely come back. Maybe just wifi around the swimming pool very bad work.

• Diana (5/5): Passable - great thing that one can use all the facilities of Jaz Fanara proper. so with 5-10 minutes walk you are on the amazing reef where you can see this wonder of the planet with your own eyes, without any equipment, just bring goggles. worth seeing soon as coral reefs are disappearing in front of our eyes due to climate change - perhaps in a decade there will be hardly any left? Food and drinks are amazing. sparkling clean, modern rooms. predatory pricing - very unfair to ask several times the normal price just because of a popular event in town. even more ridiculous to charge hundreds of dollars extra per night just to have my daughter stay in the bed that I already paid for - so we needed to book her into another hotel as a new room was cheaper than paying for the other side of the same bed that I already paid for! it really ruined my stay to have to be so far from her. I am very angry at Jaz Fanara because of this. also, the entertainment was very poor; the ones doing the fitness had no training in healthy exercise, and beach gymnastics made us always touch and hold other people whom I do not know and if I did not feel like massaging others' hair it turned out to be embarrassing.

• Giuseppe.m.leone (10/5): A fantastic holiday - my fiancée and I stayed 9 days in early december, we had 26 degrees, perfect temperature for swimming, and there was no wind. We swam an hour and a half a day near and beyond the coral reef, the seabed in front of the hotel is so beautiful that others organize boat trips to visit it. We enjoyed the good food and the room was comfortable, for us it is the best hotel, 5 stars! all was fine
