- luba (8/5): Enjoys the hotel but hated the parking situation!!! - The parking situation is horrendous!!!! The parking garage is horrible!!! Very dark and narrow passageways!!! It’s also far away from the hotel!!! On top of that, when we needed to check out and go to the airport at 5am no one was there to open the garage!!! The attendant was sleeping and all gates were locked!!! Almost missed our flight because of this horrible and outdated situation!!! For the amount the hotel charges, they should at least provide someone to drive the car to and from the parking garage!!!!

- reviewer64Uk (8/5): Nice hotel in a great location - A nice hotel in a great location. Rooms are pleasant and of a high standard. Reception staff and greeting staff in lobby very friendly. Roof bar has great views. Marked down as breakfast experience not great - the one place where staff didn’t seem that warm and tables not cleared efficiently. After one morning of breakfast here we went out on the other days. But overall very good experience
- firstl756 (10/5): Magnificent - A truly wonderful hotel. A short distance from the Cathedral and close to Metro. The hotel is very modern, smart clean, and well appointed. Our room, 106, was massive, the bathroom huge and so well equipped. The towels were soft and fluffy, the massive walk in shower had high pressure and endless hot water, good toiletries, anb bathrobes. The breakfast was extensive, relaxed and very good quality. The roof terrace and bar are also very impressive and very, very, popular with both residents and non residents so arrive early or make a reservation. The sunsets are glorious, the music Ibiza style, cocktails excellent although perhaps a little expensive but you are paying for the music, view, and free nibbles. Throughout, the staff, all staff, were so helpful, attentive and pleased to help. A credit. As you can guess I would love to go back.

- Mario RH (9/5): Ya tengo hotel para cuando vaya a Milán. - La Ubicación es excepcional en el centro de Milán junto al Duomo y a las líneas 3 y 1 de metro y varios tranvías. Estuvimos en la 608, da a un patio interior, por lo que no habia ruido de calle. Las habitaciones están decoradas actuales, la insonorización es excelente, y la cama king es partida pero apenas se nota, super cómoda. La ducha es literalmente de ensueño. de 1 metro de ancha por 3 de larga, nos podiamos duchar mi mujer y yo a la vez cómodamente. Tuvimos unos bombones de bienvenida que estaban buenísimos, y tanto las cápsulas de café como el agua de cortesía, lo reponían a diario. El café... espectacular. Además, por la noche, cuando no estábamos, daban una vuelta a la habitación por si faltaban toallas, y arreglaban la cama para la hora de dormir. Si volvemos a Milán (y nos lo podemos permitir) sin duda será nuestra elección de hotel. En recepción Luca nos atendió magníficamente aunque no hablaba español. La experiencia fue genial, pero si hay que sacar punta a algo, en la habitación diría 2 cosas, la cortina no llegaba a la pared de la derecha y resultaba imposible quedar completamente a oscuras, sólo penumbra. y para la categoría del hotel, el secador debería ser de los buenos de tubo largo, y no de los cortos tipo viaje. Mi mujer es usuaria intensiva de secador y esto lo valora. Y respecto al hotel en general, pensando en el nivel general, creo que la máquina de café del desayuno debería ser de café, y no de soluble, y deberia poder pedirse una tortilla al gusto, sin coste (la cobran aparte si la pides)

- Susanne (6/5): Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt nicht - Lage fussläufig zum Dom, auf der Dachterrasse sieht man ihn aber nicht.Gute Verkehrsanbindung. Zimmer im 10. Stock war zur Strasse extrem laut, ohne Oropax war kein Schlaf möglich. Zum Flur hin war es auch laut, da das Zimmer gegenüber des Aufzugs liegt und viele Gäste der Dachterrasse lärmend vor dem Aufzug standen. Zimmergrösse ist gut, Bademantel hing schmutzig im Bad.

- vittorio (6/5): servicio del personal muy malo - La ubicacion es excelente y buen la habitacion El servicio del consierge y de la recepcion paracia que les estabas haciendo un favor, para todo y lo peor es que les pedi que me reservaran un taxi para el dia que me iba al aeropuerto me dijeron que no podian reservarlo y que me ofrecian un servicio de ellos que valia 132 Euros al aeropuerto de Linate cuando el precio promedio es de 35 a 40 Euros!!! tuve que pedirle el favor a un amigo que vive en Milan que hablara y me reservara el taxi y me costo 40 euros. La verdad se me hace un robo que hagan eso con los clientes.

Örneğin tuvalet kağıdının bittiğini biz söyledik. İnsanı ihtiyaç olan su günlük çok az miktarda odaya konmuştu. Ayrıca karton şişelerde 200 ml olan suların adedine 4 euro istediler.

Hotel: The room was decently sized, and comfortable. The front office staff was helpful. Their rooftop bar/restaurant is amazing with almost a 270 degree view, with great food. No complaints really Cons: 1. None that I can think of, except that the service at the rooftop bar/restaurant was slow, and our room had no view. I would definitely want to return to this property

- Stephanie (3/5): Racist for sure. Staff really needs current and true details in how successful, educated, AND FREE, Black women are are - Very clean, upscale property. Sky level Restaurant is top tier. I experienced blatant racism at check-in. Mother alone with 4 year old daughter and the receptionist made sure to state my room number very loudly. It was a very u comfortable experience, I was embarrassed. Also, as I turned away, she whispered something to a colleague. I am Black American.

- Desiree (2/5): geen compensatie voor het niet op orde brengen van de 2 gereserveerde kamers waarvan er maar 1 was - niets voor 2 personen geboekt 2 aparte slaapkamers deze waren niet gereserveerd volgens het hotel ,alleen voor 1 persoon de accommodatie was vol dus een soort gelijke( waarvoor betaald is) was niet meer beschikbaar daarom op een veel kleinere kamer geplaatst (geen compensatie )! Dit is natuurlijk onaanvaardbaar. Wat te doen als je in het hotel bent via booking.com deze kamers hebt gereserveerd en men zegt we hebben maar 1 boeking voor 1 kamer???

- Doris (4/5): Never ever - zwar tolle Lage- sonst nichts zu bieten. - Top Lage- das reicht offensichtlich um nicht mehr bieten zu wollen. Das Zimmer war schmutzig. In der Dusche hat jmd eine ganzkörperrasur gemacht - Wände und Boden waren voller Haare. Offensichtlich war das auch dem Reinigungspersonal zu viel. Auch der duschkopf war kaputt. Der Dame am Empfang war das ganze ziemlich egal.
