• Hamsathvani (10/5): Excellent place if you are just looking for a clean, safe place to stay without anything too fancy. - The best part of this hotel was that it was so close to Niagara Falls and Clifton Hills. You can literally walk there is like 15 mins.

• Susanne (5/5): Overall, a budget friendly motel stay for a couple of nights only. - Great location to venues, staff were friendly and room was very clean and comfortable. There were no side lamps beside the bed, only one light mounted on the opposite wall to the bed as the room light source. No coffee maker, Kleenex or ice bucket in the room was disappointing.

• Gabriel (1/5): Estava com expectativa boa , mais me decepicionei quando cheguei - Nada Cheguemos banheiro não estava bem limpo , as camas não cospondem o tamanho que está na descrição , muito pouco papel higiênico ,travesseiro do meu filho estava mofado
• Lillian (1/5): Never again. - Location is the only positive ✨️ Online photos don't show the disgusting mold all over the shower seams, the shower Fawcett was barely attached to the wall, the dust and spiders and hair all over the bathroom walls, the garbage from previous people left under the chairs. Cobwebs all over the room. My kids didn't even want to shower because THEY were grossed out. Never again. I'll go back to the hotel we usually go to!

• Ronnel (4/5): - The location is ideal, but the place needs urgent renovation. The staff is not warm and friendly; also, the rooms need to be thoroughly cleaned.

The outside aspects is old and not so good but the room and the bathroom are big, clean, the linen are impecable. Don’t expect a fancy place but perfect if you want to save and have a clean room!

• Zahira (2/5): - Bed bug located in family room and woke up to beg bug bite. Room 218 reeked of mold smell, refrigerator doesn’t work, most lamps do not work. Washroom smelled and bed sheets had blood-like stain. My family and including our 3 year old had to shift over to room 220 at approximately 3:20am. I requested for a refund but no manager was available to authorize our situation. The lady at the front desk did NOT apologize for our $200 stay and wasn’t aware we spoke her language. We made her call the “assistant” manager over the phone, and she told him that we are troubling her for a refund over a bedbug. The manager spoke with rudeness by refusing to refund and hung up. I now have a bite and restless sleep.

• Shyamal (4/5): - I booked two rooms: one family room with three queen beds and another room with two queen beds. Both rooms were the same size. The family room did not feel spacious; it seemed like they just fit three queen beds into the room, whereas the room with two beds felt more comfortable
• Adrita (6/5): - It was a 15 mins walk to the falls. Finding parking was easy and the area was good. We wanted halal food and Bravo was right across making it convenient for us. The room, especially the washroom, was not as clean as we expected it to be from the pictures. It’s somewhat a decent room for a night.

• Michele (6/5): - The room was comfortable, nothing fancy. We were out all day so just somewhere to sleep. The location is very convenient to Clifton Hill. The downside is that the carpet needs replacing and or refreshing.
• David (8/5): - It was an affordable room had 3 bed very helpful to share with family it wasnt elegant but perfect for what we needed. Outside looks sketchy maybe because it need some remodeling but other that it was great for the price and walkable to go to the niagara falls and the stores
• luz (2/5): - The experience was not at all what i expected. I was never informes that parking was additional 12 per day plus 100 dollars deposit. The batroom and shower curtains were expremely dirty. The room smelled horribly. And the office was closed when we checked out i dropped the keys in the black box sent messages yo see if they received and no answer called the number and no answer so just wasting on my deposit. A/c didn't work either

• Anderson (8/5): Excellent this was my 3rd stay and I will be going back as staff are friendly and great customer service. - It is walking distance to Fallsview for the casino and shows , as well you can walk to restaurants and Clifton Hill and the falls. I have nothing to complain about.

• Louis (6/5): - This motel has very basic rooms. There were only two usable plugs. No USB. Lighting was only adequate. The Wi-Fi was difficult to log into, and the staff had no idea how to help me. I persevered and did log in finally. There was a fridge, but no coffee machine, no microwave, no closet, no breakfast nor restaurants close by, and no extra pillows. The television had a lot of channels, but the guide did not work. So finding a something to watch was difficult, so we gave up. However, it was the most inexpensive accommodation available in Niagara Falls. Overall, our stay was satisfactory. However, I would not recommend this hotel for more than a short stay, two days at most.

• Rufina (1/5): very bad experience, don't go to this place. - We don't like anything about this place, I will definitely not recommend it. Well... first of all, there was musty smell when we entered the room, then in the washroom, the shower head was coming off, the toilet leaked & flooded the floor. We called the attendant & he blamed us for not flushing the toilet properly. And the worst part, one of our friends got bitten by bedbugs, we complained & showed it to them & again they blamed us. They said maybe she got it somewhere else. Their customer service sucks! we didn't even get an apology but instead, got blamed for everything. I don't recommend this place at all!!!!

• Robin (2/5): - I didn’t realize this was in Canada and I tried to cancel 5 mins after I booked and was told I would have to do that the next day because the manager was not in. The next day I contacted them early in morning and was told I there was a non refundable policy but the cancel policy stated I would not get the 1st night back. They denied both nights
