- Hess (10/5): Comfortable stay! - Calm part of city to access and close to eateries. Very warm greeting at desk. Easy to maneuver to clean and comfortable room. Easy to use tv. Excellent hot breakfast. Great value! Nothing
- Matthew (5/5): Will not stay again at this location - Location was convenient A/C unit was extremely loud and didn’t seem to cool room. Woke up to ants all over the tables, bathroom and a few in the bed. Breakfast was not good eggs were not cooked properly and coffee tasted burnt.

- heather (10/5): - Place was easy to get to and clean. Close to I64 and can hear some traffic .
- Ken (9/5): -
- ROBERT (9/5): Would come again - Staff was friendly Location was good Breakfast was excellent No towel rack near sink
- David (5/5): - The beds were clean and comfortable. It’s hard to find nice soft pillows and it had an abundance of soft pillows that I appreciated. I slept well. The fan worked in the room too, which was helpful.. The bathroom and the closet doors were unmovable. The overall hotel and room fixtures were very outdated. The door to go outside on the main floor was extremely difficult to open and it slammed closed which I’m sure did not make the people in those ends very happy.
- Beth (4/5): -
- Rachel (6/5): - The breakfast was ok. It was what most hotels provide.
The young man who checked us in was exceptional. He was friendly and open.
The hotel accomodated our request for a first floor room.
Our room seemed clean and the beds were comfortable. There were plenty of towels. The backs of the chairs in the breakfast area were dirty. The carpet in the entrance to individual rooms was stained.
The pool was right off the lobby and visible to all. It wold have been nice to at least have a clouded glass.
The breakfast room was small and crowded although tables were provided in the adjacent hall.
- Christine (9/5): - Great location for a visit to Lexington and surrounding area. Facility was well maintained and clean. Staff pleasant.
- LaShawna (10/5): - Very welcoming staff. There was only one Ice machine on one floor
- Anthony (8/5): -
- Julie (7/5): Clean and comfortable - Staff was helpful Pool was small and cold

- catherine (8/5): Nice stay at Lexington - Location and pet friendly
- Crystal (10/5): - Great location. Room was exceptionally clean. Very pleasant!! Have no complaints
- Mersadie (4/5): It was alright other than having to move rooms at 1am due to bugs - We set our food down for 30 minutes and came back , the room was infested with ants.
- N5353Dsmp (4/5): Dated and Dusty - Recently stayed here for an event at the VA Horse Center and would definitely not stay again. The room was generally clean, a little stuffy, but the common areas are lacking severely. The window sill in the elevator shaft was filled with dead bugs and there were coffee spills/empty sugar packets on the hallway floor. Shower/bathtub were fine, but could definitely use some extra attention. Breakfast options were pretty standard, but the breakfast room was very warm compared to the hallway. Had an issue where my room key didn’t work, but front desk resolved it quickly. One bonus, the in room fridge was pretty large. Overall, not worth the value I paid - Hotel is generally outdated and management needs to pay better attention to the details.
- Lisa (8/5): -
- Sharon (8/5): It’s tucked away but very close to the interstate and served our purpose well while traveling. - It was easy access to the freeway and to services. Nice facility for the price. Good breakfast.
- Marcia (7/5): - Rooms are very old. Needs new carpet.
- Joseph (8/5): -
- Dana (10/5): - Very comfortable bed and pillows and Very quiet
- Matt (6/5): -
- Lili (7/5): Nice room, convenient location. - The staff were very nice and we appreciated the handicap room on the first floor for our needs. In the common areas, there was a large dirty laundry hamper on wheels the whole time we were there. It was very dirty looking. Also in the same common area near the breakfast room, there was a bucket and large mop -- also sitting there our entire stay. This made it look like cleaning was going on 24/7 which it was not. In the morning, there was a "wet floor" sign and a mop -- when people are breakfasting and checking out, this is not the time to clean the floors.
- Anna (5/5): Great service but replace the carpets! - The service was GREAT - the hotel desk manager was SO helpful and friendly and we really appreciated his help. Beds were comfortable and everything but the carpets seemed clean enough. The carpets in the entire hotel were stained and dirty and everything smelled SOOO musty - my daughter had to change rooms because it was making her nauseous. I think if the carpets were just replaced, the hotel would be fine.
- Jenks (8/5): It was comfortable, easy access to the highway, - Clean room was nice breakfast was average Wasn’t anything I didn’t like

- Smith (10/5): -
- Susan (7/5): -
- Amanda (9/5): Everything was great - Easy to book, front desk lady was very friendly and helpful. Room was nice and clean, beds and pillows was comfortable. Would stay here again

- Linda (8/5): -
- Malachi (10/5): -
- Dan (8/5): Decent. Personnel were the best except I asked to have my room made up and it wasn’t - I didnt like the hard to find location. Entrance poorly marked and unlit
- Colleen (1/5): DID NOT STAY - NOTHING TRAVELED 7 HRS TO REACH THERE AND THEY DID NOT ACCEPT PETS. IT STATED PETS WERE ACCEPTED. MY PETS WERE CATS AND SHOULD STATE THAT, IT SAYS PET FRIENDLY.
- Andres (8/5): - Muy costoso para lo que era
- Robert (7/5): - Good breakfast. Hard to find the dining room on the first day. The transfer valve on the bath filler redirected the water to the shower head but did not shut off the flow to the bathtub. Resulted in ankle-deep water in the bath by the time a shower was finished. Some sticky liquid that someone had spilled on the floor or the elevator was not cleaned up for a day.
- Stevie (9/5): Stay overall was great! I’d recommend for future! - Staff was great, same guy seemed to be there during our stay, greeted us when we got there with a smile, nice and friendly, made checking in easy, helped us when needed throughout the weekend! Room was clean, tiny lol but clean! Had beautiful sun rise view on the 3rd and 4th floor I caught in the morning before leaving. Breakfast wasn’t the best flavor wise, but that’s to each its own. Some others may enjoy it.
- Matt (6/5): decent - relatively quiet overnite stay
good breakfast Was not worth $100/night...may be $75
- Sylvia (6/5): -
- Brian (10/5): -
- Komuda (3/5): - Not much Not clean . Stains on furniture, carpet.hall way carpet dirty
- 535solt (4/5): Bad service and it was embarrassing - We went at 8:30 for breakfast, the staff said that there was nothing left and began to remove everything, I did not understand it because if it is early and Volvo to repeat it annoyed, my family was there and there were other guests.
- xavier (10/5): -
- Susan (7/5): I would definitely stay here again. It’s a fair price for what’s offered. - The bed was pretty comfortable and the pillows were as well. The staff was friendly. My room was clean and there were complementary shampoo, conditioner and lotion. They had hot breakfast available. Check out was super easy, just had to drop off the key cards. Parking was a little tight. Snow melting from the roof was dripping right at the entrance, so you had to be quick when walking in as to not get wet. Checking in seemed to take longer than most places, but it wasn’t that bad. My room was great other than the microwave and fridge being plugged in to a turned off power strip that wasn’t easy to get to. I had to ask the front desk clerk for assistance as the furniture in front of it was too heavy for me to move. The breakfast was good, but they could have offered bacon as well as sausage. There was some variety of food, but not a whole lot. It would’ve been nice for it to last a little later than it did.
- Scott (9/5): Quality property at a great price. - I had an excellent interaction with Savannah at the front desk who was kind and accommodating. I wish more people were like her. My only small complaint was that I could here outside noise but it may have been night construction.
- Mallory (7/5): - Breakfast was fine: individually packaged cereals, muffins, toast, make your own waffles, eggs, and sausage patties. My kids enjoyed the pool area but it wasn’t very heated so we lasted about half an hour. Vending machines were out of order on our floor. There was a wet floor sign in the elevator. Definitely an older, budget hotel but clean. Near several restaurants and right off the highway. All staff were nice.
- Lawrence (10/5): -
- Sharon (10/5): Wonderful stay - Breakfast was absolutely amazing Can’t think of anything negative
- Janet (8/5): - Hard pillows.
- nancysH1400SO (6/5): Lacked Professionalism at front desk; Room was fine - My daughter and i arrived at midnight after a LONG 6 hour drive. There was no one at the front desk. We wondered around and called out. Eventually, I started calling the main number at Comfort Inn because we didn't know what to do. I'm on hold with them when a man wonders into the lobby with a bowl of cereal. No name tag or anything so I actually thought he was a guest. No acknowledgment that we were standing three with luggage. He walks past us and into an unlocked door and comes out at the desk can says, "Can I see your ID?" How about saying, "Sorry for the wait. Are you checking in?" Check in took forever. Not appreciated, but at the end of the day, the room was comfortable, and quiet. Didn't have the breakfast, but I certainly wouldn't expect much. I'm not sure I'd stay here again simply because the staff person could careless. If there was something comparable for the money, I'd stay elsewhere.

- Robert (8/5): Great value great location comfortable room. Will book again - Close to everything. For the traveler it is right at the entrance for 64 to 81 and Dunkin is just across the street Continental breakfast area was a bit small
- Sarah (8/5): Great location and value, but showing significant wear. - We have been coming here ever since our daughter entered college in 2013. Love to come out and enjoy the area. Super convenient to the highway. Quiet. Free breakfast! The inn is showing significant wear and tear - some big carpet stains in the halls, stains and scuffs on the walls. Sheets and bathrooms seemed clean, however. Although we have been coming for more than 10 years, the next time we would probably pick one of the newer inns unless we heard that this one had undergone renovation.
- Trudy (10/5): Enjoyable - No problems! Nothing
- Susan (10/5): -
- WILLIAM (8/5): -
- Carolyn (10/5): Comfortable - We enjoyed our stay here, the service was great and the room was clean.
- Vitaliy (10/5): -
- Kristin (7/5): It was bearable but not worth the amount charged by far. - The pool was nice temperature and the staff was friendly. Great variety for breakfast. The doors didnt lock at all but I never felt unsafe, but the exit door on 1st floor (at the end of the hall) slammed constantly so loud it woke my daughter up a few times. I was on the second floor near back steps thats how loud it was anytime someone went out. The beds in our room were uncomfortable you could feel the springs. Breakfast was ok but super crowded maybe less tables or make them diagonal. You could barely walk through if the tables were occupied. Overall I don't feel it was worth the amount we paid by far just for location convenience.
- TERRY (10/5): -
- Patricia (9/5): Good location right off of 81S, and easy to get back on the next day. - The breakfast was very good as I appreciate having eggs at that meal. The coffee wasn't great, but was ok.
Whoever stocked the breakfast did a nice job of keeping things filled. The room was comfortable, and i was glad to be put on the first floor, which I requested. I was only there for a quick one night stay as I was on my way to NC early the next morning. It was all good.
- Andrew (7/5): It gets the job done if you want to stay for a day or two - I liked the room I was in where I had enough privacy to work and relax. The staff was also helpful when I needed it. The place was a bit tricky to find.
- Kimberly (10/5): -
- April (8/5): -
- William (10/5): - Everything was excellent
- Sloppy (10/5): -
- Andrea (8/5): - The staff and room was great. The breakfast area, however, was trashed the morning I was there with food on the floor, trash overflowing and many of the areas dirty.
- Jeffrey (10/5): - Convenient
- Gordon (10/5): - Nice and accommodating to our late arrival. The only thing that could have been better was not being put in a handicapped unit. The shower was tricky. But we were only there for a brief overnight stay.
- Sharon (7/5): Ample.served the purpose - Quiet. Friendly. Nice setting. A bit hard to follow directions to get to it. Older carpet. Not the freshest. Probably clean but it wasn’t sparkling. Easy access to interstate. Breakfast wasn’t the greatest. Eggs fresh. No fruit.
- Joelin (8/5): - Nice place to rest your head for the night.
- Jennifer (5/5): - Location Our room smelled musty and like urine
- James A (10/5): -
- Ginel (8/5): -
- Steven (6/5): - The room smelled very musty. The bathroom door was hard to close and online it stated there were two queen size beds and there was two full size beds.
- George (10/5): - N/a
- Michael (8/5): - Was fine
- Karen (10/5): Will stay again - Its in a great location close to everything the staff was just wonderful
- Marta (10/5): -
- David (10/5): - Convenient parking, buffet breakfast with eggs, sausage and biscuits, cereals, drinks. Room was clean and comfortable. Location just off the highway, just a couple mikes from downtown.
- Taylor (10/5): - We stay here every year for the State 4-H Horse Show. Never have had a bad experience, always a great stay!
- Sheila (8/5): - .
- William (10/5): - Friendly staff and comfortable room
- Teresa (6/5): - Location was great. The website photos versus actual on-site are conflicting, rooms are outdated and not very clean (mold in chaulking around tub and bath floor, matted dust on fixtures and the carpet needs to be replaced).
- Richter (10/5): No problems, very accommodating. - Staff very nice, helpful.
- Barbara R (9/5): - The staff was friendly and helpful. Everything conveniently located.Room comfortable
Breakfast excellent ???
- Randolph (10/5): Excellent stay at a reasonable price - Room and facilities were clean and in excellent condition.
- Sheri (10/5): Beds and Staff made the stay great! - The set up is a bit weird with ceilings being low in the hallways and common areas. Breakfast was limited but good. Staff was kind and accommodating - generous with allowing late checkout following a morning ball game. Beds were super comfortable.
