It was way to small for two girls to get ready, I did not like that breakfast and coffee was put away before 9:30, I did not like that we had to wait till 4:30 before our key would connect to room. $400 is a lot of money to only be able to check in after 4:00, and to wake with breakfast being done before 10:00.

Like from 8-11pm Adults Only The bed was very uncomfortable and we were put on the first floor directly across from the kitchen and the gym. Very loud and doors slamming shut early in the morning.

- miker (4/5): If you have a pet, go elsewhere. - Breakfast was OK. Newer facility. They charged $50.00 for a dog in a $100.00 room. If you have a pet, you will be much happier elsewhere! Breakfast was below the level you would expect at a property like this! And get this, a hotel employee started grinding off a metal door knob, 5 rooms away, at 7:30 in the morning! No emergencies involved. We got in late and the hotel woke everyone up way too early. They took $20. off our bill. A reasonable welcome was definitely lacking!

Our only complaint is there were some loud and rude people in the outdoor area - drinking heavily and playing music so loud you couldn't have a conversation. One of the women from that group got on the elevator with us and proceeding to vape inside the elevator. I had my kids with me and it seemed crazy that she would do that in such a confined space with children. The front desk didn't seem particularly helpful when we informed them of the vaping in the elevator.

- JanieC (4/5): Too pricey and too average means low value - I think it's been a long time since I have had to leave a poor review for a hotel (and we are big Marriott fans.) Very sad to report how disappointed we were during our stay here during our precious holiday time. The price was on the higher end for a typical Towne place Suites, but we saw the reviews and were excited to go for it. I have to be blunt - the experience was so lacking. 1) No problem with check in. Service was fine, but no one was particularly friendly. Very performative. 2) A dog on our floor barked for what felt like hours. Front desk couldn't do anything about it. I'm assuming the owners went out for dinner and left the dog in the room alone. It was difficult to relax. 3) The most disappointing was the pre-packaged breakfast. The hot dishes were only watery powdered eggs (I'm used to the non-watery Bonvoy powdered eggs) and unhealthy Sausage gravy w/ biscuits. Everything else was pre-packaged in plastic like what the airports used to sell at their food stands in 80s. Things were messy and in disarray. Does anyone remembers Holiday Inn from the 90s when they first started offering free breakfasts? This was that - maybe not even that good. At checkout, we weren't asked "how was your stay?" I shared some unsolicited feedback to which the person only replied, "I'm very sorry to hear that." When I said, "I expected a little more given the price we paid." She only replied, "Well it is a little more expensive here, this is Missoula." And that was it. For over $250/night, guests deserve a little better. Managers of this hotel should check out your other Bonvoy colleagues nearby. You are below the curve and it is not right.
- heathersD1770QE (6/5): Disappointing - Our visit was dissatisfying. Rooms were not clean. Beds were clean and fresh but the rest of the room looked like it was rushed. Smudges on all the bathroom fixtures and mirror. Dirty towels were left in the hamper. Hair all over the shower wall. Breakfast was not impressive with pre-packaged food. Will consider other hotel options in the future.

Then had a barking dog two doors down barking for hours while their owners must have been out. Tried calling the front desk but now one answered after multiple attemps. Wouldn’t stay here again .

My only knock on the place was that the bed was bouncy and uncomfortable. Marriott used to brag about their beds... apparently not this one. It was not a great mattress and it hurt my night's sleep.

Breakfast has variety food options and the prepared meals are delicious. I had the issue on my first night stay from loud noise neighbor and they had me transferred to another side which was so quiet and peaceful. Five stars, will definitely be back again and highly recommends this hotel.

The walls are paper thin, not a quiet stay. Noise through the walls is crystal clear. There is old ductwork that carries every noise from the room across the hall through a vent right over the bed. Missoula has a lot of medical requiring overnight stays, and it was very hard to rest due to the noise. No hot water or coffee out after breakfast. And the breakfast was subpar. Straight outta the freezer and heated up for breke! Fresh food is needed here.

- TravelTalk2 (6/5): Too Pricey for What You Get - If the price weren't so high (paid $290 a night for a standard Queen plus a $50 pet fee) this would be a four star, but the stay is just not worth the price, especially in the Missoula area. We stayed one night here due to needing a pet friendly refuge (and a fridge) during a major windstorm and resultant power outage. We did not have time to shop around. The room was fine, nice, stocked kitchen, but the bed was not that comfy. We were in a room away from the busy road, but still needed the fan on all night to cover the noise. Breakfast was a let down. Mostly a lot of packaged things, with the standard sausage gravy and biscuits being the only hot item. Service was fine. We did not need the pool, it is small BTW or the grilling area. The work out room looked to be in nice shape with some decent equipment.
- Bruce (4/5): Rude. No late checkout. - Had a 2 bedroom unit. One bed was extremely hard. Other one was nice. Hotel smelled old. Breakfast was good. But the reason that I marked the stay down is that we had a 5 pm flight the next day. Requested late checkout. Couldn’t provide it because they couldn’t communicate with the maids because they had stupidly let Microsoft automatically update their computers, and the update crashed millions of computers around the world. They should have tested it first on a single system, and didn’t. So, we are stuck with an 11 am checkout. Then, about 10:30, they cut the lights and TV for the room. Yes, they got us out of there quickly after that. And, a maid kept dropping by to make sure we were gone.

- Michelle (10/5): Exceptional - We booked the two bedroom suite since we had four adults in our family and it was a beautiful room that worked exceptionally well for us
- Scott (9/5): Superb - The room was very clean and comfortable. 2 out of 3 of the staff members had a negative attitude. We misunderstood the time of breakfast and arrived 15. minutes late. We asked if we could just grab a bagel and coffee and were treated rudely. They acted like they were really being put out by the request.

- Jennifer (10/5): - Excellent choice while we stayed in Missoula for a night on our way to Yellowstone. It was such a nice and clean hotel just a quick drive to downtown. Staff were kind and lovely and the breakfast was nice. Would stay again!
- Chelsie (6/5): Pleasant - Close to alot of stores and restaurants. The rooms he old carpet that was stained and duck taped. Dishes in the dishwasher that we couldn’t tell were dirty or clean.
