• G9997ZZlaurenb (10/5): Loved the waffles. - Originally booked at different at another hotel in town but saw this looked brand new inside out so decided to stay. Family really enjoyed their stay. Rooms were clean and staff was friendly. Breakfast was yummy too. Kids loved the waffles.

• Ernest (6/5): - Stayed in Room 109 it’s a handicap room. Why we got this room I do not know. But if I were handicap the show head would not stay in place. Also water came onto the floor and had to be dryer up. Water was everywhere. Mattress was completely worn worn out. It needs to be changed. Breakfast was good we enjoyed it.

• catherinesW6013VO (2/5): Bed bugs! - Hotel seemed clean — appeared to be fresh paint in hallway. THEN… woke up just after 2 am itching like crazy on several parts of my body. Got up, turned on light & turned back covers. BEDBUGS!!! Called front desk. Lady (Ramona) came pretty quickly. I had collected several of the bugs in a tissue. She grabbed it out of my hand and said, “we need to get rid of this” and flushed it down the toilet. She had brought clean linens but refused to help put them on. Said she could not move us to a different room as there were none available. Silly me, thinking the problem was fixed went back to sleep. Woke again shortly after 4 with MORE bugs in my bed!!! Moved to the other bed which my cousin was sleeping in. After that neither of us got any more sleep. A bit later, I went to the front desk and spoke with Val. Asked for the manager and, of course, he wasn’t there. She would not give me his name or a time he was expected. I asked about a refund of our room charges. She, of course, was not authorized to offer that. So, could you have the manager call me? Her response to EVERY question was, “the manager has been notified.” Could you make sure you have my number? “The manager has been notified.” Could you read me back the number you have so I know it is correct? “The manager has been notified.” Etc etc. no empathy. No answering of simple questions. Overall flat out rude! The manager (Ken) finally called me about 5pm!!! Said he had tried to call several times earlier but I didn’t answer. Finally looked up my number on my loyalty account and found that Val had written it down….. one digit off!!! Accident? I’m thinking not given how rude she was! He said he would “immediately address the issue” and process a refund to my credit card. Still waiting (one week later) for the refund. Would NOT stay here again!!! Problem and further more how they addressed it both totally unacceptable!

• Sandra (10/5): - Overall the stay was wonderful. You can smell disinfectant in the air and it made me feel super comfortable with the cleanliness expectation. The only downside would be that the restrooms need a little updating. The shower pressure was subpar at best. The toilet seat was set to low for people with any form of handicap. My elderly friend had to have assistance to use the restroom. But outside of that the hotel was a good. The pet fee is to high. I personally think it should be on a case by case. We had two micro chihuahuas and they stayed in a crate throughout the one night visit and yet it was 25 pp. $50 is to much. So although I give them a 5 star that extra fee might have me looking else where.

Very friendly and professional staff, especially the women at the front desk who went out of her way to get an empty room ready for me when they were otherwise completely booked. Very clean room. The rooms are great, clean and always ready when we get there to check in. Comfort Inn is my "home awayfromhome" when I travel to Atoka. Thank you to the front desk staff and the support team for making us feel so welcome.

Shower curtain would not stay closed at either end ; getting floor soaked. Room was hot. Didn’t stay for breakfast to exhausted from no sleep.

Breakfast was great too with lots to choose from. The Breakfast lady was friendly and made sure everything was kept well in stock. See you next year.

So i didn't go. Now i am charged over 450 dollars for the mistake that either the hotel or Expedia did. I feel like i was a victim of a scam!
• Aleesha (6/5): Bad Smell - We had to switch our room, due to the smell of mildew. I thought maybe the air conditioning, it was so strong. We went to another room and same thing. This was on the first floor.

May not be the most comfortable but it is better than having to get another room. The rooms are always clean and breakfast is hot and delicious. Comfort inn will always be our first choice.
• Verified traveler (8/5): This was the First Time. - My stay was good, the one complaint I have is the New receptionist gave out a key to a family member, and next thing I know they walked in the door of my hotel room, and when I asked her not to please do that, which I never have had that happen before, she didn’t apologize at all but defended herself, which I have never had issues with this this hotel. Also, the bathroom light did not work in my room.

Great shower. Breakfast was so good, lots of variety both hot & cold. I would definitely stay here again and recommend my friends and family. Everything was perfect!!

We would have much preferred a first floor room as requested when we made our reservation a week before. If the request could not be honored it would have been nice to know so we could have selected another hotel.
• Chris (8/5): - Needed a room. They had rooms. The room had a smoke stench but not overwhelming. There was trash left in the bin. I can overlook small things as I was in a pinch for a room. However, the breakfast was hot and seemed fresh and the staff was friendly.

• 785garreth (4/5): BLACK MOLD ROOM 109 - Booked a stay here on July 24th for 1 night. Immediately thought it was weird when my card was charged prior to me arriving. Arrived and check in went good. Got a room on the bottom floor (rm 109). Went inside checked out the room like usual and noticed black mold in the shower. Didn’t even check the sheets. Decided to get dinner and ask for a new room when I got back. Front desk lady asked me to show her which I did. She mentioned shutting that room down. She put me in a different room on the 3rd floor. Checked the shower, floors, sheets and even behind the bed against the headboard. Hair everywhere! Was gonna ignore it because at this point I just wanted to shower. Couldn’t get the shower to come on so packed my bags and went to the front desk again. I was done and just wanted to get a refund and leave. She was no help at all or even wanting to accommodate me. Ended up leaving and drove to Paul’s Valley for the night. $150 to sleep in a dump seems pretty unreasonable.

The bed and linens were very comfortable and seemed new. Breakfast was good with a nice selection of hot and cold items. We were very happy with this Comfort Inn.
