• Lisa (10/5): This was a last-minute overnight trip. Very easy to book, price was right and I loved the room. - Was recently renovated and beautiful. Check in and out were so easy. Great for young families. There is access to a beach and a small tennis/pickleball court. I will definitely be coming back. A night light in the bathroom would be nice.

• Daniela (8/5): Für eine kurze Reise eine sehr schöne Unterkunft. - Die Lage ist fantastisch. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal. Die Ausstattung ist schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Wir hatten bspw. nur eine kleine Pfanne in der Küche, aber am nächsten Tag brachte man uns direkt einen größeren Topf. Die Poolzeiten sind leider etwas zu kurz (schloss schon gegen 5 pm), d. h. abends konnte man leider nicht mehr schwimmen gehen nach einem schönen Tag in dieser Gegend.

It was cozy and comfortable, very clean and well set up with a nice kitchen with coffeemaker and fridge and great shower and comfy bed. There was nothing we didn’t like. It was a perfect getaway for us.

• Loretta (10/5): - I arrived way after hours very nervous when I saw the office closed for check-in, and then to the right of the front door was an envelope with my name on it and my room key. Everything following that was seamless, my room was clean, and the Wi-Fi password was left inside. Great little place. I’m very happy.
• Olimpia (10/5): Sunrise moments, unforgettable experience. - Ocean Vista Resort is the kind of place where time slows down and the ocean takes center stage. You wake up in the morning, step outside, and the ocean air greets you — that single moment makes the rest of the world fade away. The ocean was so close we caught the sunrise — one of those moments that stay with you. The room was bright and spotless, and the staff were warm and discreet — exactly what great hospitality should be. It’s the kind of place you want to come back to — peaceful, genuine, with the sound of waves instead of an alarm clock. Usually, I try to find at least a small thing to improve — just to be fair. This time… there was nothing. Everything was exactly as it should be — maybe even better.
• Maryann (9/5): Would definitely return for a beachy vacation stay!! - Access to an amazing beach complete with lounge chairs, umbrella, and beach towels, were fabulous, indoor pool and sauna, room had kitchenette fully stocked with dishes, cups, glasses and appliances, plenty of space as in square footage of room, great location between Amagansett and Montauk.

• Trudy (8/5): - It’s a very nice clean hotel and practically on the beach, which is beautiful. The studio was adequate with the 2 queens, kitchenette, and small table & chairs. I didn’t like having people above us who were up and active at 6 am. It was great to have the beach chairs and umbrellas available right on the beach.

• Charles (10/5): Comfortable, private and relaxing stay. - Nice property with private access onto the beach. Recently renovated with an indoor pool, changing rooms and a Sauna. The owners were attentive and professional. Complete with free chairs for the beach and umbrellas upon request. The induction range was a little tricky. However, we were able to make French toast and eggs. The bed was comfortable and everything in the room worked. I did not see a BBQ.

• Guest (9/5): So great! - I loved the proximity to the beach. It was very serene away from the hustle and bustle of Main St. Montauk. A short car ride to the Main Street. But, the beach was I loved most!! They give you umbrellas, chairs, ping pong paddles, tennis rackets if you ask. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Nice staff. I would definitely stay there again. But, would not book last minute as I ended up paying ALOT of money for our enjoyable stay. The food options are mostly shellfish and I’m allergic so we went into town for dinners. But, there is a great bagel store right across the road!

The front desk staff was warm and accommodating and the location was just incredible - right on a beautiful stretch of beach. Quiet and true to the spirit of Montauk for sure. Tbe rooms were clean and modern and lovely.

• irina (8/5): location, location ,location - This is our 3rd time at this property and overall we enjoyed it very much, the tennis courts have been updated and it seemed that the bathroom in the unit was updated as well. Staff was very nice , room was clean, proximity to the beach is what we are here for. We thoughts beds were a bit too soft and we had zero wifi connection and our own cell phone service did not work in the room nor outside the room at all, we had better service at the beach , was very disappointing since we both had tasks we meant to accomplish that required internet connection while on this trip. Left the premise early due to that..

The front desk was nice The room was run down. The refrigerator did not work and the AC in the bathroom was not working. The pull out sofa was not prepped and I had to chase down the help to prepare it. For the $ it was not what I had last time I was there.

• SamSultana (6/5): Pleasant but not what we were expecting as per photos - The room was a decent size and was clean on arrival. The receptionist was very pleasant on arrival and provided a map of the area. There was direct access to the beach although the weather wasn’t good enough to use it. The rooms were bright but very old fashioned. The blinds let lots of light in during the morning so really needed blackout curtains, and a slat was broken so we had to put a towel in to cover the gap. It was very windy and the door didn’t seal well so could hear the wind all night. Construction and room updating noise in the morning wasn’t great either

The only real downside (which is kind of a big deal) there was no coffee/tea. There is a coffee maker, you need to bring your own ground beans. That was odd, even airbnb"s supply some coffee. Would have been nice to know om advance

• Levinson (8/5): Charming place for a relaxing vacation on the beach. - Great beach resort, with very clean pool. The only problem is that it closes early (whenever the front desk manager leaves for the day, like 7 pm) and there is nothing else to do there after dark:). The room was very clean, equipped with everything that we needed, except for tea spoons. The room seems to be updated recently and the entire building looks nice with beautiful flowers all around. Will stay again.

• Richard (9/5): Have a real getaway in this hotel in the dunes. - The location is priceless with a walkway over the sand dunes to get to your own private beach. A very well run hotel that was responsive to my needs! Everything was fine.
