- Kumiko (6/5): 価格にあったお部屋 - 立地がよく、どこに行くにも便利です。 物価が上がっているトルコで、値段なりの施設と思います。 清潔な感じはしない部屋。タオルにもシミがありました。シミ以外も、なんとなくじっとりしていると言うか、いつ洗ったかな…と言う感じで、私はバスタオルは使えず、自分で持ってきた物を使いました。

- Andrea (6/5): Perfecta ubicación en Estambul - La habitación que nos dieron estaba muy bien. La ubicación era excelente, ya que estábamos cerca de la gran mezquita y alrededores. Se escuchaba todo el ruido de la calle, había gente que hacía montón de ruido por la mañana y también se oía. No estaba muy limpio.

- Kate (8/5): Lovely budget hotel - Traditional Turkish breakfast was brilliant and set us up for the day. Location was excellent, 15 minutes stroll to the main mosques, via a lovely market. Rooms were good size and with air con. Only slight complaint. Our room was located by a rear door and could hear staff talking at night. There was also a large external light so had to keep curtains closed as disturbed our sleep.

- Hakan (4/5): Fiyat ve konum olarak uygun fakat tuvaletden koku gelmesi bazı geceler sizi uykunuzdan bile kaldırabilir. - Tesisin konumu iyi tramvay hattına yakın sultan Ahmet meydanına yürüyerek gidilebiliniyor. Tuvaletden aşırı bir koku geliyor ayrıca duş suyu çok az akıyor. Odada böcek var ve birgün banyoda çok büyük bir sümüklü böcek gördüm.

- Zuhar (1/5): - Чаршафи и хавлии бяха мръсни, капаците на тоалетните чинии счупени. Най големият кошмар който преживяхме, беше спукване на стъклото на душ кабината докато детето е вътре. Нарязването по тялото на детето кой ще компенсира, стреса който преживяхме кой ще компенсира?? Може да се провери истинността на всичко, детето го водихме за превръзки в близка до хотела клиника.Сериозно мислим да потърсим правата си.

- Josef (3/5): - Location, being in the center of the city The room looked like a jail cell! Hard to breathe. No windows. Very small, hard to move around. It looked like I was trapped in the attic. The telephone didn't work to call the staff. I was happy to leave the place the following day!

Camerele sunt cam vechi,podeaua din lemn care scartaie,se aude si vecinul de deasupra cand mergea prin camera.Prosoapele toate 3 erau patate.putin murdare,geamurile nu sunt etanse se aude orice din strada.Nu stiu patronul ce ar putea investi dar daca vrea clienti care sa ii dea 5 stele ar trebui sa investeasca ceva. Personalul nota 10+ pt indrumari si rezervare plimbare cu vaporasul pe Bosfor.

- Hazim (5/5): Friendly staff but wrong room type don’t pay for anything extra or upgrade for room they all same and nothing looks lik - Staff are very helpful and understanding We was travelling 3 person and I have booked a 3 bed delux room when we arrived to the hotel the air conditioning wasn’t working room was very outdated bathroom was very old .I have contacted the hotel before arriving that we where 3 adults and needed a 3 separate bed but we only hade 1 single and 1 double when approach the reception they have giving us another room at a next building which kind of spoild our holiday .I don’t think I will stay at this Hotel again .
- Garcia (1/5): We won’t do it again at gur royal because it wasn’t royal but cheap - We liked only one staff effort to help us and the location. Near to restaurants and 7min from tramway station. Never book a hotel room here. When we arrived, we found all towels, pillow cases and towels dirty. There were some yellow and black spots everywhere. We warned the reception of this issue of cleanliness. They said they will change … but they changed and brought some more dirty towels and bedsheets. How is that possible ? Because it wasn’t enough, we found many hair everywhere … trust me, it hasn’t been cleaned before we came .. there is a big problem of hygien ! We asked them to change the curtains due to smoking smell impregnated on the curtain materiel. Because the customer before us smoked and there was even the ashtray in our room. They removed it at night but never changed it on time …. So we had to manage because anyone could see us change clothes or anything. That isn’t nice at all … not even safe. We took towels to fix it on our own … They did the cleaning last day before we leave whereas we asked it way early ! The staff wasn’t serious at all, we felt like we asked a lot but we payed for it but even the minimum was not there. Whatever we asked, they didn’t do their best at all … Please do check our photos to realise … I seriously do not understand good reviews here. We are honest people and we want to expose our real experience because we really didn’t sleep well … not comfortable or neat at all.

Lo staff molto gentile e cordiale, tutti parlavano in inglese e sono stati gentilissimi anche da darci consigli per il nostro viaggio ad Istanbul. La struttura si presenta fatiscente e con le stanze un po’ sporche, abbiamo dovuto chiedere più volte il cambio di asciugamani perché ce le davano sempre sporche. Solo a fine soggiorno ci hanno detto che erano sporche perché avevano l’asciugatrice sporca che le rendeva così.

Peretii plini de zoaie. Par si praf pe jos. Baia este un cosmar. Mizerie, mucegai, vopsea scorojita si apa scursa pe jos din wc. Nu au niciun fel de parcare disponibila. Ne au indrumat spre o persoana care cerea 15 euro pt un loc in care parcarea era libera. Am plecat imediat ce am gasit alta cazare.
- carola (2/5): Soggiorno poco gradevole,sopportabile per il prezzo basso. - La posizione La camera era molto piccola, ma questo non è stato un grande problema per noi che siamo stati pochi giorni. La stanza aveva una sola finestra che dava sul corridoio,si accendeva ad ogni movimento la luce ed illuminava dentro la stanza durante la notte. Non abbiamo gradito la moquette e men che meno gli asciugamani macchiati.

- Zeshan (10/5): Good value for money. - Staff was really helpful. Location is close to main attractions and it’s really good value for money. The only thing is that they had electricity issue for few minutes but I’m sure that affected all buildings in the area so I won’t blame them.

Poor description of the room, or possible mistake in managing bookings and rooms. our room was smaller than advertised. no cleaning in 5 days, I understand sustainability, but at least tiding the bed sheets could be done. also most of the towels were permanently stained, giving a sense of uncleanliness.

- Johannes (8/5): Heerlijke week in Istanbul - Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzame medewerkers. Iedere dag een goed verzorgd ontbijt. Kamer werd op verzoek schoongemaakt. Wij hadden een royale badkamer met jacuzzi en toilet, een fors 2 persoons bed en een zitje. We hebben hier met plezier 8 dagen doorgebracht. Het hotel kan wat gehorig zijn maar over het algemeen erg meegevallen.

Un’ottima vista Gli asciugami in dotazione erano sporchi e avevano macchie marroni. I corrimani delle scale erano ballerini e le luci di prossimità non funzionava benissimo facendoci sbattete con dei tubi sporgenti sulle scale
