- Itzkuauhtli (8/5): El hotel cumple muy bien con el objetivo de estar cerca de los eventos del FICG - La ubicación es muy buena si el plan es asistir al Festival Internacional de Cine de Guadalajara. Se puede llegar a la Cineteca de la UDG caminando en 25 minutos. El segundo día no pusieron toalla de manos y tapete para salir del baño. Podría colocar Kleenex y vasos en el lavabo.

Si solo vas a pasar ahí la noche, no necesitas más, está limpio y tiene lo suficiente para descansar. Caminando llegas a la estación del tren ligero y puedes moverte a dónde quieras. Muy amables en la recepción. Gracias por su atención. Todo estuvo bien.

- JIMENEZ (10/5): excelente - para mi todo estubo perfecto muy comodo, lugares cercas donde se podia ir a pasear a disfrutar la tarde, todo estuvo excelente no hay queja alguna y sobre todo el metro a una cuadra donde el translado era mas facil para nosotros que no conociamos. gracias!! Solo que no habia algo dentro del hotel para los ninos para que se entretuvieran pero de ahi en fuera todo bien, cero ruidos uno descansaba bien.

- Angelica (5/5): HABITACION SIN PRIVACIDAD - Las instalaciones limpias al igual que la limpieza de la habitación. El hotel tiene buea ubicación. Lamentablemente no se me informó que la habitación asignada estaba conectada a otra. Al estar dentro de la habitacion se escuchaba todo lo que sucedía del otro lado, desde conversaciones, movimiento de algun mueble, el ruido del baño cuando lo usaban, por lo que no se percibia "PRIVACIDAD". Nunca se notificó ese detalle de asignación de la habitación.

- Janette (10/5): Close to the center of Zapopan - It was very close to the Zapopan center, with the Basílica church about a 5 minute walk. There’s many restaurants, stores, and activities nearby. I was staying to visit my grandma at the nearby hospital, and it was only 10 minutes away by walking. The staff was also very kind and attentive, and the room was cleaned daily. Everything was lovely.

Problèmes à l'arrivée avec les lampes de chevet, la porte coulissante donnant sur le balcon, le rideau métallique de la porte coulissante. Pas de coffre dans la chambre.

Y el baño, la regadera, demasiado pequeña, apenas cabe uno para bañarse. Y las escaleras, personas mayores o con problemas en las rodillas es un martirio.

Que a las 6:00 am quien hace la limpieza, pareciera que le molesta quien esté durmiendo, pues golpeaba el bote de basura, y otros artículos, se supone es un horario que no todos nos levantamos ah esa hora.

Me tocó que llegarán muy tarde los de a lado y llegaron a acomodar, conectar, movían muebles, todo super tarde y se oía literal todo. No dormí bien esa noche, tuvimos que marcar a recepción para que les dijeran algo.

- Sergio (6/5): - Check-in was great, room was available and I was able to check in early. Rooms looked clean annd comfortable. In great location with great places to eat all around. Walkable and always felt safe. Cons. Roaches came out at night, yes every night. It is not infested but we killed anything from 3 to 10 every nigth. Stayed 6 nights or so. Tht is what brought the score down and don't think I will stay there again.

- Pablo (7/5): Great value and comfort. - Cleanliness and comfort. Close to our trip intention. The coffee/ tea bar in the hallway was perfect. Good variety of teas to choose from. The towels were worn out and the stained. The bathroom door needed sealant because the water was leaking.
