The options at breakfast were more than adequate for a well balance meal. The staff members were helpful and helpful in answering question about the local areas. N/A

The man that the front desk was not concerned about it he seemed more interested in talking about how he was called into work that evening. There was no room service so had to reuse towels but I ended up just going and buying bath towels

I am handicap and asked for a step in shower and was assured that that was what I was getting, however it was a handicap tub. It was difficult for me, but I managed to. In managing I got the bathroom floor wet/slippery.

Conveniently located next to a gas station and several fast food places and a Dunkin. Only a few minutes from downtown. They also had a great breakfast with variety and healthy options.

- Lisamarie (7/5): Comfortable - Location. Potsdam is a small town, this hotel was one of the better ones Dogs are allowed in the property. All I could see were guests with their animals on the furniture. When cleaning, the furniture needs to be disinfected. Its disgusting.

- Jacqueline (4/5): Short Stay - Stayed here for one night on business. The hallways were incredibly dirty. The people in the room were loud throughout the entire night and there were kids running up and down the hallways and screaming until nearly midnight. I had to go to the front desk and ask for ear plugs and was told that I could buy them from their store. The front desk attendant was nice but seemed overwhelmed at the amount of guests that filled the lobby.

Front desk spoke to them twice to no avail, I think something more should have been done if they ignore the front desk. The entire 2nd floor suffered because the hotel wouldn’t kick out the troubled group.
