- Yu Chen (10/5): - Location
- Joyce Anne (4/5): - The room looks clean and decent. The toiletries and towels were plenty. The pillows weren't comfy, they collapse under the weight of my head and feels pancake-flat. The outside noise from our room were disruptive. It made my stay frustrating due to the constant outdoor noise. The morning staff last 5/16/26, especially the French-speaking lady, was not very accommodating when we asked for assistance regarding our misplaced valet voucher. Her demeanor came across as rude and frustrating, which made the experience unpleasant.

- Davis (8/5): I really liked staying at the hotel. Just wished we had more storage so we could unpack. - It was very clean and quiet. The room needs more storage space for your clothes! It location was great.

The wait staff was friendly and the food was so delicious, and very affordable. That I couldn't stay longer. We were only in town for one night.

- Rebecca (9/5): - Didn’t have the breakfast. Didn’t know there was one. I needed a traveler’s doctor during my stay. Staff didn’t have any info or contacts for international travelers.
- Andrew (5/5): - Great location, delightful staff, and the services matched the price. The bed was fine but the pillows were bad enough that it made our sleep rough.
- Esther (9/5): -
- nathalee (10/5): -
- BSchoendorf (10/5): Great hotel for the price. - We stayed here to be close to The Auditorium. Perfect location for us to be able to walk around Chicago. There is a parking garge around the corner where we parked for the weekend at $53 vs the $83/day at the hotel. The beds were comfortable, pillows sink down if you dont like flatter pillows. We did not check out the rooftop bar or the restaurant but there seemed to be quite a few people in the restaurant as we were coming and going.
- Jessica (9/5): I would stay here again - Staff with incredibly nice and had lots of information and answered all my questions The walls are very thin, so the people next to us were up till 5:57 AM. Made it very hard to sleep.

- Guest (10/5): -
- Liam (10/5): - I liked that u need a card to use the elevator that there were no trash bags in any of the trash cans
- Nicole (9/5): Perfect stay for my first visit to Chicago! - We arrived before check in time and the room was ready for us. The room was everything we needed. House keeping made our beds and replaced our towels every day, which was nice to come back to after a busy day. The hotel stored our luggage for us after we checked out so that we didn’t have to carry it around until our train departure later in the day. The staff were very friendly. Drunk college kids banging on their friends’ room doors at 3 am. Not really the fault of the property but it was annoying to be woken up by the frat boys.
- Muniz (10/5): Great room and it’s was quite - Location Parking to pricy
- Alyce (8/5): -
- Keister (10/5): Staff was so helpful! - Beautiful and clean! We loved it all!
- Sebastiano (8/5): Ottima posizione per visitare Chicago - Posizione, camera spaziosa, ristorante al piano della reception
- Mary (10/5): Comfortable and fun - The front desk was accommodating and helped me with a few requests. The room was comfortable and clean. I didn’t like that their parking was valet. It would have cost $89 to park there. Luckily there is a self park parking garage a block before you get to the hotel that’s $30 less to park yourself.
- Mutinta (8/5): Nice hotel - Location
- Tabitha (6/5): Disappointed from the start. - The elevators were very fast. The valet was excellent, a little pricey but they were timely and took care of my car. Started as soon as we checked in. I told the front desk it was our first time in Chicago but she remained uninterested and gave me our keys. I had to ask about parking, she did not volunteer any information other than there was valet. The towels were worn and the bed is a platform bed that was hard. There was no ventilation for the bathroom. The ac in the room was loud switching on and off. For a Hyatt, I expected more luxury, but got more of an okay experience. Needless to say we were disappointed in our stay.
- Parson-Arnold (7/5): - Location The amenities were pretty spartan. I was surprised that my room didn't have any complimentary toiletries.
- FRANCESCO (9/5): The right choice in the loop! - Very good position in the loop. Rooms large and clean, well suited. Staff very kind and ready to assist anytime. Nothing
- Angela (8/5): -
- Carolina (7/5): Overall good place for one night or two because of th location - Location The room wasn’t that clean, my toddler found a empty alcoholic bottle under the bed, also the shower handle wouldn’t stay put so shower was either cold or steaming hot
- maria (10/5): -
- Chris (10/5): -
- Poz (7/5): Dorm flash backs - Hotel full of teenagers. Just luck but they were very loud in the halls and late into the night. Felt like sleeping in a dorm
- Natchaya (9/5): -

- Jeffrey (9/5): Great -
- lostonabeach (8/5): Great location…beware of the parking fee and the restaurant hours. - The hotel is well located go all you would want to do in downtown Chicago. The hotel staff is great. The rooms (at least ours) weee very obviously worn and need updating. Mainly the furniture. They advertise having a restaurant onsite but it’s not managed or owned by Hyatt. The hours of the restaurant are not hotel friendly. They closed at 9pm sharp on Friday and Saturday. We arrived after a long day and wanted to relax for a couple of drinks but were told to leave…this was at 8:59pm. We finally were able to get a drink to go but not really what we were looking for. We were told the reason was that they were located in the financial district of the city and they don’t get any evening business…I guess hotel guests don’t count??? That and $85 PER NIGHT parking fee were the only poor experiences.

- Aaliyah (9/5): -
- Tiffany (7/5): - Cleanliness Microwave/ice on a different floor. Microwave need to be in the rooms. Ice machine gone had to go all the way to the front desk. Asked for a different room needed some type of view could not accommodate. Coming back to Chicago I would pick a different hotel. But love Chicago.

- Helen (10/5): Great stay ! - Very clean and good style A little pricy
- DeAudrey (10/5): -
- Chandreka (10/5): It was great! - Everything, staff greeted us upon entry every time and held out luggage til we return to airport! The fridge wasn’t cold had two things to go bad they end up changing it out. No microwave either.
- 99alexag (10/5): All around great hotel! - Super clean and the staff were friendly and very accommodating! Also great location for public transportation or walking. I could not recommend this hotel more highly

- GUERRA (10/5): Magnífico! - Ubicación y servicio! Todo exclusivo, no tengo quejas
- Tami (10/5): Great Price and reasonable Authorization Fee - Great Location for your St Patrick Day celebrations ☘️ N/A
- Tamara (9/5): - Very convenient to everything No free breakfast had to wait 20 min for valet to bring my vehicle
- bbrown1998 (10/5): In & Out - On business, hotel room was clean & comfortable. Staff was friendly. Wish the bar would stay open later than 9pm. Overall nice stay.
- Ashley Pyle (10/5): -
- LaShay (10/5): -
- John (4/5): - bed Didnt seem real clean and property seemed kinda run down.
- Turner (8/5): -
- Deanna (9/5): -
- Kristi (9/5): - Pleasant staff and hotel was clean. Walking distance to coffee and restaurants. I did not like the parking situation. Did not realize there was not on site parking lot and Valet was $83.00 a night.
- Adriana (10/5): Would definitely stay again! - Very friendly and attentive staff. Great rooms and comfortable beds. Plumbing seemed sensitive as the toilet clogged twice by a simple flush.
- Heorhii (10/5): Отлично - Чисто, хороший вид из окна, удобное местоположение, отличный сервис Нет зубных щеток и тапочек
- Hamilton (10/5): -
- Sean (10/5): Nice spot. Price is is good 👍🏻 - Good location . Roof top bar is temp closed
- Dalton (9/5): Overall 8/10, really loved the place - The location + the attached restaurant No free parking with the room
- Garcia (8/5): -
- 834belindag (10/5): Quick n simple - Very nice establishment, friendly staff. Great location, clean and safe. Parking is very expensive, I'd suggest local parking and walk to hotel.
- CJ (9/5): -
- Catarina (10/5): Enjoyed every second of the stay! - Location was close to everything we wanted to do! The room was spacious enough for the 2 of us. The bed was very soft and comfy. Would come back to this hotel if we travel back to Chicago. The cleanliness of the bathroom could be better. There were stains (not water stains) on the walls, toilet paper was too thin. I would like for the dental kit to be in the bathroom when we check in instead of having to request it from the front desk.
