- Nour (10/5): Cozy, homey, delicious and sweet. - The room was newly renovated and had all amenities one could ask of a good hotel room in Vietnam. Out the door there is a porch looking onto a beautiful flower garden. We can really recommend eating in at this place cause the restaurant is right on the beach with cozy lightning and simple decoration which makes the place feel charming and comfortable. You can literally jump off the deck and land in the ocean. Our compliments also go to the staff who made it really feel like we’re at home. It was both romantic and sweet for me and my husband and the food is both cheap and delicious. The location is relatively close to the city and there is free transport to wonderland with connecting buses to all parts of the island. Overall we had a really nice stay.

I would like to point out- Tuk Tuk driver (sorry, we do not know his Name/ however working as security gard as well) was very nice with nice vibe within the drive.Thanks to him. The Room was newly renovated on the second floor- clean, spacious, with refreshness every day Reception girl (with glasses) was very welcoming (with good english) and with a great hospitality attitude.We appreaciate it! Ps. As I am working in hotel business in Europe, I could say- most valuable staff what the owner should take into consideration for the future are these 2 people and should be proud (receprion girl and tuk tuk guy) that they are working with him/her! N/A

- Promax (10/5): - Un emplacement ideal ou l'on peut completement se reposer avec la vue magnifique depuis la piscine vers la plage. Le personnage ets adorable une mention speciale a Tommy qui a fait en sorte que notre sejour se passe bien et pour les activites taxi ou autres passez par lui directement. Un bel endroit ou nous reviendrons sans hesitation !! Les chambres sont tres propres, le petit dejeuner de qualite et le bar-restaurant est top.
- HP030 (9/5): - Super Personal, nicht aufdringlich aber immer da, wenn man sie gebraucht hat. Sehr schöner Pool, netter kleiner Strand, man kann gut zu einer kleinen Insel schnorcheln. Unaufgeregt und kein Massentourismus, was uns sehr wichtig war. Elektro Shuttle zur Grand World mehrmals am Tag, dann kann man sich die Katastrophe da auch mal anschauen. Man kann auch in 20 min am Strand dahin laufen. Würde immer wieder hier wohnen. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Strand könnte größer sein, aber so ist es mit der Natur.

- Powell (7/5): Nice quiet spot on the island - The pool area was lovely. I love that someone is trying to keep the beach clean. The free car to town is awesome and hourly which is great. The staff are friendly and helpful. Would be great if one of your bar staff asked people around the pool if they wanted drinks once in awhile. Think you would sell more. Back rooms are across the road and not within the resort or pool area. These rooms could really use a freshen up. The tiles they have put in the concrete path (i presume are the broken ones during the build) are shiny and very slippery when your dripping wet and wearing rubber shoes/sandles. Be careful. The room down by the beach is spacious, amazing views but rather smelly of the toilet.
- Linda (6/5): It wasn’t as enjoyable as we had hoped, 4 nights was too long & I really wouldn’t stay there again - Was a nice quiet location, scenery was great & we finally found accommodation with a cold fridge that was a bonus… the staff tried hard to please The courtesy Tuk Tuk was good 👍 The resort itself was run down, we were totally disappointed, the food at the restaurant was terrible .. I didn’t enjoy any of it.. breakfast too was basic .. I also didn’t like being asked to pay as soon as we arrived, I thought that highly rude .. & pay as you go with anything they didn’t allow to add it to your room charge I thought that quite off putting ..

- Yulia (6/5): Хорошо,что арендовали машину на все время пребывания в отеле,приезжали переночевать и если день провести на бассейне,воз - Зеленые насаждения,деревья,внешний вид домиков и бассейн Вход в море каменистый,местами кирпичи,куча лодок,плавать в море - не поплаваешь Старый номер,муравьи всюду,причем когда уехали в чемодане их обнаружили… Кондиционер с холодильником работают громко,ночью холодильник отключали Основной нюанс,когда вешали табличку «не беспокоить» все равно заходили и убирались в номере… персонал некоторый плохо разговаривает на Английском,кивает,что понимает,но потом все равно делает не так) Завтрак печальный очень,а про омлеты вообще отдельная история,льют пол сковороды масла,ничего мясного там и нет даже,а сковорода для приготовления уже должна быть на мусорке,а не готовить в ней

J’avais demandé à changer plusieurs fois avant d’arriver pour une chambre, - Prix chambre 110€ et ne correspondant pas à celle commandée (en seconde ligne, vieillissante, porte sdb qui ferme pas, petite terrasse, ce n’était pas celle commandée)j’ai demandé à changer pour un plus bas de gamme à 55 € mais beaucoup plus récente, claire, plus récente, près de la piscine et grande terrasse (que j’ai eue) près de la piscine, allée large,sans être remboursée. Elle était déjà mieux que celle à 110€. Je n’ai pas été remboursée de la différence de prix. Photos que je devais avoir la 2 et la 4. J’ai changé pour la 3 Car je n’ai pas eu 2 et 4.
- Patricia (8/5): - Un peu à l’écart du centré animé mais pas loin Le prix de la chambre 110€ par jour par booking sous prétexte qu’il ne restait qu’un bungalow family garden à ce prix. Ce qui est faux, plein de libre durant notre séjour. chambre pas terrible du tout, porte salle de bain qui fermait pas, ne correspondait pas à celle commandée, très vieillissante Beaucoup trop chère. J’ai demandé à changer de chambre pour une family King size à 55€, que j’ai obtenue malgré que booking disait « épuisé » et la chambre était mieux située et plus récente (alors que bcp moins chère 55€) j’ai payé pour 6 nuits 657€…je m’attendais à bcp mieux pour ce prix. Cet hôtel ne mérite pas 4 étoiles. Il n’y a pas de plages. Le petit déjeuner bon mais pas top, il manquait toujours quelque chose. Je suis surtout très en colère après booking.com qui n’a jamais satisfait à ma demande alors que je demandais un bungalow 2 personnes à 50€ vue jardin et qu’il y en avait bcp de libre. Les photos plage booking sont inexactes et l’hôtel très retiré après une petite jungle. Très déçue par booking. D’habitude booking est satisfaisant pas cette fois. Je pars dans un 5 étoiles au centre duong dong avec plage à 80€ la chambre (thien tranh hôtel) et c’est autre chose

Bar open till late and good restaurant food. Old restaurant and seating area. Don't fall for 30 min free spa it was useless. Breakfast was not the best but ok.

Location is a little bit far from bus station, but the hotel has their own Tuktuk service from/to bus station. The hotel has their own beach, it is quite and good for snorkeling.

Personal mega nett und hilfsbereit, besonders der Rezeptionist Nhat Son Hoang, hat uns überall geholfen und war sehr zuvorkommend. Resort sehr empfehlenswert!

- saurav (8/5): - The property is right next to the beach. You can have your meal with the sound of the waves and cool breeze. The blinds for the washroom is little troubling. If you turn on the light inside the washroom, people outside can almost see you. I had to keep the lights inside off everytime I went inside.

L'hôtel ne veille pas au respect des horaires de la piscine et des familles bruyantes nagent apres 22h

- Leonie (8/5): - Das Mai Phuong Resort liegt in einer kleinen Bucht in der Nähe vom Grand World. Man hat dort seine Ruhe in seinem Bungalow. Das Essen ist gut. Zu der Zeit wo wir da waren hatten wir immer freie Liegen zu Verfügung. Die Zeiten von der Abholung von Grand World zurück ins Resort stimmten nicht überein. Bei dem Versuch die Telefonnummer anzurufen ging keiner ans Telefon.

Su lovom buvo apsoliučiai blogai. Toks jausmas kad miegotum ant grindų, kieta net sėdėti. Lovos tokios kietos, kad blogai issimiegojus ir nuotaika nekokia buvo. Aplink viešbutį nieko nėra, todėl reikia arba nuomoti motorolerį, arba kviesti grab.
- Justin (9/5): - Personal teils sehr freundlich und teils etwas lustlos. Die Lage der Unterkunft traumhaft am Meer und das Personal ist stets bemüht die Anlage zu pflegen. Nur etwas abgelegen. Gibt gar nichts in der Nähe. Man kann sich aber in die Stadt bzw Touristenanlage fahren lassen wo es alles gibt.

Le personnel nonchalant et ne parle pas très bien l’anglais.buffet petit déjeuner très succinct, réapprovisionnement très lent. Pas de Clim dans les parties communes.

- Louisa (9/5): Gorgeous views and brilliant staff made a memorable stay - Beautiful sea views from room, pool and restaurant. Fantastic hard working and welcoming staff. Great pool and very close to vin wonders. When another pushy family took our seats on the free shuttle bus to grand world the owner called his driver to take us for free. They were so kind and friendly to our four year old. Slightly dated restaurant and bar but really didn’t matter

- IDALINA (8/5): Séjour reposant - Nous avons aimé l’hôtel les pieds dans l’eau, piscine au bord de mer. Le calme. Hôtel idéal pour le repos Hôtel excentré donc il faut louer un scooter. La plage était sale donc on s’est pas baigné dans celle-ci. Les excursions sont boffff. Il manque de l’animation le soir, un peu de musique 🎵

- Kunal (10/5): Amazing place , definitely book without any 2nd thought. - Food was good , prices are very reasonable , area is whole vibe. If i ever visit Phu quoc again this would be my first preference always. it was perfect pretty much, No Complains.
