The receptionist had to make several phones with my booking confirmation number. After sometime they finally gave me a special luxury room. Bad experience indeed See above comments

- worldwanderer (10/5): - Flott hotell, god service, god mat og drikke, beliggenheten. Vi hadde ett problem med dørsmelling, men så fort jeg sa ifra var det slutt på det. Veldig fornøyd med det Mye dør smelling om morgenen fra kl 06.00 ( renholdere).

- Michael (9/5): Wonderful stay in Kigali - I had a really nice stay at the Urban hotel in Kigali. The hotel is situated in a more quiet part of the town. The hotel and the room was super clean and the breakfast was wonderful. The breakfast room on top of the hotel has a wonderful view over the city. The restaurant, which is also the breakfast room, serves delicious food, including some really great African dishes. The staff was super friendly and helpful!

I cannot begin to explain how wonderful everything on the menu was, you need to go and try for yourself. We ate breakfast, lunch and dinner here before catching a late flight home and loved everything we ate.

- Raymond (7/5): Goed hotel - aanrader - Goed hotel, ruime kamer tegen een redelijke prijs en goede locatie. Vriendelijk en behulpzame personeel. Vlotte service en bediening in het restaurant. We hebben een shuttle besteld vanaf het vliegveld maar deze was er niet of niet zichtbaar genoeg. Eindstand hebben we een taxi moeten nemen.

Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam! De shuttleservice waa goed geregeld, chauffeur stond ons op te wachten bij het vliegveld. Het eten in het restaurant van het hotel was super lekker, veel keus! Ook ontbijt in buffetvorm was goed verzorgd. Wij bezochten het Genocide museum en Niyo art center, aanraders als je in Kigali bent. Niets!

- Peter (9/5): Spacious rooms, amazing views and excellent location - Excellent rooms and facilities in a leafy, upper class part of the city in walking distance to the city centre. Rooms are spacious, clean, have big windows and are well designed. The rooms have big windows and a real desk set up with sockets to plugin a laptop and work, something most hotel don’t seem to care about work aspects. And if that’s not enough, the location is just awesome and invites to morning walks or runs. Trying to find something I didn’t like, hmm… nothing comes to mind, ticks all boxes for me.

- Daisylubob (8/5): Good overnight stay - I was here for 3 nights, 2 prior to gorillas, 1 after. 1st room was ground floor, it was clean and sufficient. I did notice that people were able to walk on the sidewalk past my room, this happened only 1 time. 2nd room was 1 floor up and had a balcony which I liked better. The breakfast was great, lots of choices, eggs, fruit, cereals, juices, breads. Staff very kind, friendly and will to help. All booked thru CaptureAfricaTours.
