La calle es segura, el personal muy amable. Las camas son cómodas. Tenían dos gatitos en l entrada que dormían muchas veces dentro y les cuidaban, en el desayuno fuera había otros dos gatetes que les di de comer algunos días, esperaban en las escaleras de emergencia. Encargamos con el hotel el transporte y bien todo. El hotel necesita una reforma porque se ve que en su día sería "deluxe" pero ahora está algo viejo. El desayuno para los que venimos de Europa se queda escaso de fruta y por ejemplo podrían añadir algún yogur y dar opción de leche vegetal. Yo en mi caso la compré en el supermercado de al lado del hotel y como las habitaciones tienen nevera. El resto todo bien.

The hotel cats are very friendly and adorable. We miss the cats. The room we had is on the ground floor, and the balcony is not facing the street but the inner stair, so the view is not as good as in the website images. The room (especially the door) is a not that new. One night the cleaning staff forgot to clean up the hair on bathroom floor, but other days it was fine.

Завтраки хорошие, есть, что выбрать. Интернет работает отлично, шумоизоляция хорошая или с соседями повезло) Расположение рядом с трамваем Т1, станция метро Sirkeci, до парома тоже недалеко пешком пройти. В аэропорт я добиралась не такси, а на метро с двумя пересадками (так что очень удобно). Персонал прекрасный, на ресепшен всегда готовы помочь!

They also have hotel cats :D The place was a little dated. The faucet and shower were hard to use. The vent system isn't working well so mold was in a lot of places. The bed was actually two beds pushed together and sleeping on that was rough. The room was cold at night with no heating system. A lot of little broken bits here and there.

Tambien que nos dejaran entrar antes del check-in y disfrutar del desayuno de ese dia Instalaciones de la habitacion viejas y oxidadas, cortinas negras, el balcón solo era la maquina del aire acondicionado, calidad del desayuno baja. Sabanas amarillentas y no nos dejaron ni una manta por si teniamos frio, además las sabanas eran mas pequeñas que el tamaño de la cama por lo que pasamos frío

На постельном белье тоже волосы посторонние. Мебель потрепана, дверцы шкафа провисли, не закрываются как следует. Картины висят криво, все очень убого. Холодильник не охлаждает, а наоборот нагревает 😄 на зимнем режиме так сказать 😀. Есть плесень. В комнате может наблюдаться посторонний неприятный запах. Во втором номере, который мы бронировали воняло кошачьей мочей…получилось заселиться в другой номер. За окном вид на кондиционеры, которые шумят круглосуточно

Hotel pequeño y personal muy amable con ascensor.

Emre Can (1/5): Es war so schlimm, dass ich frühzeitig (schon nach der ersten Nacht) auschecken musste - Nichts Ein gewaltiges Hygiene-Problem Auf der Bettwäsche waren Flecken, Katzenhaare und Haare fremder Menschen. Das Badezimmer war nicht sauber und voller Haare. Die Spiegel und Wände waren dreckig und es hat im Zimmer gestunken.

Martina (10/5): - Un albergo tipico ma molto carino, nella parte europea della città, pulito, acqua calda con tutti i comfort. Il personale molto disponibile educato e professionale. Aggiungerei qualcosa di più dolce alla colazione , ma è un gusto personale vista la provenienza italiana.

Azra (8/5): Ponovo bih došla - Lokacija hotela je fantastična, osoblje vrlo uslužno, doručak solidan i manje-više uvijek možeš pronaći nešto što vam odgovara. Svaki dan smo imali čiste peškire u sobi. Kupatilo neobično i ok. Meni je bilo ok i postojanje dvije mačke u hotelu koje stvarno volim. Sve u svemu, za uloženi novac usluga je ok . Zvučna izolacija nije baš najbolja i soba u kojoj smo smješteni je bila malih dimenzija u prizemlju. Klima koja je bila do našeg prozora je bila vrlo bučna. Morali ste navući zastor jer je soba mračna i tokom dana i pogled iz nje je u nivou balkona sobe iznad, tako da nemate neku privatnost ako je neko u toj sobi.

Завтрак есть,белоснежная постель есть, самое главное от персонала видишь что тебе здесь рады.В номерах тепло и есть интернет. Хотелось бы на завтрак яблок.. Настроить пару русскоговорящих каналов.

Paulus (6/5): Prijzig voor het gebodene - Locatie, kamer was mooi Ontbijt was oké, broodjes waren niet krokant, weinig variatie, smaakloze kaas en slechte koffie. Kamer werd in vier nachten niet schoongemaakt, bed beetje rechtgetrokken en oude handdoek weggehaald. Verder niets.
