The thing that i really loved is the hotel reception is open 24/7 and was able to accommodate me when my flight arrived in incheon almost 12 midnight. It’s also close to the airport about a 12 minutes drive. They also offered shuttle to the airport. Uber or taxi is also available. Staff are also super nice. Overall I enjoyed it as would definitely book again.

- Nabil (10/5): - I had a nice stay at Hotel Air Relax. The room was comfortable, tidy and filled with necessities for a comfortable stay. Check-In at the front desk was very convenient, fast and polite. I asked the lady at reception for a good place to eat and she referred me to a great little Korean restaurant down the street where I had Sundubu with pork bulgogi, which was delicious. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious and modern. One thing I did not like was, the airport shuttle only takes you to Terminal 1, that was not the case with another hotel I had stayed at near there. With the airport shuttle delay and the Terminal 1 to Terminal 2 airport transport, I almost missed my flight. Other than that, I definitely enjoyed my stay!!

Nice size jacuzzi for 2 but the jets were not working. No shuttle service to ICN airport and only allowed 1 hotel key for unit Check in time at 3 pm was a little late but they do let you store the luggages at front while stroll around until check in in time.

Staff at front desk is fluent in English and very helpful. No breakfast is provided onsite but there are a ton of choices within walking distance. Overall it is a great option for short-term stay.

- JERMAINE (8/5): - Had late check in past midnight. Staff was there and check in process was quick. Surroundings leading to room was not that great but room itself was fine. Slippers, robes, bidet, shampoo, conditioner, bath gel, air purifier, air conditioning, hair dryer, hair straightener, comb, even hair gel was provided. Air con itself looked newer or well maintained. Carpet didn't look that great but slippers were provided. Comforter was a bit scratchy for sensitive skin but it was clean and fresh. Several restaurants were still open past midnight when we arrived.

Arrived at night, staff came out and helped me to use the underground parking machine had to come back at morning and was able to park outside. The staffs were always extra-friendly. Ah, the rest room was fine too and the checkout time was 12pm. Could be better: I used the family room. Had two ACs in two rooms and both of them broke down in the morning. (Thankfully the place was cool with the window open). Also, the overall clean status wasn't the best. Overall, it's an okay place to stay near the airport where the staffs are friendly, checkout is 12pm, no need to struggle to find a parking spot with some stores nearby.

- thelonious22 (6/5): Depends in room - We stayed two nights and the first room we had was absolutely horrible. Toilet seat was broken and water in the bathroom would not drain. We got another room the second night and it ended up being a comfortable atay with a functioning bathroom. The TV kept thrning itself on though to make aure we didn't have too much comfort. Staff were friendly though and made an effort to accommodate us. Totally fine for a night before or after a flight.

I do like the fact the room was big, bathroom was a good size with shower and tub. The wifi was not good. I did like how it was located near restaurants, 7-11, and the airport. I did appreciate that the receptionist called taxi for me before the airport. The room pics definitely a bit brighter than what I see in person. Very old school decor.

- HollyK908 (8/5): Worked for me 12 hr layover - Arrived at 6am and had a 12 hr layover. Shuttle picked us up. Sleep for 6 hrs, had breakfast and took the van back to airport. It was about 10-15 min ride. It was clean, basic, WiFi and there was a pedestrian walk.
- Raji (10/5): Perfect location - The perfect location for an overnight stay in Seoul. As promised the shuttle was there with in 20 minutes. Note you have to call yourself, the information desk won't call for you. It was next to many restaurants and 3 minute walk to the subway. Staff was pleasant and best of all the room was amazing. The toilet alone deserves another stay.

- Verified traveler (10/5): - My room was small, but it was adequate and clean. The bathroom and shower area appeared to have been recently remodeled. It was quite nice. Temperature control in the room was good. The bed was firm and comfortable. Front desk provided me with an adapter plug for electrical outlets. The hotel restaurant was just so-so, but there are plenty of restaurants across the street from the hotel, and there are many others within a short walking distance. There’s a convenience store half a block away, but even better, a Lotte supermarket less than 5 minutes away on foot. There’s a Subway sandwich shop in a shopping mall that’s even closer. That’s the only American/western restaurant that I saw in the vicinity. I didn’t need to exchange currency since my credit cards were accepted everywhere. On the whole, for the price, it was a really good hotel. Free Wi-Fi, free airport shuttle, etc. Front desk staff were all pleasant and helpful and spoke good English. I would stay here again if I ever return to Incheon.

- James (8/5): Perfect Place for Short Stop Over in ICN - Hotel Air Relax is the perfect place to stay on a short stop-over in ICN. The hotel provides free shuttle service to and from the airport, the rooms are clean and comfortable and the hotel staff are nice. The price is affordable and there are numerous convenience stores and restaurants in the vicinity.

The frosted glass covering in the bathroom was filthy. Fingerprints everywhere. It needs a deep deep clean. And the bathroom is poorly designed.

- Mikyong (10/5): Fantastic!! - Customer service was excellent. It was raining and they offered me an umbrella and when i asked them for a direction, they walked a few minutes together with mw to make sure i go to the right way.
- Mgrc (10/5): - The staff are awesome! The service is above and beyond. My son for lost from the subway train and the hotel picked up my son as a courtesy to the station he got lost. And also the free water was Awesome. The bathroom shower is so nice and warm toilet seat feels so good. Thank you to all the wonderful staff of Hotel Air Relax Incheon Korea

- Verified traveler (10/5): - Truly appreciated how accommodating the staff were when we arrived around midnight at Incheon due to a delayed flight. I just called the hotel upon arrival to ask if a shuttle is still available and they sent one right away! Had no problems during check in and check out. The room and bathroom were spacious. It was just unfortunate that one bed in the room made my companion itchy when slept on. Aside from that, our stay was alright. Wouldn’t mind booking again in case we need a hotel near the airport that provided complimentary ride to and from Incheon.
